Title: Does a Morning Routine have any Effect as a Day Trader?
Post by: Davidvictorson on March 12, 2023, 12:14:35 PM
Do you have a morning routine as a day trader? I find
that  whenever I follow my morning routine before trading, my focus is unbeatable in the charts and analysis. I usually wake up by 6am and start with cardio or just walk my dog. Next is a light breakfast. Eating light meals is essential because I won't feel very heavy and dull. And on some days, depending on how I feel, I skip breakfast totally for some homemade juice. I repeat my mantra several times ," today is already a great day." After which I go to my computer and start trading. On somedays I make good profits on some other days, I don't. Overall, my morning routine keeps me mentally prepared to face the day. Kindly share some of your morning routine before trading.

A bit of exercise in the morning is always good regardless what your job/profession is — like, I don't know a single person that works out in the early morning who says it negatively affected their day; opinions are always in the positives.

I'm personally not a fan of breakfast though, as I do intermittent fasting.

Kindly share some of your morning routine before trading.
The morning routine is to help you get the best out of your day by starting the day well. How you start your day has an effect on how that day will go. A good morning routine that sets you out feeling good and positive will influence your energy for that day, you will have a clear mind, clear mind which is required to make good analysis. Imagine having a bad morning where you have a lot of emotional trouble in your head, your analysis may become flawed. A morning routine affects your whole day, as a trader, having a good morning routine that helps you clear your mind and boost positive energy can be essential to making good trading analysis.

It might have. I mean if  a certain routine makes you feel better, it would force you to make good decisions. If you somehow missed your routine, then you won’t feel so good and when a person is upset about something (in this case it is your daily routine), he/she tends to make shitty decisions. It is all human psychology.

However missing your daily routine is not the only thing that would make you upset. It could be anything. Maybe you had an argument with you wife yesterday and you are still angry at her. That could affect your mood and decisions in a bad way as well.

When you sit in front of the PC and start trading you should be able forget all that. If you can’t trade when you miss your daily routine, then you shouldn’t make any trades that day. Simple as that. First prepare yourself mentally, then make trades.

Not related to trading - But, I noticed that each time I joined some student in their early morning jogging routine when coming back from my class, I'm always active and have some unusual energy.
Normally, when you return from night class you're supposed to sleep throughout the whole day to reagain your energy. But, each time I carryout exercises in the morning like jogging from my class to hostel I always observe strength and also that desire to sleep and water the whole day leaves. So I guess applying it to trading could also yield same results as it help to increase your mind's focus and also increases concentration which is essential for trading.

To protect themselves, remote workers and those with sedentary lifestyles need to follow a discipline for both health and other aspects of their lifestyle. Exercises, diet, social life improvement, and eye sight improvement aren't the only factors involved.  Additionally, traders receive regular updates on their skills through training.

There are trading bots, you do not need to be connected to the Internet 24 hours to get good profits from the trading bot.
Thus, you can do your daily things and then find that the trading bot has collected profits for you if the strategy that you programmed with it is profitable.
what is the benefit of trading if you cannot carry out your daily life?

Personally nah, I usually trade at night when I came home from my office so that I will have  more data to analyze and also to avoid making my day affected whenever I have a bad trade. At least at night I can sleep away goodbye on losses in case I have a bad profit. I usually do day trading if there's an action in the market like FUD or Hype to make sure that I can earn decent profit on the volatility by just using low leverage trading only. But  I doubt that my morning routine will affect my trading even if I will trade in morning because my trade still depends on the chart and my recent activities usually doesn't affect the result of my current activity unless I have a bad incident on my morning routine that will make me loss focus. I will halt on trading if that's the case tho.

When I wake up in the morning, I first clean the house, prepare to bathe my son, then prepare something for lunch, then water my plants in the garden.

After my son and I had lunch time, we had some food, fed my dog, and around 1pm or 2pm that's when I could start opening my desktop to do trading activity. And check what happened during the night that we slept.

