Title: What can Bitcoin afford to buy
Post by: Onyeeze on February 24, 2023, 07:20:30 AM
Many people are confused of Bitcoin and mostly mother's having double mindset of what bitcoin can buy. But i wasn't bias on the question because i know that Bitcoin is a digital currency and it can buy things for the country that approve it as a legal tender, and with Bitcoin profit you can buy things for shop's that accepts bitcoin for monetary transaction's. So i want to ask this question generally so that i will have more insight of what bitcoin can buy using Bitcoin without converting to fiat currency before making purchase.

Bitcoin can not buy anything. Itself it can not. Must have an agreement between a buyer and a seller to use Bitcoin as a payment method for their deal.

Bitcoin is a mean or a payment method and you can exchange your Bitcoin with other people, exchange it with other things that can be a learning course, a bread or an altcoin. You can exchange it with fun only like lazlo exchange 10000 BTC for pizzas (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=137.0).

When more people use Bitcoin, its value increases and with one BTC, you can exchange for more things, more pizzas, bicycles, more Cokes.

Bitcoin is not deflation but yeah it is only a meme.

Mostly online services like VPN/proxies/etc. It's quite rare for online retailers to accept bitcoin as payment as of today so for now, we're stuck with bandage solutions such as BitPay, Coinbase Commerce, Purse.io, and such.

I can not understand it.

Bitcoin has its value because people use it and link it with fiat currencies. There is no Bitcoin standard like Gold standard in the past. With Gold standard, central banks fixed a price for gold. There is no fixed price for Bitcoin set by any governments or central banks.

Price of Bitcoin depends on bank currencies like their inflation can help Bitcoin price but you can not say the opposite. Purchasing power of bank currency depends on price of Bitcoin.

I, myself still prefer to convert it first before buying something, whether it is online or not. For me buying using fiat is much safer and does have insurance rather than using Bitcoin to buy things online. The scenario that I am thinking is that you cannot reverse the transaction once it is done, and what if a certain store that accepts Bitcoin as a payment did a mistake like giving you a wrong address on an incomplete one, then you complaint about it but they say there is nothing they can do since it was an accident or something else, so you ended up wasting those Bitcoin for nothing, something like that.

The most expensive thing you can buy using Bitcoin is likely a very expensive house or car somewhere around the world where there is a dealer or Real Estate Agency accepting Bitcoin payments.

You can buy about anything using Bitcoin long as you have the financial possibility to travel to a country where you can purchase the thing you want.

Nothing can be used for purchases except there is an agreement between the buyer and seller. In trade, anything of value (gold, diamonds, a car, Bitcoin) can be exchanged for something else of value if both parties are in agreement with the trade.
The financial system is not static and you should not presume it to be. About a century ago, fiat as it is today did not exist.

It is not a digital currency too.
...
"A digital currency is a medium of exchange that is generated, stored and transferred electronically"[1]
Bitcoin is precisely a digital currency.

So i want to ask this question generally so that i will have more insight of what bitcoin can buy using Bitcoin without converting to fiat currency before making purchase.

In El Salvador, you can even buy a private island. In my country, you can't buy anything except local cash.

Given that the legality of bitcoin is not governed by a single rule, you should change the question, "is bitcoin legal for payment in your country?". Everyone's answers will represent the legal conditions of their respective countries. If it were legalized, then it wouldn't restrict you from buying anything if you were in that country.

Price of Bitcoin depends on bank currencies like their inflation can help Bitcoin price but you can not say the opposite. Purchasing power of bank currency depends on price of Bitcoin.

Announcements concerning inflation affects markets in general, because well — apparently that's how markets work. That doesn't make bitcoin any less good.

Bitcoin is money, so it can buy you things. However, it is not widely accepted as such. So depending on where you are, it is possible that you cannot spend your Bitcoin in an actual store or shop. Online, it is easier, but still your favorite online shop, especially local, might not be accepting it.

