Title: Best crypto casino for Netherlands?
Post by: Dutch1344545 on February 17, 2023, 06:18:22 PM
What is a trustworthy casino for residents of the Netherlands?
Online gambling became illegal since about 2021, and is only legal at 'regulated' casinos that take 33% tax from your winnings above 450 euro.

I came across many sites, for instance stake.com. They allow VPN, but users from the Netherlands are not accepted, this means you need to enter a false identity. Is there any casino out there that is trustworthy for residents of the Netherlands? One that will not ask for your identity or block your account when you win a big amount?. I know there are casinos out there that requires no KYC, but will they still be trustworthy if you win a large amount over $10k?

Thanks in advance for any help.

The casinos i'm looking for are those that have Netent and Play n Go slots.

First things you should know.

If you playing on centralized casino, never trust any kind of feature about "Anonymous" things. Centralized casino is always can ask you to do "KYC", in-case they needed based their t&c. There is no way you ask some suggestion for a casino without "KYC" but you want to play on centralized casino.

You should betting/gambling on decentralized casino while everything is automatically by smart-contract without any kind human activity. Only in decentralized casino you're playing without needed "KYC". However the game is limited most the time only (On-chain dice or lottery).

My advice, better not to broke and term & condition because they can use that against you and no matter what the reason the fault is on you because broke their term & condition.

Thanks for your reply! Can you please tell me what's the best decentralized casino out there?

I have won on several non-KYC casinos and received the crypto withdrawal, but you never know what happens when you win a big amount. If you use a VPN while winning a large amount of money, they probably will ask you to verify your identity in case you use a VPN. Just imagine if you are a casino and you have the choice to pay a player 10K or let the person verify himself first and have a possibility to forfeit the withdrawal amount from the player. But maybe there are actually players from the Netherlands here who had personal experience with online crypto gambling. I still would like to know if that's the case. Thanks for your answer tho!

I wouldn't advice you to use any sort of VPN on a casino because this has been on of the major issues we've had on the forum with casinos blocking users accounts mostly as a result of using VPN and fake identity and you should better google for Casinos available in your country before taking any advice from here as wrong advice can also be gotten from here too.

It's correct mate.

Even you're success do the withdraw, is always have some case or situation you can be ask for "KYC". That's why, never trust any centralized casino who are offering "no-KYC". Most common mistake newbie who don't want "KYC" they never read the term & condition.

It's simple you just open term & condition and search with (CTRL + F) then type KYC. The topic will be show up not really take 5 mins.

Back to the topic you're asking. I only know https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1492457.0 (Chain-bet) it's on chain betting for guessing the last digit block transaction. But they have a small bankroll only "24 LTC".

However, until now there is no a scam allegation against them. Feel free to tried with a small balance, because I don't have experience with on-chain betting.

It seems a little difficult to find a casino that has the criteria you said because even though there are some casinos that don't require KYC, when the user wins a large amount, it is certain that when making a withdrawal, the casino will still ask for KYC as proof and guarantee that the withdrawal transaction is really the original account owner, so it is not recommended to use a fake identity in a KYC.
If you have found what kind of casino you want and later manage to win a sizable amount of money, it is better for you to withdraw in stages so you don't ask for a KYC.
To use a VPN, there are actually several casinos that can be trusted and they allow their users to access by activating a VPN, but not many casinos provide such a policy.

You could use crypto gambling websites with VPN to hide your location, but they could ask you for verification documents anytime so there is risk.
It's best to read Terms and conditions before you register and sign up on any website, but I didn't find Netherlands listed in Betnomi website so you can try that.
Maybe there are some decentralized options for gambling you can use, but I don't know any reliable service to recommend.