Having a daily routine which includes workout, physical activity and healthy diet gives good concentration so if we want to focus then we can and can do whatever we wanted.

Myself not really giving much importance to physical activity but keeping healthy diet so I am doing good as far as I know so it really depends on every individuals and what their body reacts their activities.

I am impressed if you don't get carried away if you are unlucky or experience a loss, it seems that the morning routine that you do every morning can keep your thoughts and emotions under control. So it looks like it's having a nice effect.

I don't really have the morning routine of taking some jog and it is commendable if you don't miss it because it is really I hard thing to keep up with daily but if I succeed to do a walk out, I usually have a positive vibes for that day including being very smart, fast and alert at what I do. As to routine for trading, I usually check set up when I wake up to see if the day will be good for profit  ;D

All this is nothing but placebo effect. You feel that everything since the morning is going right, you have followed your routine which means everything is going right so you manifest that your trading too will go correct this time and you trade with the right mindset which ultimately gives you profit. You can say it's sort of a chain reaction which sets the mood for everything.

Indeed, trading must be done when our bodies are fresh and our minds are not disturbed by anything. Sports activities and the like can reduce stress in our minds and even according to health it is very good to do. If our body is in good shape and our brain is fresh, then our mentality will be very good to start trading.
We can feel it by ourselves, if we just stay silent then our bodies will feel heavy and even as if we are doing hard work, even though, we are not doing anything. However, when we exercise, our bodies feel lighter and more able to carry around to do anything.

A good routine and good for your health. You are still lucky to be able to do some routine before trading. it will make your brain more fresh and the work you do will be according to plan. You also wake up early enough and do all the activities that are good for your body and brain, and that will keep you mentally prepared before trading. You're lucky, even now I haven't been able to set the right time so that the brain and body can synchronize and can always be enthusiastic about every activity.

I did exercise everyday before facing any task.  I jug around the neighborhood for 30 minutes to wake the nerves inside my body.  Not only it is good for our health but also refreshes our thoughts.  I do breakfast after the 30 min, jugging.  I just noticed that whenever I missed my morning routine, I felt a bit laggy so I think it does have an effect on the following activity of that day no matter it is trading or doing tasks.

It's best for all to start a day with physical exercises as you did your cardio exercise. It helps our body to have better fitness that impacts our mental health too.

With better physical and mental health, we can work better, more productively and efficiently. If trading is your daily job, you have many hours in a day to trade so let's spend about one hour in early morning for physical exercise. That is good for health and your trading too.

Beside health and mental issue, another issue is if you over trade, you make more mistake and get more loss.

An important step before I open a trading position, is to zoom in and zoom out the chart and consider long term and short term situations.

Even small exercise can boost productiveness over the day, just not the hard one. This is mostly what I've heard, and it is also good for health, but I am having a hard time getting up early as my work schedule is at night. But what I do is stretch a little bit before starting my work, which I really don't do before I start to trade as I overlap trading and my work. But I noticed that I don't get easily sleepy, and I think my mind got a boost.

It's proven that you're at best when you just woke up in the morning because our brain just came from rest through our sleep. I have proved to myself that whenever I just woke up, I'm more productive and capable to do things that I have. You're not yet exhausted so your daily routine in the morning is really gonna help you decide better with your trades. And basically, if your practice is making you productive and you're happy with the results of it, there's no need to change it and you can continue that until you think that it's no longer effective. But as much as you've explained everything, you're doing a good job and that's what a good routine in the morning does and you only need to maintain it.

The question is, can you trade while you are already drunk?
This reminded me of a man that wrote a cheque for a girl when he was drunk, he added many zeros to the cheque in a way he can go bankrupt, this happened to someone that I know. This has been long but I was unable to know if the girl was able to collect the money from the bank, but I do not think she collected it.

Intoxication makes people to think wrongly at times, do not be drunk while trading.

A must thing to be done specially when you do make yourself having that physical exercise or activity which we know that having a healthy body is always been that recommendable.
Dont make yourself that engage and stress yourself out with trading. Before starting the day then everything should be calm and come prepared. Each person does have their own
ways on starting up their day, as long it do suits and comfortable to them then this is where people do differ but we do share up with the same
target or goal.