I wonder where you're from, but if you really wish to spend Bitcoin in an actual transaction and you have a Bitcoin community there, you could agree among yourselves to transact with Bitcoin.

Exactly, this is why I don't bother to invest in any crypto payment solution that plans to build bridges between every other retailers, for example, 8pay and shopping io, I believe they will never work, we need to see big companies like Amazon and Alibaba accepting Bitcoin directly, without the need of going through another payment solution like Pay Pal, it sucks. I just want to buy a car paying with Bitcoin or buy many other things paying with Bitcoin directly, we still have a long way to go mehn.

Bitcoin is being treated differently, and subjectively at that I'd say, but I don't think it is fair to dismiss it as a digital currency. Admittedly, it is not widely used as a currency, but it doesn't mean it isn't a currency. As a matter of fact, even if there isn't a single store or shop that accept it as a currency, and you can only make use of it as such in this forum, it is still a digital currency. Or even if it isn't used by anybody at all as a digital currency, if Satoshi designed and created it as a digital currency, it must be a digital currency.

You can buy foods, items, and expensive products online as there are websites accepting bitcoin as their payment method. I'm not sure where you live, but if it isn't banned in your country for sure, there are shops there that accept bitcoin as payment. You just need to find them, but mostly you can find products online, which is like when you are buying using your fiat. As time goes by, I've seen a lot of services that also accept bitcoin, like taxis, salons, etc., so for sure, in the future, you can see it anywhere you go.

I agree with you, converting it first before buying something is the best way, because no one wants to lose his or her bitcoin by sending it to the wrong address and not being able to do anything about it or refund it back, although some people are buying things with bitcoin and I'm sure they will check the address correctly and make sure it's good, but most are online and they are very expensive things like cars and other expensive stuff.

Bitcoin is a payment option if the buyer/seller would accept it.

But majority of people don't accept it yet. Hence you will find it difficult to pay directly but you can pay through gift cards. The cost of things in Bitcoin will be dynamic with a fiat currency as the base. But this is difficult to say at this point whether this will be done in future.

The best option for you at this point will be to buy gift cards. Wait for your local government to be more lenient regarding bitcoin.

Many people are confused of Bitcoin and mostly mother's having double mindset of what bitcoin can buy.

If it's legal in your country to use bitcoin and perform it transaction then you have no reason to doubt about how you can engage spending it when you can easily buy items and make shoppings online directly from companies accepting bitcoin or make a p2p exchange of it to fiat and make your shoppings in areas where it's not adopted yet.

But i wasn't bias on the question because i know that Bitcoin is a digital currency and it can buy things for the country that approve it as a legal tender

You don't need to go to El-Savador or Central African Republic where bitcoin is a legal tender before you can enjoy making payments with bitcoin, there are many organizations and companies even enterprises that accept bitcoin for the exchange of goods and services, as long as bitcoin is allowed being legal for making payments and not until they accept it as a legal tender.

So i want to ask this question generally so that i will have more insight of what bitcoin can buy using Bitcoin without converting to fiat currency before making purchase.

There are many organizations, hotels, online malls, businesses and individuals enterprise that accept bitcoin for payment, all you need is to locate one or ask for preferable options you can use in making payments, they may include bitcoin, if not then you can as well request making payments with bitcoin.

More stores and companies now accept bitcoin as payment, but some still don't. You can use bitcoin to buy things like electronics, luxury jewelry and watches, and even cars (Tesla) or NFT and more... However you can't buy a house with it. Real estate companies are not accepting this payment option yet (except if you buy it directly from an individual)

Bitcoins can buy many things, and as long as the store provides bitcoin payments, they can buy anything they want. But that will depend on each shop because many shop owners still don't know bitcoin as a payment alternative besides using fiat or something else. And if there aren't many shops that provide payments using bitcoins, you have to convert your bitcoins to fiat currency first, and then you can shop at any store. And this can help you not to use bitcoin as a payment but as an investment tool for your future.

