Bitcoin block #777,777 -- estimated to happen in ~20 days from now -- will be used to determine the raffle winner. This coincides with the Last 16 round of games.

Rules
1. The last 2 digits of the total fee in Bitcoin block #777,777 will be used to determine the raffle result. This means the two digits in the 7th and 8th decimal places. e.g. a fee of BT 0.12345600 means the winning number is "00". A fee of BTC 0.12345678 means the winning number is "78".
2. Pick a number between 00 and 99. Simply put your prediction in the following format:
3. You cannot pick a number that someone already has.
4. You can put your prediction any time before block 777,777 is mined.
5. All results, timestamps, etc. will use data from Blockchair Bitcoin explorer (https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/). In case of a tie, results will be taken from the next blocks until winner is found.
6. Winner will be announced here. I will ship the device to you from Europe, so obviously, will need a mailing address from the winner =)

And we have a winner! The total fee in block #777777 (https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/block/777778) was 0.18403232 BTC

so the number we were looking for was 32.

Unfortunately, notblox1 (31) and Dittoup (33) tied so we went to block #777778 (https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/block/777778) where "53" was the ending digits of the total fee.