Even small exercise can boost productiveness over the day, just not the hard one.
I tend to agree with this and sometimes I did it twice a week.
Incorporating some stretches or yoga poses to help you feel more physically and mentally relaxed before trading because IMO, trading can be mentally taxing, and it's essential to give your mind and body some time to rest and recharge.  Consider scheduling short breaks throughout the day, or taking a brief walk outside to clear your mind.

Finding a morning routine that works for you is key to staying focused and prepared as a day trader.

For me, I'm just the normal trader for sure if we talked about the morning routine. Charts, news, twitter crypto, and coffee.
While I'm in front of my computer, that was the time I started to analyze charts and looking for good entries and at the same time, I read some news for fundamental analysis on some coins. Like latest news on finance world, crypto world on social media, etc.

If you take the time to watch some sports you will realize that many athletes have some sort of ritual, something they do every single time they are about to compete as this helps them to focus on the competition, and while some may see this as some form of superstition, this is something psychologists recommend that athletes do so they can access their top performance just when they need it, and as such it makes sense that this can have an effect on other professions and activities like trading the markets.

Yes, morning routine has a great impact in my daily trading.
Every moring when i wake up i say my prayers, do my exercise like press-ups, dumbbells, take a shower, take my breakfast, and face my trading for the day.
These morning routine most especially my workout really helps me mentally. Any day i dont work out in the morning i will be very weak and  it affects me mentally because i will not focus on my trading.
Exercise is very good as it helps stimulate your mental health and makes you strong and fit in any kind of work or business you are doing.

Doing morning exercise helps us to keep healthy and awake which could have a mental effect. Doing this makes us more energetic and increase our focus on something that we work with. But this is just a temporary effect on us as later in the afternoon we get tired and need rest. That us why we should have to do trading while we still have an energy left and focus, and it should be done in the morning. Being consistent of this doing will certianly have a good impact when it comes to decision making.

I think good habits when combined with other activities will create a positive mood and help your trading process.
so you make the process consistent within yourself, when you trade and experience losses maybe you can easily stop because you have made this habit for a long time.

That is a good one, the mantra. It keeps your aura fresh and you can continue to be positive even in the worst situations. I find it more comforting when people take on the routine path. Properly set routines can really help us to achieve the impossible.

Well coming back to the morning routine, yes definitely it can boost many things. However, technically speaking we also need to understand how and when trading or particular asset is getting traded. For example, bitcoin might be getting higher volumes in the morning in America where most of the users are doing it. That particular time could be the peak period to have most of the profits from your trade but at the same time eastern hemisphere might be in deep sleep considering the changes in timezones.

So it also depends on your timezone, your country, the volume and timings at that particular time. Do check the factual analysis for these so that you can go ahead with more confidence.

If the routine that we are doing is good, it will also have a good impact on the task that we will be doing for the day. In your case, the routine that you are doing there is good, especially the prayer one. I think many of us under estimates this or skip this by the time they woke up in the morning but believe me, this one is so powerful and will have a good impact for us throughout the day if we do this properly.

If meditating calms our mind then praying calms our soul. When you have a calm soul, you will not worry and other negative emotions are going to be normalized as well which is very important when one is dealing with trading, especially the day time ones.

Really indeed a good habit rather than on directly making yourself sit down on from of your pc and then directly made out trades without having any exercises or warm ups.It is always been that recommended
that you should really be having some physical activities.

Not every moment on your life would be spent out in front of your pc which it is really just that right that you do other those basic principles or actions which wouldnt only give out that movement
but rather having a healthy body would really be that recommended because we know that health is wealth no matter what.

A healthy mind and body can result to a more positive life and you can bring this one into trading. Remember, emotions can still affect your trading decision so if you were more positive in life, trading can be more good for you. I personally have a morning routine to stay fit and healthy, though I’m not doing this specifically for trading but i know it can affect it somehow. Have a good practice in trading and stay discipline, that’s a big help.

