These are payment codes that could be used, AND reused, with all of transactions going in are going to be sent to different public addresses after each transaction, making transactions close to impossible to track on-chain. It's a very smart way to keep your privacy, especially if a user/group of users are accepting donations for a cause/campaign that the government wants to censor. Perhaps something like the Canadian Truckers' Protest? Why did we forget to make this suggestion?
