If you previously posted an address with that account, and you can sign a message from it, you can follow these steps[1].

Your claim isn't enough just to read the IP during registration. I don't remember about my account, I think it was created using not my country's IP to avoid getting filtered by IP evils.

If you previously posted an address with that account,
Nothing, the OP never posted any crypto addresses.

i lost the access to the too email but i can provide a eth address that i used on the tam31 account
Maybe I missed something, did you ever post that address with that account?

I have checked BTC or Ethereum address you used ever in this forum but I did not find anyone. It will be better to provide some more information like when you post last message here and also You must have received the email change mail in your previous Email. You should provide this screenshot here so that moderators see your case properly.

This account is created in 2017 and still active and style of posting is same like earlier posts. it is very difficult to find out when it was hacked because there are two big breaks, June-2018 to Mar 2020 and APR-2020. There is nothing changes kn style of posting and The period of both two inactivity is the same.

According to ninjastic.space he didn't share any address with that account. Without either that or access to email afaik nothing can be done to retrieve that account.

Since he said that he doesn't have access to that email I don't think that would work. But even if he had, I doubt that would serve as any sort of evidence since it can be faked.

@Fleshslasher you claim in that first post that email has been changed, while bpip shows that it hasn't been changed. Are you 100% sure that you don't have access to that email address?

Spreadsheet data are entered through Google form and anyone can fill wrong data and you said that spreadsheet is deleted. It's now clear that you are the real owner of this account and without any proof how Mod will decide in your favor?

I'm not sure bpip records all changes regarding account security, and I don't think not all email changes from different accounts are recorded there at all.

I hope I'm wrong about this assumption, but pay attention to this one problem. If I remember correctly, @jkoil has changed his email recently after he got his account back, but there is no record that he has changed email on bpip.

People move around (and/or use VPN) so changed IP is not the proof enough that account changed hands. And most importantly, you don't have any solid proof that you are the original owner of that account.

By the why, how come you waited for so long to report the hack?

i used this address in the peculium ico campaign
Doubtful on my side, the campaign you pointed requires an authentication post to join, while there are no archives whatsoever to prove you were ever involved in the campaign. I also somewhat agree with the comment below you. Idk the bounty conduciveness at that time, maybe using someone else's identity is common. ::)

As I said that IP address isn't enough for recovery. Looks like there is no choice but to give up your account (if it really is yours)

If you created a secret question when registering and remember the answer to the question, you can try to recover the account through that feature and it would immediately lock the account, making it impossible for anyone to access it.

After this, you can send an email to Support for hacked/lost accounts (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5089777.0) and wait for a feedback, your chances of proving ownership is slim as you neither have a signed message, or access to the original email.
But the team is in a better position to give you support.

@tam31 didn't post any address in its posting history, it will make it more difficult for you to recover the account [if it is really hacked]. You won't get any help from the recovery team as long as you don't have signed message, so I guess this is tricky case. IP can change if you use TOR, it is not guarantee that the account has changed hands.

If you have valid proof that the account has changed hands due to being hacked, then contact the recovery team instead of getting the thread. I hope they can handle your problem better.

I don't think there is any way to recover his account without the staked address but with the secret question he can lock the account forever if I am not wrong so there is nothing wrong by giving it a try.

How the email and account lost to someone or you just sold it now looking to claim it back?

The account in question has been inactive for over a week and before now hasn’t been very active on the forum. The account isn’t wearing a signature or selling a service so the current owner definitely isn’t monetizing the account which I believe is the reason why most people buy accounts. After reading that the OP doesn’t have access to his email used to create the account, I can’t help but think the OP may trolling, I suspect it could be the  same person  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5437531.msg61688193#msg61688193) causing drama in Meta. What are the odds?

If you don't have access to the original email address used to register the account, then forget about it. Without a staked address, it's one of the requirements need to recover the account

Can't an account buyer pause for a week minus participating in any signature?  :D

I agree with you that changing ip with vpn can be a kind of drama but it seems to me that the account has been changed hands multiple times by the original owner.

Yes i hope with you that this is the right think account is change new hand or selling new person.

How do you know that the user changed their IP address?
Just changing an IP address isn't exactly proof positive, since lots of people do it for various reasons. I'm curious to know how you figured out that the user who supposedly hacked your account changed their IP.

The Netherlands IP address is very popular, even with free VPNs.
It's not clear why this thread is being created. It can be assumed that according to the content of all the posts, the moderators will not be interested in restoring this account at all. Since the owner of the account is no different from all the shitposters spreading the idea of investing in bitcoin everywhere and nothing more.
OP, what's the problem with creating a new account?

How do you know that the IP has changed if you can not access your email account and the forum account? This logs are sent to the email we used in opening the account we are using here. We get alerted of anyone logging in any time they do, even if we are the one trying to log in and that is how the ip is revealed, except if forum admin reveals that to you. So how did you get that if you can not log into your email account?