I think when it comes to trading there's nothing as a routine especially if we're dealing here with 24/7 market condition. I do trade wherever, whenever, and however I wanted it. Yeah early bird catches the worm but as I said it's a 24/7 market so you can catch it whenever you want, depending on the market condition.

That's the advantage of crypto market, it is 24/7 where you can do your trading anytime, anywhere.
However, it depends on the person himself when he is most productive, just like the OP, he has routine before anything else.
That is true to other people, they need to do something first before they sit in front of their computer.
Otherwise, they can't focus or they feel something is missing, hence, they feel agitated while doing their work.

A good morning routine is critical in determining your optimal energy, maximum determination, and productivity from whatever you want to do. A bad morning routine full of emotions can destabilize your entire day and negatively impact the outcome of your desired activity.

In terms of routine, I don't usually do anything before starting the day's activity. My work determination and optimism are sufficient to make my day go well and achieve what I want to achieve in due course.

Some traders have their own routine before they start trading since it could make their day looks complete and feel easy to do their task when they do their morning rituals. But if they don't do what usually they do some people feel like there's something heavy that they can't explain and they feel unlucky for that day. So set up what can make you feel good since this is somehow a good stretch up before you start up your trades.

Having a good morning routine before starting all activities will definitely help us to get excited so that in one day all the work can be done properly.
My morning routine is to pray, have breakfast, and drink coffee, but I will always read crypto news for trading because sometimes they can affect the market condition quite quickly.
But don't believe that doing this routine can make us profit, for me it's just a coincidence because if that's the truth, traders only need to repeat it every day before trading so they can always make a profit.

Yeah I get it but as I've said it's 24/7 market and you could end up trading at no definite time of the day, especially if you have certain notification targets you needed before you do your trade. I don't have any routine or anything like that I condition my mind that it will not be easy to trade, I don't keep my emotions attached on it as long as I have targets and stop-loss feature.

If you are a full-time trader then for sure you don't have a routine because you are just waiting for that notification to pop up and then checking the charts on what are your bias but for those people has work they have a routine like if they go work 8 - 5 pm in a day, the chances that they would wake up early to prepare and have like 30-1hr checking charts then go to work or they are going to trade by night as before they go to sleep. But yes it's a 24/7 market unlike in forex where there are timezones.

Perhaps, a healthy mindset comes from having a healthy lifestyle as well. If we do the morning routine consistently, the more we become healthy making us decide so well and become more productive. Yes, it was indeed a need of self discipline, dedication, and goal. For sure we can say it was too easy but guess what, many people had tried and then just stop because of lack of dedication.

Well, we're not sure if all traders are doing this but I see a huge effect on them (us traders) mentally.

Good well-being always affects our productivity, it all starts with good sleep, if you get up in the morning without good sleep, then this is already a loss of concentration. All the factors you listed are also important, proper nutrition and exercise, but this is just one puzzle of what a trader must have for good results. It is difficult for me to understand how this can affect day trading, since this type of trading is not close to me, but clarity will definitely not be superfluous.

I think in general, not just in trading, having a good morning routine can increase the levels of focus that you can have for the entire day. I'd say it also depends on what cycle you usually do, I know a LOT of people who are more active during the night than they are during the day, but said routines don't necessarily have to be during the morning, but rather at the start of the day instead.

A light breakfast plus some light reading is usually my morning schedule. Reading makes my mental faculties sort themselves out, making me clear-headed before going to work. Back when I was trading though I just stuck to my phone immediately after waking up checking prices, kind of a bad routine really imo.

Basically before you start working, that's the important part. I have a similar one but that is as old as time itself, so it is nothing original. I wake up, I take a shower, eat a breakfast, drink my coffee, and I start working basically while still drinking my coffee. That's a very very cliché and overused routine of course, millions of people do it everyday, but I still do it because it gives me a routine that gets me going.