In many countries, payments for most online businesses are made using bitcoins or other crypto currency. But when it comes to buying things locally from stores or shops, it is not acceptable.

On the other hand, what Bitcoin can buy, depends solely on the price of a country's own currency compared to a dollar.

It's quite rare that every seller accepts bitcoin as a payment mode. But it's possible when two parties accept bitcoin. For example, KFC, Subway, and Burger King restaurants from different countries have tried offering Bitcoin payments to their clients. You might not be able to use your Bitcoin at a physical store or shop, but doing so online is simpler.

If the seller accepts Bitcoin as a payment method, You can buy anything. But, if the seller doesn't accept bitcoin, You can't buy anything using Bitcoin. There are a lot of famous companies that already accept Bitcoin as a payment method. According to 99bitcoins.com, these companies already accept bitcoin as a payment method.

Wikipedia, Microsoft, AT&T, Burger King, KFC, Overstock, Subway, Twitch, Pizza Hut, Miami Dolphins, Dallas Mavericks, Virgin Galactic, Norwegian Air, Namecheap, Cheap Air, Gyft, New Egg, The Internet Archive, The Pirate Bay, 4Chan, Mega.nz, Express VPN, and AMC. Those are big Companies. Apart from those, there are a lot of other small companies that accept Bitcoin as well.

Bitcoin is a digital currency, an investment, a commodity, or a means of payment... I see bitcoin as a multi-functional tool, what it is depends on how you use it. I remember someone also said bitcoin is not a digital currency, that's not true for you but true for them, because they only see bitcoin as an investment to earn a profit, they don't use bitcoin for payment. Use bitcoin your way, don't be confused just because someone doesn't think like you.

One of the latest articles[1] published by money under 30 shows what you can buy with your BTC in today's world.

You can also use your BTC to top up your mobile, buy some electronic gadgets, games from Steam, PlayStation and more available on Cryptomate[2].

The best part was when I was here sitting in India and was able to pay my BTC for a mobile top up for my friend who is in Dubai ATM. I believe that with time, more and more outlets (even small scale businesses like restaurants and junk food sellers) will start accepting BTC. Some outlets in my city were accepting BTC when it was above $40k (as I approached to them to use this technology and also take advantage of its volatility), but when it crasher under $30k, some have paused and some stopped using BTC completely.

There are numerous shops and businesses that accept bitcoin as a form of payment. For instance, thru Travala.com, you can reserve tickets and accommodations and travel to a variety of stunning locations worldwide. Some fast food branches are also accepting Bitcoin as a form of payment. Some examples include Pizza Hut, KFC, Subway, and Burger King. Additionally, everyone is familiar with billionaire Mark Cuban, a supporter of crypto currencies and owner of the renowned Dallas Mavericks, where superstar Luka Doncic plays. Bitcoin is accepted for payment when you shop online at the Mavericks store.

Bitcoin is not a hidden thing anymore so anyone must be aware of it already if what is it and what merchants accepts it. For now its adaption might be limited but many of us didn't care at all because we are only using our Bitcoins as an asset for a long term investment. If there are instances that we will buy something we will just convert our BTCs to fiat and buy the item locally or directly.

Maybe the reason why some stores didn't support BTC in their business is that they are scared that it was against the law but there are still a few stories that I read where a customer will ask the owners secretly and they still made the deal possible. We can try the same thing in our local and we might be surprised on how many merchants are willing to accept bitcoin in exchange of their service.

Do you mean what 1 bitcoin can buy for them in their various countries? If so the price of bitcoin is same but differs significantly in different countries according to the value of their fiat currency. In my country Nigeria 1 bitcoin can buy a building in a less developed area because it is about 17 million naira as of today's exchange rate.

It's great that you're excited to see people using Bitcoin to buy and sell directly. But we need both Bitcoin and fiat money to run. People have been using fiat money for ages, everyone is more than used to it. So you cannot remove fiat money in one fell swoop.