How young?, Are you school?. Are you under 18 years old?. I ask this because you have a habit to 'breaking the rules", which means, you can also false your age while registered. Kids, you shouldn't gamble if you are under 18 because this is a risk to your mental and your parent's finances. (So this is not about scams or aware anything)

I see the children in my country join gambling site who does not receive KYC. This is bad for the future tense, I don't know how they risk it to the children and received money from the kids.

accessing gambling sites using a VPN is actually a little risky, although some casinos allow using a VPN when your country has completely blocked gambling sites.
even though I have never had the slightest experience in decentralized gambling but it seems like it is suitable for you so that you can still gamble freely without being asked for KYC. but as far as I know decentralized gambling usually doesn't have a large enough bankroll in contrast to centralized casinos which have large enough bankrolls.
even though you don't have a big bankroll, at least you can still gamble according to your wishes without any restrictions.

for decentralized gambling advice I can't tell you the best here yet but at least after this I'll try some for you and I'll edit my reply with the gambling advice link.

What about hiring someone from that country and they are the ones who will do the KYC for you? I think there are also services whom you can pay and they are the ones that will place a bet for you, in any gambling sites that you like.

The OP can still use the VPN trick and play on its own but better if he play with smaller amounts so that whatever happens to his bets, he won't have a big regret. He can choose decentralized gambling sites to avoid KYC but there might be some centralized gambling sites who doesn't ask for or mandate it. Reading the Terms of service and asking a question in the casinos' ann thread is the key. He can also inquire directly inside the casinos customer support.

If you're looking for a trusted casino and accept Netherlands, I will say Freebitco.in is one of the choices.

But if you're looking for a trusted casino, accept Netherlands, and have specific centralized gambling provider, I will say you can't find this kind casino. Those providers are following regulations, so obviously they will ban Netherlands. It's need to be a games created by the casino itself and not many casinos want to create a game from scratch.

I don't think using a fake identity to pass KYC is a good idea, here you can just lose your funds in 99% of cases. And most likely you will not find among trusted online casinos that will not require you to confirm your identity and your income with a win/withdrawal amount of $10k, so it's better to try decentralized casinos, such as blockchainbets.club, which is actively developing and accepts USDT and ETH, and also does not require KYC, but I don't think they have there is a big bankroll.

Centralized casinos that wont ask for KYC are casinos that are just starting and have not acquired an operating license yet, and with all sincerity, playing on such casinos is pretty risky since the is no guarantee that your would even get your deposit back if anything should go wrong, i personally pretty much avoid such casinos, there is absolutely no guarantee that they would pay your big winnings if you get lucky.

Your best bet would have been decentralized casinos, since the games played on decentralized casinos are built on chain, there casino does not demand that users pass KYC verification, but then, the problem now is that decentralized casino are still pretty new to the gambling industry, most of the decentralized casinos I know are still under construction, so maybe in a few years from now, decentralized casinos should b operating normally and should become an alternative to those that are banned from normal centralized online casinos.

AFAIK, Curacao License restricted Dutch countries and most of the crypto casino is using Curacao license to operate. This only means that you are banned on playing on most of the trusted centralized casino. Your best chance is try playing on casino that has no license but operates for a long time with good reputation.

I’ll recommend crashino.com because they don’t gambling license but I’m not sure if they accept Netherlands. Check it for yourself in the casino ToS.

Nope, based on their TOS it's clear they're not accept Netherlands player and they're not allow you to use fake identity. You need to know if the casino doesn't have any license, it doesn't mean they will not ask any KYC, because they're using a gambling providers where the casino need to accept any rules from the gambling providers. As I have been mentioned before, there's no casino which the @OP is looking for.

Accessing to Crashino.com is restricted for residents in Australia, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Israel, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United States and United Kingdom.

3.4 When attempting to open an account or using the Website, it is the responsibility of the player to verify whether gambling is legal in that particular jurisdiction.

Casinos will always be suspicious of big wins (by their standards) due to fears of potential vulnerabilities or cheating behavior, so not sure there are casinos of this criteria out there.

It's a fairly well-known gaming provider and I think they work more with centralized casinos. Try to find a casino that fits your criteria here by setting some filters (https://casino.zone/netent). DWYOR, I don't mean to recommend any casino, just check the reviews.

Yeah, because Netherlands banned any kind of gambling activities. So licensed casinos won't entertain any local from these countries (who banned gambling). So KYC-required casinos will be a pain in the ass to access for those users who came from these countries.

So here[1] are non-kyc gambling site, they may don't have or have active scam accusations on this forum so DYOR first. Note that i don't own that site, i just saw it in google so again DYOR.