It means basically that you have some things that you do everyday, and it gets me in the mood. If you start working right away before you do anything else, it would be hard to focus, but if you start with something easier like taking a shower and having a breakfast, you get into a rhythm.

As a trader you can choose to trade in whatever hour that suits you, morning ,afternoon and night depending on your time zone. Therefore being a day trader will not stop you from any morning routine you have if you want to trade and work at same then you can adjust your schedules. But for someone that finds trading in the morning hours most preferable, It will affect you a bit when trying to do Market analysis, because it requires some time and total concentration to analyze the market and hence could clash with your morning routines in some cases.

Do you mean morning routine like exercise and health habit activities?
Actually, morning routines that are done regularly with good routines like exercise, enjoying the morning sunshine, breakfast, and reading something in the morning, will also influence our health and mental. It is much better than sleeping again in the morning because this will make us wake up lazily and with and physical condition.

That is why if we have healthy morning routine and habit including preparing our brain to work, it will prepare ourself to be more ready to do some hard activities, like trading. Trading needs focus and fresh mind to be able to think more seriously and clearly. Some people may not do this and they are still able to earn much profit, but some people may need this. This will depend on individual routines.

Unfortunately on the world of today people are always struggling to find enough time to do what they want as their life has lost any kind of semblance of balance, so a morning routine is simply impossible for those people, which is a shame as having a healthy morning routine could help you to start the day and be completely ready to deal with whatever you have to face during the day, unlike what we see today with a lot of people that begin their day and they are already stressed by the time they get to their job.

It is like they are stretching out their minds because for sure trading would be stressful. Mental health is really big factor when it comes to trading as this is where it fall how do we control our emotions which affects our trading styles. Others may have those kind of routine for better decision making but others also dont have. Theres nothing wrong in doing this that is why we should respect everyones views on this as we just want to gain profit from our trades

I can say that having small children, the morning routine, as the OP puts it, becomes a habit or an obligatory action. Children will never let you relax; it is they who must live according to the regime that their parents create for them and themselves. After doing all the morning routines and understanding that the first things for the morning are done, it's always great to concentrate on other things to have time to finish some on time and take on others.

Establishing a consistent morning routine can be a great way to get yourself mentally and physically prepared for the day ahead.

everyone's morning routine will be different, so it's important to find what works best for you.

Example of my morning routine is
1: waking up early
2: exercise
3: eat healthily
4: practice mindfulness and
5: review my trading plan.

I woke up in the morning for prayer after prayer I opened my chart to analyze some trading pairs if there is any potential trading setup ahead because my trading strategy is based on the price reaching, reaction and Price Action around the Pivot points, if there isn't any trading setup I always take a road walk to a not too long distance for my  regular morning exercise and fitness, however this has nothing to do on how or whether I am going to trade well or not there isn't any correlations between my road walk and trading to be profitable, this is a mere physical exercise and different from mental awareness towards trading.

Wake up at 5am to do the prayer, do some exercises like jogging and walking after prayer and follow up into breakfast. It's indeed after doing that routines you are more likely become more focus to do stuff in following that day because you have already wake up and do the activities which make you have more energy for the day. Doing no exercise probably make you sore and doesn't have spirit to do anything.

It's a great thing to do not just for traders. it's for general human. Trading requires lot of thinking and if you not start the day with some happy stuff then your trading journey would be ended up in a mess.

Routines or should I call it, the usual things that I do every morning even prior to learning the whole thing about trading.

Regardless of the profession, job, works, etc. it should be a must for everyone that we should have a good breakfast before facing our respective workloads throughout the day. It's good that we are in a proper state of mind when dealing with our everyday work. Exercise can be done during the day when we considered it as day-off.

Trading or not, I can't imagine how can we even work properly if we are not physically fit to work at the start of the day.