Moreover, volatility remains the same, to avoid this problem you should always use a stable currency that is backed by fiat currency. Mass adoption of Bitcoin is possible only if a balance between fiat money and Bitcoin can be maintained.

The removal of fiat currency is not the main issue but the vast adoption of Bitcoin is an important issue, and we should focus on it, good thing is many countries have now added Bitcoin as a payment option.

If at the previous ATH 1 bitcoin could almost get the holder to buy the new Civic Type R, today 1 bitcoin is only enough to buy a family class car. For other things, you can buy more stuff with bitcoin according to your means. But I don't think you will spend your bitcoin as long as the price is low enough at the moment. Hold and spend when the bitcoin price is higher in the future, you can buy more stuff later.

It is a good option to spend your fiat savings to invest in bitcoin now instead of spending your bitcoin to buy something. But one can use bitcoin as a means of payment instead of just an investment.

I am a little bit confused about why they are confused about what Bitcoin can buy. Well, this may relate to how can Bitcoin be used as payment for buying something in certain merchants. Because they know that not all merchants or shops accept Bitcoin as payment. That is why they may feel confused about it. Additionally, many newbies are also confused about how to afford to buy Bitcoin because the price is very high and they don't have enough money to buy. the fact that they still don't know that they can buy Bitcoin not only 1BTC but also several zero points.

You don't need to feel confused about that, after all bitcoin is not a legal currency in all countries - don't you realize that?

Bitcoin is not only limited to buying something in the form of goods or anything in objects, but basically bitcoin has more uses such as paying salaries and some kind of online service for influencers or whatever. But regulation will only limit its adoption so you can't use it in different countries.

^ This depends on which country you are in.
But in most countries, BTC is friendly or become legal tender and it is becoming increasingly popular as a payment method for various goods and services. While its adoption is still limited in some parts of the world, there are a growing number of merchants and businesses that accept BTC as payment. There are too many establishments that accept BTC now as a payment, in online shopping, and only merchant stores or even gaming companies such as Zynga and Big Fish Games accept BTC for in-game purchases, which you can use to gamble also. There are too many things that you can do with BTC using it the same as cash.

Even it's not approved as a legal tender, it can buy almost everything as long as the seller agrees to receive payment in bitcoin.

It doesn't have to be complicated at all for someone to see what we can buy with it. It can buy almost everything as long as both party agrees to pay and buy bitcoin.

In many countries, payments for most online businesses are made using bitcoins or other crypto currency. But when it comes to buying things locally from stores or shops, it is not acceptable.

On the other hand, what Bitcoin can buy, depends solely on the price of a country's own currency compared to a dollar.

Bitcoin is money, so you can buy anything you want, you have a lot of bitcoins, you have a lot of money when you have a lot of money, you can even buy happiness. Nowadays, bitcoin is not accepted by governments, but most people know its value, so you can buy anything with bitcoin as long as you can deal with the seller.
You can buy whatever items you want if a shop near your house accepts payments in bitcoins. But if you don't find them, you still can't use bitcoins to buy those things. For now, it's probably best to sell your bitcoins to fiat money so you can spend it to buy the things you want. It's about whether or not there are shops that accept bitcoins as payment and it's not yet implemented in all countries. And until that time comes, we must be patient in using it as an alternative payment and it is better to keep bitcoin instead of using it as a means of payment to replace fiat money.

You can buy almost anything with bitcoin, however it is very different in different countries and continents. First of all, where there are bitcoin ATMs, there is a way to exchange BTC for cash and that opens up a lot of possibilities if you "only" have BTC.

I remember a bitcoin maximalist explaining on Reddit that he was harassing all his local merchants to accept BTC as payment. I think that the more developed and rich the country is, the harder it must be to do (I mean, convert his business entourage to bitcoin). Personally, where I live in Eastern Europe, I can pay a lot of things in Bitcoin, but not everything: I can't pay water or gas bills in BTC. The same goes for train tickets, gasoline etc.. However, I can pay for my internet, phone, food and cigarettes directly in Bitcoin. This implies using LN though (especially with the current fees related to those damn NFTs...)