You need to know that playing at a centralized casino you have to be prepared with regulations such as KYC, if you are bothered by that you can play at a decentralized casino, but usually not all casinos ask for your KYC, for example Stake you only need to complete information about yourself for level 1 except for level 2 you need to provide your identity, but I withdraw money there it's always safe with level 1

Hi, welcome to the forum. Using VPN for online casinos is not recommended at any stage. However, some online casinos accept Dutch players and comply with the country's regulations.
Some online casinos that are considered trustworthy and are known to accept Dutch players are:

Unibet Casino
Betsson Casino
Royal Panda Casino
LeoVegas Casino

It's essential to use a licensed and regulated online casino when gambling from the Netherlands and to be aware of the tax implications of winning above €450.

One of the advantages of crypto is the lack of control. That is, even if online casinos are banned in your country, then how will and who is be prevented from gambling if there is no physical opportunity to prevent you from sending crypto to the casino and returning it from there with the winnings? In principle, no one will be able to know about it.

Almost all gamblers hate KYC and you are unlikely to want to go through this procedure. If the casino wants to, they will block your account even for a bogus reason, so play with the risk. I would not worry about the possibility of winning a large amount, because you are more likely to lose your money than increase it.

Don't get hung up on casinos loyal to the Netherlands. Use VPN and play without being tied to regions.

The only reliable solution is to get rid from centralized gambling platforms. Most of the cryptocasinos do not require KYC. There is no KYC obligation and a gambler can easily conduct gambling without any difficulty in these casino gambling platforms. In this age there are lots of cryptocasino platforms are built that deal in large amounts in everyday. Earlier the gamblers were apprehensive about the big winning amount but now they are handling the betting with ease.

This is going to be very hard for op to find good casinos if at all there are casinos that support gambling from that region. Since there is ban on gambling activities from Netherland that I don't think any casino that really cares about the law in Netherlands will want to risk and bridge there law and allow gamblers to use there platform to gambler.

One of the way out is for gamblers to use VPN for gambling and it must be strict and accurate one that would not lick the the op current region or location. Some casinos are very strict with gamblers from restricted regions so op will need to be careful.

It is forbidden to create an account at those casinos if you are a resident of Netherlands. You should have checked the terms of those casinos before suggesting them to OP.

@Dutch1344545, It will be difficult for you to find a casino without the KYC verification requirements which have no restrictions for your country. Moreover, Play n Go slots provider is restricted for Netherlands residents. For the safety of your funds, you should play at those casinos which are allowed in your country by paying the taxes. The usage of VPN is also forbidden in many crypto casinos.

This is a bad idea if I'm being frank with you. Why? Because almost all crypto gambling sites restrict VPN usage for various reasons and can use it as an excuse to block your funds completely.

Op should clarify with the customer support of the site and save proof before deciding to invest there.

Gambling is based on various countries, if you want to use the unknown website to your country. You are forced to use of Vpn for it.If you use it wisely, or else all the funds in your wallet will be blocked or banned. This leads to the zero dollars in your wallet.Winning in the gambling is not a only way to withdraw the funds. It's essential one to withdraw after the winning. So use VPN when it only essential. Most of the gambling website will not allow VPN.If it happens, you will end with zero dollars.

The idea of using a fake identity and VPN is not good, there’s a lot of gamblers being caught doing this and they lose their money because most of the site prohibit this and if KYC will be asked due to suspicious transactions, most probably you will failed on this and expect that you can no longer withdraw the money.

Have you tried playing playing on those regulated casinos, almost all crypto casinos are not allowing the people on Netherland to gamble, probably they are just following the law there.

Those online gamblers directly from the Netherlands might be the only ones who can somehow help you more with your problem.

Checking your local community section here in the forum, it seems that your community is active there. Here's the link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=79.0

There might be gamblers there that can give you some good suggestions and advice. Otherwise, though, deep research should be done and that includes checking every gambling site that Netent and Play Go are currently supporting. Not only that, it's mandatory to check their terms as you care about KYC.