The morning routine can have an impact on the crypto day trader as this routine can affect the mental and physical state of the trader throughout the day.
For example, if a trader does not get enough sleep, it can lead to decreased concentration, fatigue, and inefficient decision making. If a trader starts the day with exercise, meditation, or other practices that help reduce stress and increase energy, then this can improve performance throughout the day.
In addition, the morning routine can also affect the decision-making process in cryptocurrency trading. For example, if a trader is accustomed to starting the day with an analysis of news and fundamentals, this can help him make more informed decisions throughout the day.

In any job, I think there's a significance why we're feeling that we're better after we wake up. Our minds are clear and just came from a long rest.

When I don't feel being well, I just take a sleep or a power nap because for me, that's like a pill that makes me feel better and giving time for my brain to rest.

This isn't just about old folk things but it's a strategy for anything that we do to be more efficient.

Although trading has nothing to do with getting up in the morning. But when you get up in the morning, you get a different kind of mental strength. No matter what you do, if you can always get up early in the morning, your mind will be very clear and fresh. Getting up early in the morning gives you more time to work, just as you get more motivation for all activities. More importantly, you will always wake up early and have a beautiful and cheerful life.

Waking up in the morning amd check the market situation. And besides, waking up early in the morning is good for the body, and trading at this time I think trading is effective.

I do spot trading on a daily basis. I don't know if you can call it day trading. But no, morning routine has nothing to do with my trading. I like to set a target for buy and sell. So I don't have to worry about when to open or close any order. If the target is filled, it will automatically buy/sell for me.
5-6 open trades in one day based on market analysis. If the targets are not filled, I simply close them and open a new trade the next day. That way, the risk is too low.
So waking up or doing anything in the morning has no effect in my tradings. And I am a lazy person, so I have no proper routine either. Any suggestion on improving myself will be appreciated.

Mid-term trading, maybe you can call it that. But you trade according to the current trend and do each execution based on the target to be achieved without specifying how long it will take. If you say you open 5-6 trades in one day, that's also quite a lot.

Not yet clear about what method you will use, but more towards Mid-term trading.
Trading can be more flexible if there are no rules for having to do short-term trading or even faster, preferring the long term because psychology will not be disturbed either. but reserve money also needs to be prepared.

So waking up or doing anything in the morning has no effect in my tradings. And I am a lazy person, so I have no proper routine either. Any suggestion on improving myself will be appreciated.
Routines for the morning should be used for exercise and don't keep staring at cellphone screens or other electronic devices, fitness exercise will provide a fresher mind and can make the body healthier and can clear the mind when the trading routine begins. Do not be lazy in any case, idlers will not give an advantage.

In this volatile market, there is only one trader that can be against to our bias so better we are always be prepared for any scenarios. Before I trade, I usually watchlisting first, looking for a crypto that did a good move in the past hours. After that, I'll start analyzing the chart then I'll create a plan and lastly execute my plans.

Morning Routines do have an effect on your trading as this could be used as a litmus paper test, think of this as a way to know if your mind is in the right place or not.

If you are known for morning exercises and on a particular day cant make it to the gym or you go there late then most likely your mind and schedule is disturbed.

Btw morning routines also help with helping you to stick to trading plans as this becomes more of a mechanical way of going around your trading journey unlike making random guesses.

I do spot trading on a daily basis. I don't know if you can call it day trading.
if you are not opening and closing at almost less than a few seconds or minutes like a scalper ...it could fall under day trading except here you are also not using pending orders, all entries are all at market price.

But no, morning routine has nothing to do with my trading. I like to set a target for buy and sell. So I don't have to worry about when to open or close any order. If the target is filled, it will automatically buy/sell for me.

Honestly, morning routines don't work for everybody as we all have different lifestyles especially since most prefer to go for exercises which demand time and discipline which not everyone has the luxury to give... but if there is something that can help is some mind games like the rubix cube which used as your mind excises.

Here's how I trade. Let me explain. I keep both BTC and USDT in my wallet (Binance). Let's think the price is fluctuating between $25k to $28k. I will place buy order at different price point. Let's just say $25.2k/ $25.5k/ $25.7k, etc. And I sell those in higher price than buy value in different price too. $26.5k/ $27.5k/ $28k, etc. So that's how I trade and all I need to do is analyze the market movement in which I can predict how much low it will get and how high I can sell. It's all about waiting game and if the target doesn't meet. I close them and open new one based on analysis.