I once read an article where someone said that he paid literally EVERYTHING in bitcoin. He said that whenever he wanted to buy something online, he reloaded his virtual card in BTC and paid with it. He said that this is a way to increase the volume of BTC exchanged but I don't know if this is really positive for the ecosystem, I imagine that the third party that managed the virtual card had to directly exchange BTC for FIAT when he did this. I don't know to what extent this guy was "useful" or not for Bitcoin by doing this

Even it's not approved as a legal tender, it can buy almost everything as long as the seller agrees to receive payment in bitcoin.

It doesn't have to be complicated at all for someone to see what we can buy with it. It can buy almost everything as long as both party agrees to pay and buy bitcoin.

That's all.
As long as we reach an agreement between the seller and the buyer, then we can pay in bitcoin and buy whatever we want. But in case your country bans bitcoin, or it is illegal to use bitcoin as a means of payment, then it is better to convert bitcoin to fiat currency which will be safer. Do not try to risk a deal with the seller because if he accidentally can denounce you, you will be in trouble.
I also have never paid with bitcoin because I want to keep my privacy as well as ensure my safety. I believe it is only a matter of time before governments accept bitcoin, we just have to wait patiently for a while.

That's it, as long as both wants to accept and pay with bitcoin and that's all the procedure that needs to be done. The agreement is simple and easy and there's no need for much complicated process.

When a country bans bitcoin, people there can still do transactions with bitcoin. We don't know how many of those folks that are living into those countries that are against the usage of bitcoin yet they still receive and send it to anybody that they're transacting with.

The question is tricky because what can be bought without converting Bitcoin strongly depends on a country and on options we consider okay. If it's El Salvador, Bitcoin can probably buy $23k worth of anything because Bitcoin is legal tender there. If it's a country where Bitcoin is fairly popular, you can try to agree on purchasing pretty much anything with Bitcoin (as MusaMohamed pointed out regarding an agreement between a buyer and a seller). Then there are other options like crypto credit cards, and those can be used like any other credit cards (here's an example (https://bitpay.com/blog/crypto-credit-cards/) of what I'm talking about), but I'm guessing it's because the coins are automatically converted into the right fiat upon usage.

Mostly online services like VPN/proxies/etc. It's quite rare for online retailers to accept bitcoin as payment as of today so for now, we're stuck with bandage solutions such as BitPay, Coinbase Commerce, Purse.io, and such.

Plus if OP would go to the Dark Markets there are many valuable "products" over there, for "some people", that are "hard to find". Without Bitcoin, ground-breaking concepts such as online markets that can sell ANYTHING without needing approval from anyone, or permission from government institutions, would be impossible. It's a Libertarian's dream.

I don't exactly know what's the most expensive thing you can buy with bitcoin but there has been some quite big real estate deals in which payment system was bitcoin so if we consider them they come under this category. But there is no fixed thing which we can categorised as expensive in btc as when you buy something with it the value will be still calculated in USD so whenever some will spend say more btc on something it will be expensive deal in btc.

There are Real Estates ICO before that investors can use their Bitcoin to buy or invest in different real estates, some projects were in Singapore before. Im not sure if these projects pursue it since it’s during ICO days that many Real estates company tries to get involved in crypto. Many things now can be bought by bitcoin as merchants accepts crypto in most countries that are open in idea of having cryptocurrency. In my country there is an app that is used by stores that can accept bitcoin and will easily convert it to our currency for the seller.

Anything, if the store doesn't accept Bitcoin payment or the country ban Bitcoin usage as a currency.

Bitcoin is a currency similar like fiat, so if you can't buy a thing using fiat, you can't buy using Bitcoin too. I think we can buy any physical thing using Bitcoin as long as the store accept it. But we can't buy is: time, health, age, character etc.

... But we can't buy is: time, health, age, character etc.