Is there any casino out there that is trustworthy for residents of the Netherlands? One that will not ask for your identity or block your account when you win a big amount?. I know there are casinos out there that requires no KYC, but will they still be trustworthy if you win a large amount over $10k?

Any popular casinos right now that already established a good reputation can somehow consider trustworthy.

But about your concern regarding KYC, we aren't sure if you can't trigger the alarm at those sites. Most centralized casinos are now being hit with much strict regulations that's why no choice but to include KYC on their respective terms.

For me, what matter is being trustworthy instead of playing in an unknown casino just to avoid the KYC thing. If you were able to win a big win on that amount you have mentioned, no choice but to comply if KYC will be asked. What good choice do we have in the first place? You really need to read carefully the Terms and Services regarding KYC of any sites as being ignorant is not an excuse in the event of an account being questioned.

Accessing gambling sites using a VPN is very risky because the Netherlands is in the prohibition zone of casino regulations, even if you use a premium VPN and an account is already kyc from someone else but guarantee your balance will be safe, so we won't focus on gambling because we are very wary of banned accounts, so the solution is better for the op to join the gambling community in his country because they may have a solution for safe gambling.

I really don't know what casinos are best for your country but I wouldn't advice you to think of using fake identity because most times it always has a negative repercussion and you should know that most of these casinos will definitely bring up issues when there is a big win on your account and there wouldn't be much you can do when such time comes so it will be better you avoid such rather than seeking solution when the time comes.
But I never heard of such news about Netherlands and I'm sorry to say that the government is really extorting from it's gambling citizens.

try checking BTCGosu, it's a gambling review website. if I remember correctly they have a category where they list which countries are allowed on certain casinos.

I know there are casinos out there that requires no KYC, but will they still be trustworthy if you win a large amount over $10k?
a lot of casinos that I have seen who say "NO KYC" usually have a  rule on their ToS that still require their gamblers to submit KYC in a certain condition, for instance, withdrawing a large amount of money.

Yep, temporary gambling can be done using a VPN but it will be a major hindrance for long-term gambling.  No one won't keep hard earned money at risk. If there is an official law in that particular place then it is better to follow that rules. Otherwise there are plenty of gambling sites worldwide that do not require KYC. A casino platform like that has to be chosen. I have seen some top rated cryptocurrencies operating gambling in 2023 in the Netherlands.  Best Bitcoin & Crypto Casinos Netherlands 2023 :

You should fully know about their terms of service first so your funds wouldn't be put on hold in case they will require you to comply with their KYC especially if huge funds are involved.
As far as I know, there are still some other casinos that allow using of VPNs but you still have to research because it may affect your future transactions especially if you are from a restricted gambling country. If I were you, I will not risk huge funds without any assurance of smooth transactions because you might face the consequences in the long run.

No KYC casinos could be trusted, but I think you should still refer to recommendations or at least look them up on public gambling forums to see what people have to say to them. I haven't exactly won that big of an amount in a no-KYC casino before, but I have my experiences with them and they weren't that bad (freebitco.in). Additionally, I don't think you'd find one registered if it's illegal by law, most KYC casinos would intentionally ban those users from countries that intentionally ban gambling.

OP, as far as I know a Dutch local board has a discussion of gambling & lotteries: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=94.0, isn't it if you discuss there, everything related to gambling/casino and so on it will be easier for you to get information, whether it's online casino brands, the best, registration and so on.

But elsewhere, I saw something interesting for you to see about gambling in the Netherlands.
Best New Casinos Netherlands 2023 – Compare New NL Casinos (https://www.business2community.com/gambling/new-casinos-netherlands), maybe you can read and compare with the casinos you know here or outside.

This information was just published on February 14, 2023, Twitter and Facebook also confirmed Twitter has 80,025 followers and Facebook has 56k followers.
I hope this helps with some of the information above, for you about online gambling.

One of the main reasons for using casinos with crypto is that there is no need for KYC. There are many reputable crypto casino sites that have been dealing with reputation for a long time. After researching these casino sites well and getting good reviews from them, gambling can definitely be conducted. Everyday a large number of crypto transaction have been done with crypto casino, it is much easier to gamble in crypto casino without KYC than other gambling platforms.