And if you want to say anything about my lifestyle, I am lazy AF. I wake up late and have no routine to follow. I tried to change it and I only made it worse. Sudden change has its own side effects. So now I am trying to change it but in a slow manner.
~snip
I agree, but changing a routine which has become a habit is troublesome. It will take some time in order to achieve it, but I think I can do it. Just need some motivation. Start small and work towards the big one.

This is cool but the funny thing is that, I don't have a routine reason is that I don't sit on my computer all day trading. I can set up 2 differents trades and later in the day close it and take whatever profits I made for that day and I also make sure I set up stop limit because market is volatle sometime. The only thing I know I am use to is I make sure I don't miss moerning breakfast before starting my day, this gives me energy to be able to focus and do everything in other, if I don't eat anything, then there is no activity of trading for that particular day, I may have another plan for the day.

Having a daily routine which includes workout, physical activity and healthy diet gives good concentration so if we want to focus then we can and can do whatever we wanted.

That's very true, Daily routine does have a positive way of conditioning your mind for the day's work. I see no negative effect to having a daily routine, some early morning exercise has lots of positive effects on the body. We know trading has to do with the mind and morning exercise would not only put you body in the right shape but also you mind.

I do some reading as well in the morning hours before I trade or do any other activities, it doesn't have to be me finishing a whole book but just chapters as that has some positive impact in my whole day. Reading has always been my passion as it makes me understand the whole from other great writers perspective.

This is a good morning routine which can help you to relax and be on a better state of mind and as such help you a little bit when you have to make some trades, however the people of today are in such haste that they consider the time spent meditating as a waste of time, which is a shame as if there is something those people need is to slow down a little bit and realize that if they could take some time for themselves once in a while they will not be stressed all the time and their performance at their jobs could improve too.

The only thing I know that affects my trading is my state of mind, not any morning routine. I like to skip trading whenever I'm not in a right state of mind. If I'm stressed out, bothered or sad, I just completely skip touching the charts. On a few days I forced myself to trade I took loses. So, I steer clear and don't force myself to trade. To be a successful trader doesn't mean one has to be in trades every single time and day.

Good job, explained your strategy in detail and I already understand the way you trade.
Just like the Compound trading strategy, buying at different price levels and with an increasing amount (2x the previous order) then will sell above the first purchase price, it will give a good return and it is also always applied by me.

Analyzing market movements is also necessary to know where to stop buying and when to sell.
compound trading requires discipline, patience, and a good trading plan.
With a solid strategy and a long-term mindset, it can generate significant profits.

And if you want to say anything about my lifestyle, I am lazy AF. I wake up late and have no routine to follow. I tried to change it and I only made it worse. Sudden change has its own side effects. So now I am trying to change it but in a slow manner.
Regarding the activities you do, it is your own responsibility. Everyone has their own lifestyle.
It's just how you adjust a good and healthy lifestyle.
Changing in a slower but sure way is better. Immediate changes will have a worse impact.

One of the advantages of exercise is that it helps to build the body system and the brain. You can't be doing a morning exercise and find yourself not being focused, relaxed, and energetic for the day.

My regular morning routine has helped me focus better and has given me more energy, which has helped me get through the rest of the day's tasks without feeling stressed. By completing tasks quickly, it has also helped my body systems feel at ease and renewed all the time whenever I start my day first with my morning routine

The only thing I know that affects my trading is my state of mind

I agree what you say is absolutely true, that actually the main factor is "our state of mind" which has a direct influence on the effectiveness of the trading that we do.
But actually we also need supporting factors to encourage or make our minds think clearly without any burden. Everyone has their own habits, just like OP who does morning activities with exercise and breakfast makes his blood flow smooth so his mind feels fresh.
But there are also some people who use different methods or habits such as they can refresh and clear their minds just by making a cup of coffee or even smoking to accompany their trading activities.
It actually depends on our daily habits to do whatever suits us to clear and refresh our brains and minds so that we can carry out effective trading activities.