If you have more bitcoins means you have more money, when you have more money, you will have more time to take care of yourself, and your health will be much better. When you have a lot of money, you will have more time to take care of your family, and when you have a lot of money, I believe you will look at life in a different way, from which your character will also change. Bitcoin can be bought all, so find a way to own as many bitcoins as you can, the sooner the better, you will have more than you think.

You can literally buy anything and everything through Bitcoins. Yes for that you need to know the right place and right way. You can easily buy thousand marketplaces’s giftcards by paying through Bitcoins. And use those to buy the products that you need. Many service are also there that directly accepts your crypto and delivers the product at your home. Yes there are some extra commissions that these sites charge and that’s acceptable. Moreover in countries where Bitcoins are legal, many big MNCs accept Bitcoins, and using this you can avail any of their service.

The problem is that you are offering to go somewhere to buy something with bitcoin. From a buyer's point of view, I can say that I want to buy everything in the place where I am. And this is still a problem. Bitcoin is not yet sufficiently adapted.

Bitcoin can be used to pay expenses as well as be a long-term investment. When houses are paid for with bitcoin, the process is efficient and dependable. The majority of traders and investors' ultimate goal is to become financially stable in the market. The race is challenging, but with perseverance and investing in a project with solid roadmaps, it can be profitable. Yet, several nations have strong legal restrictions that make using Bitcoin illegal. Bitcoin may be used for a plethora of things and yet generate profits from traders and investors. Understanding the project's workings, as well as when to purchase and sell bitcoin, is essential.

Bitcoin has not been approved as a legal tender to make a purchase in different countries, but i believe that Bitcoin before you can use it to make payments in anything you purchase it most be negotiable or agreement between the person paying with Bitcoin and the seller. You can use Bitcoin to purchase car, house only if the seller accepts payment with Bitcoin.

You can't use Bitcoin to buy goods in Türkiye. It sucks but they passed a law that block you to use Bitcoin to buy goods and services. You can still trade Bitcoin and use exchanges though.
If your country don't have this type of judgment you can use Bitcoin to buy whatever you want.

The value of Bitcoin has changed a lot with the passage of time. Although Bitcoin started its journey in 2009, the beginning was not so easy for Bitcoin. In the beginning the value of Bitcoin was very low and people did not know much about Bitcoin. But Bitcoin's popularity has increased tremendously since the few years of its journey. Currently Bitcoin is one of the best cryptocurrency coins. There are many countries where people are using Bitcoin as a medium of exchange instead of paper money. I think in the future people will choose Bitcoin as one of their means of transactions.

People forget that the adoption of bitcoin has grown significantly since its creation and you can buy almost anything you want with it, right now the only problem is that if you live in a country in which bitcoin is illegal or heavy regulated the purchase of psychical goods could be complex as the local merchants will be afraid of accepting bitcoin directly.

But when it comes to the purchase of digital goods bitcoin is a great option for merchants as once the transaction has enough confirmations it becomes irreversible, which is a big problem for merchants when dealing with a payment option like PayPal.

Fewer shops accept bitcoin and not in all cases can you buy things with bitcoin unless there is an agreement between the seller and the buyer to pay with bitcoin., Bitcoin is a decentralized digital currency and not every country has legalized its usage unless for El Salvador and the Central Africa Republic or other western states who have some legal framework that allows some bitcoin transactions but not as securities.

-But bitcoin can be converted to your local currency, using the various exchange or traded through p2p.

Understanding what you mean and if you want to have broader insights about bitcoin, then there are many ways for you to learn both to understand investment and the process of traveling bitcoin on the market. Therefore you need to be more specific about what you want to know, so as not to confuse people in giving explanations.

