Can you please be more specific and tell us what's exactly the error you get when trying to make transaction?
It's impossible to know what's causing the issue without having more information.

At least we expect you to explain a bit the kind of error you recieved so that anyone can help you with what could be wrong whether it's from your end or something else. If you are using mobile electrum just like the android version the you may likely have one or two difficulties using the app because I think the wallet is not that user friendly with mobile version. I have seen few complaints on Android Play Store from users which I know the desktop version could be the best.

In case your complain is not similar to this then make sure you stay safe.

Can you take a screenshot of the error and upload it to somewhere like imgur (sharing the link here).

You're either talking about sending a transaction or synchronising the wallet and it's hard to worn out which. If it's the first, you might be paying a fee that's too low.

How can this be the problem?
Electrum doesn't allow setting the fee rate to lower than 1 sat/vbyte. Even if OP has set the fee rate to 1 sat/vbyte, the transaction should be broadcasted, unless there's another problem.
The network isn't busy now and all full nodes should have the minimum relay fee set to 1 sat/vbyte.

Are you sure that you are connected to the server? If the color is green --then, you are connected. Click the green color and you will find out which server you are connected.
It looks like this --otherwise please be more specific about your question.

If your problem won't be solved, uninstall it and download a new updated one and make sure you are on the right official website which is secure downloading. [ https://electrum.org/#download ] and don't forget to verify before downloading.

What is the current version of your Electrum? The old version lower than 3.3.4 is no longer have any connection so if you are currently using the old version start downloading the latest version from electrum.org and make sure to verify it to avoid installing fake Electrum.

Or if you are using the latest version but it still has server error when sending BTC would you mind trying reinstalling your Electrum? Make sure before you reinstall Electrum verify the installer first and don't forget to make a backup of your wallet seed phrase or wallet file for future recovery if anything goes wrong.

If your server is ok then you can check if you have the latest version of Electrum, which is Electrum-4.3.3. If you already have the latest version of Electrum uninstall and reinstall the software this should solve your problem.

In case you don't have the latest version of the software, download it from the official site - https://electrum.org/#download (https://electrum.org/#download)

If you are still facing the problem, describe it in detail and provide some screenshots also.

-snip- so i check server list and i read server is ok.
Do not rely on those server list sites, most doesn't actually check the connection with Electrum.
When it detected that it's online, it'll label the server as "OK" regardless if clients can connect to it or not.

Electrum should be able to detect if it's connected, see the previous replies.

Does the error message look like this:

In most cases the error is not because of a connection issue and changing the server won't fix it.
You'll usually see this error message when the server your wallet is connected to, for some reason, rejects your transaction. It happens mostly when you try to send a dust amount (less than 546sat for legacy transactions and 294sat for segwit) or when trying to broadcast a very large transaction (more than 100kb).

The message just below that screenshot is the actual error which should be enough to tell the reason why the server rejected the transaction.
That's mostly the reason why the earlier replies asked for the actual error message.
