Anyway, this is something I told from another scene. Leave that.
Is any of the existing telegram Bot has the feature to monitor replies on given topic ids? I prefer the notification through the email because no further notification until you check the previous ones.

Any notification of what? From a single topic or reply from all over the forum? I need all the replies notification from a single topic, so I won't get bored actually.
