basically i was looking to buy bitcoin crash game script and i foud it there for 450USD, it was fine, i also tried to collect as much info as possible about that website but i found nothing,  support operator was kind and helpful until i paid for my order with crypto, after that they sent me some junk files to my telegram and no longer responding, just total ignore.

Where do you find it, you mean here in Bitcointalk if they have an announcement thread here then post their announcement link here I can't find it using the search bar, the screenshot doesn't prove anything you should upload more proof including your transaction payment follow the right format in creating your accusation, I notice that they are accepting Paypal payment and MasterCard, you should have tried this so you can charge back in case there is an issue.
After you create the right format, call them out and make them aware of the existence of this thread so they can address it if they still care for their reputation.

Generally established members on Bitcointalk rarely deal with gambling sites outside of this forum, even though they do have a crypto payment feature, we often see users who complain that basically the gambling site doesn't operate here.

Solution, if you can't contact the Bitscript.org team via telegram, maybe you can try contacting them via Whatsapp, I see there are several other features that you can contact.

Can at least get a solution for you, regarding the problem you are facing on the Bitscript.org gambling site.

You should have first consulted members here before using the service. It has so many red flags. One of the is that the domain name is even still new but they claim that they have been in operation since 2019

It's already two days since you posted this do you have an update on your refund it seems Plisio cannot help you and you have to deal with it with the seller, I checked Plisio's FAQ and terms and there is no mention of a refund or chargeback because it's not possible in the Cryptocurrency ecosystem, you may send screenshots of your conversation on Bitscript.org if they failed to give you your refund for giving you according to you is a junk file.

they are not going to give me any refund,  it's just pure scam
