What are you offering the person going to have a partnership with you? I think the board you are looking for is either Marketplace (Altcoins) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=161.0) or Services (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0) depending on whether you are going to offer them altcoins or Bitcoins. Move the thread over to those boards. If this is all about content creation and you'll have to post it on a project's Twitter account and you're worrying that you're not a native speaker. You can give it a try. Many social media managers aren't even native speakers but they've studied the language very well. As long as your content is natural and caters to organic engagement to the followers, that's what will matter.