You are asking a bunch of questions that cannot be answered. You will have to try multiple casinos and find the one that will accept your account(even with VPN). Just don't bet big amounts of money/coins and don't expect to win big. Just play for fun.
Theoretically it's possible to get scammed/blocked on any online casino. It doesn't matter if your country is allowed or not.
It doesn't matter if the casino supports KYC or not. Doing your own research by trial and error is the only thing you could do. Good luck with your journey.

The casinos i'm looking for are those that have Netent and Play n Go slots.

If you're planning to actively play, don't go to sites that are not regulated by the Kansspelautoriteit or you're just asking for trouble. If you're not a VIP level gambler you will get KYC'ed and you will run in to issues, and the TOS is against you in every case.

If you're looking for a regulated online casino, then I would recommend Kansino, a PlayNorth brand operating under the MGA, Estonian and KSA license: https://www.playnorth.com/brands/ (https://www.playnorth.com/brands/)

Since they have all the licenses, you'll also find Evolution on there, who are the owners of Netent.

Yes, you will pay the tax, but it's worth it. They are a huge corporation and you'll have zero trouble.

Another option for you would be to get documents from another country, since you're Dutch/EU, you could easily find a remote job in Malta and get their identity documents here within just a few months, and with a Maltese Identity Card you can play on almost all of the MGA licensed casinos. That way you could still work from your home country, but use a Maltese VPN to play on any MGA licensed brand. If they "catch you" playing through a Maltese VPN through the Netherlands, you just provide them the Maltese documents and explain that you're travelling, and all good.

Other than that, you can try playing with any Curacao licensed operator, but in most cases they will not have Netent and Play n' Go, and you will need to know someone there to ask for a zero KYC policy in case you're VIP level.

But, if I would be you, and if I'm serious about professional gambling, I would rather stick to the legal solution.

Those are chicken charge when we talk about the revenue this casinos are making therefore they won't be too concerned about those types of withdrawal. We have many scam casino in the cryptocurrency space so what the user you replied to was saying isn't wrong. Wait until you win bigger rewards then you'll start seeing the ugly side of the casino as they begin to make you regret having an account with them.

When you win big then they begin asking for KYC and if unknowingly you default one of their terms and conditions, you cau can say goodbye to your profits as only your capital can be refunded to you.

Some of the player does not want to have a KYC because they want to keep themselves so still its depends on the users preferences if they want to play with the casino have a KYC but it satisfies the gamblers needs, for me having a KYC still a good thing just even level 1 with the email or phone number we know how the people are lazy they keep saving their accounts and once they clean up those history without the accounts credentials with a huge amount of money blaming the casino because they wont give their account due to having lack of information as an owner of the account that's reality guys its always happen.

Weird that a country which doesn't ban drugs actually bans gambling. Coming to your query, I checked some sites that I regularly play at and observed that none of them allow gamblers from Netherlands.

Do not submit fake KYC and always clarify all your doubts with customer support in any site before deciding to invest op.
Netherlands government is actually making the gambling laws more tight that they have to prevent gamblers from playing in casinos who have no Dutch license. So imagine how hard for those gamblers who are living in Netherlands and unluckily, most of the trusted casinos are also not accepting gamblers from Netherlands. However, faking KYC is not the solution, you are just making the scenario worst especially if you eventually win big amount. Always ask the customer support first and be honest that you are from Netherlands before you decide to take the risk with gambling.

You're either misinformed or only see the active brands here on bitcointalk as "trusted". Almost every big brand has a dedicated Dutch project. There's a total of 13 operators licensed by the KSA to freely work and offer online gambling in Netherlands.

Belgium’s Casino de Spa was added just a year ago, not including Toto Online, Arcade Group, Holland Casino, NSUS Malta with GGPoker, Rocket Casino, Pikakasino, Bingoal, Betent and even Bet365 are on that list.

