Hello!
I would like to polish my skills and add something to my portfolio in Google Sheets so I decided to offer a free service in regard to any Google Sheet concerns you have.
I have knowledge in Pivot, Google Query, IF, index and match, REGEX, and other formulas. I can also create dashboards.

-track daily shifts and monitor weekly, monthly and even yearly total hours.
-show average hours per day, what shift are paid and can manually choose on what date you want to check.
-time conversion GMT+8 to EST (can be changed to any time format)

Regarding flashfill (smart fill in google sheet), I tried to apply this method on a list of ~4000 entries where each line has at least 100 characters. I filled at least 10 data manually but was unable to get the automatic flashfill. Microsoft said they were not able to relate my data.

Can you help me on this? Would be a great help if so.
