I appreciate your effort as a beginner, but this board has 4 threads at the top where everything is more or less explained in detail and anyone who wants to read cannot overlook them. However, if at least one newbie will learn something from all those topics you listed, then constant repetition makes some sense ;)

Perhaps, you missed Beginners & Help Encyclopedia (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5364418.0) and [Bitcointalk sticky threads] Newbies - read before starting. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5279088.0)

Without these posts being included in a welcome message, all efforts will not be effective. If the user can search for useful topics, he will definitely find them. Scheduling these topics will facilitate this process, but we are talking about users who do not have any knowledge of the forum and therefore it is difficult for them to find these topics, let alone I read it.

You may need to use these tables codes to make it easy to access to those topics. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5265782.0

Theymos, we are yet again soliciting for the Newbie welcome message (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5036308.msg46088206#msg46088206) to be implemented, as it would make a huge chunk of the new threads redundant and hopefully discourage the repeat threads.

There are comprehensive guides which are available on the forum. You can bump them up to educate other users.

nice try guys don't forget to add some threads it's also worth knowing for newbies to get to know great people coming from this forum. and legendary threads that will add motivation for beginners to be more excited. because sometimes a motivation and inspiration is also needed by users who are new to this forum.
like the following thread (Legendary profiles of bitcointalk. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3247239.msg33812440#msg33812440)) .

Op have you read the post yourself? Why not try to read some of those post I am sure you would be Able to make something out of them and then make a more self researched post.

Newbies this act of stating what’s obvious and taking links to thread for your compilation does you no good, it’s easy and very unproductive to your growth.

Probably true what you're implying but there's no way anyone can digest all of these within a short time even if he's giving the time to read and we can't definitely agree that OP may not be reading what he's posting out here too. It could be OP is just someone that in mind wants to showcase to others that share in same rank as him certain informations and materials he has come across in the forum so we can't really say he's not reading it too to add to he's own knowledge.
While on the other hand I may agree with you  that there are some who just act in this way just to phish attention and merit.

You did a great job, collected all these threads, and posted links... maybe in some cases that effort deserves merit, but in that case, they would only encourage others to periodically publish a collection of useful threads.

have you ever clicked on the "more" option? Try it https://bitcointalk.org/more.php you will see that there is already a sufficient collection of useful information about this forum

Even without you outlining all this, the search options will also save the stress of scrolling to find out those thread.
whenever you make use of the search options there are lot of people which may not want to keep scrolling but may needs it urgently. Perhaps, you may want to use google search or forum search to help you so quickly and besides, all subtopics have their rules and regulations pinned at the top of the board or section, to me this is likely to be spamming, reason being that only those who doesn't read that could likely find it difficult to get all helpful materials.

Shameless plug: Topic: [UPDATED] PSA: Most Stablecoins Can Be Frozen, Even in Your Own Wallets https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5204055

Feels so douchebaggy to be promoting my own thread, but I think it's necessary lol.