There are some, but some of them are still new to judge. Those casino who exist years without any problems or has a reputation now such as stake is for me a trustworthy casino, Though there are still new casino who haven't experience bizarre scenarios that won't make them do a risky move like banning or not letting their gambler withdraw. Imagine having a very lucky day and the $10 you deposited at the end of the day you end up withdrawing $5000 from the casino, I don't think that the casino won't investigate or make you do KYC with them. As long as it is stated in their ToS, They can freely do it and you need to abide it as you agreed to it before playing.

Yes, of course, these strictures force people to look for an alternative in an online casino without the need for KYC, but this is also used by scammers who create online gambling decentralized platforms that do not have a license, and if you consider that OP is interested in amounts over $ 10k, then this is associated with a huge risk of losing funds.

Well, it is just a matter of choosing the right one; reputaion and credibility of a gambling platform for sure are top things to consider when finding a platform. Not all casinos without KYC would have a tendency to steal your funds. Actually I do take those who does, as more concerned with their olayers. KYC would limit the chances of easily withdrawing funds from your account so atleast that would give a harder time for those who are hacking accounts. Another thing is limiting underaged gamblers because they are more prone to addiction not to mention their sustainability of funds. So I am not totally against it, unless the activity itself is prohibited in your country.

Lol TFS or Fairspin is just paying shill accounts, they're not allow Netherlands citizens because they're regulated casino, so your question doesn't help anything in this thread. Anyway you can give me a proof if your investments have been doubled for invest in TFS token.

Yeah it's true, almost of online crypto casinos are trusted depends on the site, not from the license. Gambling license in crypto casino is really weak and doesn't help the gamblers.

Top casinos these days usually ask for KYC. They might not be require it in the beginning but will surprise you upon withdrawal so it will be better to search everything well so you will have an idea right from the beginning. Yes, there are still trusted casinos that will not ask for KYC but gamblers from the Netherlands should know if they could access the site in their country. ^ I think that is right because players should be aware of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process that many online casinos now require. While some casinos may not require KYC at the outset, they may ask for it when a player tries to withdraw their winnings. It is always a good idea to do your research before signing up for any online casino and to check their policies on KYC and other important issues. Even though there are trusted online casinos that do not ask for KYC, players in certain countries may not be able to access these sites due to regional restrictions. So it is important for players from the Netherlands or any other country to check whether a casino is available to them before signing up.

I have played at Bitsler from many years, and made many withdrawals. But till now they haven’t delayed my withdrawal for once also. They have also never asked me for my identity verification also. Moreover with above mentioned sites , I would also like to recommend Stake.com, they are also best in the business and operate almost everywhere in the Earth.

Faking KYC is indeed not recommended because at one point it will only make gamblers get into even bigger trouble.
Unless they use a casino that doesn't require a KYC then it seems they can still play and be accessed even though they have to use a VPN to be able to enter the casino site.

I agree with you that it is not recommended to fake KYC, because every gamblers  will be asked for KYC to carry out verification even though not all casino sites require KYC. However, using a VPN will carry a high risk which will cause blocking which will possibly take the contents of your funds from your wallet and end up loss, because using any VPN in a casino will be risky and become a problem, so my advice is that it would be better to only use a VPN when necessary. Just follow the existing terms and conditions. Thank you..

I'd say Dplay is as good as you can get. You'll hardly be taxed as there's no KYC, and you can convert your XFUN once you obtain them back from the platform. Also, it's easy to access and navigate, and haven't had an experience when it lagged so far. In my mind, it's one of the best solutions currently available.

Netherlands does impose ban on gambling and only gives permits to regulated casinos or you could say casinos that are able to provide taxes as they wish, this is way for country to make quite large profits by utilizing permits for gambling.
It is clear that other gambling sites, especially those on crypto basis, will never be accepted or otherwise accept Dutch gamblers because the regulatory system and licenses are different.
If an error occurs then the gambling site will definitely have problems regarding the license they have, this will be loss for crypto gambling site and that is why the ban is imposed on Dutch people.

Well, faking KYC means gamblers are setting themselves up for problem that can be very risky, risky in the sense that they could get their account blocked if the casino finds out about it.
Moreover, falsifying KYC is not the right thing, this is strict prohibition set by every licensed gambling site.

But when using casino that doesn't require KYC at all and they can accept the use of VPN then the gambler gets big wins will also be problem.