Because if you just want to know about purchases using bitcoin directly it's very easy and can be searched on the internet 8 Things You Can Buy With Bitcoin (https://news.tokocrypto.com/2020/02/08/8-hal-yang-bisa-dibeli-dengan-bitcoin/) and 10 Big Companies Using Bitcoin Transactions (https://ekonomi.bisnis.com/read/20210830/620/1435625/cek-di-sini-10-perusahaan-besar-yang-gunakan-transaksi-bitcoin). In general, there are still many countries that have not accepted bitcoin as a legal means of transaction, so it is still quite limited to buy something using bitcoin in some countries, especially for countries that have special prohibitions against it. We can take advantage of purchases via the internet without having to come directly to the point of sale, for products and services that have started accepting bitcoin payments.

You understand simply one thing, bitcoin is money, so as long as there is an agreement between the seller and the buyer, you can buy anything with bitcoin. But if you are looking for public and popular bitcoin acceptance shops, it depends on the country you live in. If you live in a country where bitcoin is legal tender like El Salvador, you can use it as official currency, if you are in a country that bans bitcoin, you cannot buy anything unless there is an agreement between you and the seller.

Even now, only a few countries enforce this and for my country, I still can't use bitcoin as a means of payment unless, as you said, there is an agreement between the two parties which is still possible.
Regulation remains the main problem in this condition because of course we also can't violate the rules that have been set by the government because it is clear that it will violate there are sanctions that allow it to be accepted.

For people who live in countries that have legalized bitcoin, of course they can buy their daily necessities using bitcoin because in that country it is very likely that merchants will accept bitcoin as a payment method, for example when buying necessities at supermarkets or other shops, they can use bitcoin when they want to make a payment.
Currently the adoption of bitcoin continues to increase in various countries, even some countries that have a good view of bitcoin are planning to follow El Salvador's footsteps, so over time in the future we can buy everything with Bitcoin like buying goods using fiat in general.

I believe that adoption will continue to rise significantly in the future. So far we have seen companies that started to accept one by one, but recently we have started to see some nations start to accept it as well, so far there are just 2-3 nations that made it legal tender but that's how it all starts.

I believe that we are going to start seeing more and more nations on the next bull run, and plenty more on the one following that. I am not saying USA will make it legal tender one day, that may not happen, but if there are 40 nations that made it legal tender, that's all we will need for adoption, it makes the whole nation accept it instantly.

I see this as a meme on social media. But it's a hard truth that it's not just all about bitcoin but if you've got money and you think that you give up on women, that's the suggestion that you'll get. And with love, even if you think that you're paying the right price for the girl just to be with you, love cannot be bought. Going to the material things, almost everything can be bought with bitcoin nowadays unlike several years ago when there has been a lot of taboos and restrictions for those people that don't understand it yet. While it's growing, the acceptance of it is becoming vast and people get to see how bitcoin isn't really bad at all just like how it's portrayed by anti-bitcoin folks years ago.

It is not about the acceptance or the usage, it is all about our preference and the willingness to use it. In the present world with the acceptance level anything could be bought with bitcoin. All that necessary is to explore and find it out. I came across an article years back which is about a person who have been moving around the world just spending bitcoin. For that he explores and finds the location to Spend it than converting. I'll try to find the article and add it here.

OP only needs to know which marketplaces already accept payments via Bitcoin or who are willing to serve their customers who want to use Bitcoin for shopping. I think that's a simple enough answer for the OP to know because he just wants to know that Bitcoin can be used to buy anything and I think besides that the OP has to know which countries have legalized Bitcoin into legal payments. OP also needs to know which shops or marketplaces have accepted Bitcoin to spend on them.
I have explained above regarding direct use of bitcoins for shopping, in general the limits of bitcoin recipients in various countries also affect the level of purchases directly, although people can shop using patterns implemented by marketplaces and e-commerce. For example, in my country bitcoin is legal as a Commodity asset but not legal as a means of payment, so many marketplaces and e-commerce in my country do not provide purchases using bitcoin, although there are several other reasons that make them not and have not accepted payments using bitcoin.

If the OP wants to know where the marketplace and e-commerce are that accept payments using bitcoin, then it's enough to visit the internet and find out on certain sites so that the problem OP wants to ask is answered by itself.