Morning Routine will have no effect on your normal day engagement if the following are taken into consideration.

1) time table: if one has a time table for each important activity, every thing becomes easy. With this Important Times remains unaffected.

2)Discipline : after making a time table, one should be discipline enough to follow it strictly otherwise all plans falls in fiasco.

I start my morning with meditation.  I read affirmations out loud to start a successful day.

I start the morning with a hearty breakfast (as is customary in my country).  Usually it is potatoes with meat or fish, salad (tomatoes and fresh cucumbers seasoned with sunflower oil) and black tea with a spoonful of sugar.  Then I read news about the world of cryptocurrencies on my smartphone for 10 minutes.

Then I put on my headphones, go outside and run around the park.  At the same time, I listen to podcasts on economics and trading.

Only after returning home, I turn on my laptop and start trading.

Trading should not affect the rest of your day or be active, otherwise you will consider it negative income that requires your presence, and if it is negative income, it is better to stop it because it means that you are spending time and may not get a positive return from it.
In theory, trading is supposed to be an income-generating activity in the long run, so that there are successful and failed deals, and the outcome is success.

As for me, I rarely trade, mostly DCA>

There are ones who could bare up the risks and there are ones who couldn't and this is why they do really end up on holding or making some DCA whenever they do see an opportunity on doing so.
In speaking about routines then its just normal that we would really be doing up something when we do start our day specially when we do make up trades or something that do talks about full time trades.
Some would just simply wake up and have coffee and face up their computer all the way but there are ones who do make out some physical activity and some sort. This is why it would really be
just depending on how you would be starting your day.

if it could somewhat stabilises your emotion then I guess it will have some effect to your trading activity, after all a healthy mind will make you create wiser decision.
but aside from that I think if trading affect you in negative way I think you should re-evaluate your decision and maybe your method of trading maybe you're just going to harm yourself in the long run.
just utilize some kind of trading bots that's available generally in many of exchanges that way you're not wasting your time too fixated on getting the right chance when you could just automatise it, simply put, don't spend too much time on something you could do easily.

Morning routine is beneficial because it corrects a discipline of working and operates all the activities of the day on time. I have my personal experience that whenever I wake up little late so then I feel lazy and all the activities of the day remain in place. The people who follow morning routine and exercise on daily basis remains actives and they are younger as compared to the others who do not wake up early. A planned work will help everyone to perform the selected task on the time so there will be no difficulty in achieving successful outcomes once a man follow morning routine. Same is the case for trading because trading is also a type of job so morning routine will always have a positive impact on trading.

In fairness to you, the daily routine you do in the morning is good and I think a healthy lifestyle is something like that to keep your mind fresh and your body calm.

You can also try to make it your habit, even though I'm used to waking up at 8am, I'll try to wake up at 6am too, it's good for our body to get used to it, actually. It's like our mind and body can be exercised when we do things like yours.

To get up two hours earlier than usual, you also need to go to bed earlier, and this will entail a change in your entire routine, and it will take some time to be able to rebuild. I know myself, it is very difficult for me to change the mode, because of this I become distracted in the morning, it is better for me not to change the mode and do physical activity in the afternoon, so I maintain maximum productivity.

Yes indeed, a morning routine has sure benefit to a trader, else, why do it. The mental focus and attention rate is higher and balanced, more work will be done and when it's time for rest, the ease with which one relaxes is soothing.
It should depend on individual preference though, because most persons might feel sleepy after the routine and go back to sleep or might get too involved that the best moments to trade swim by.
I don't have much experience day trading and wish I could develop that skill under proper tutorage, but with observing others and myself sitting with eyes, ears and mind glued to a computer screen, no wonder exercise at any time of the day eases the muscles and relaxes the nerves.z

A bit of exercise in the morning is always good regardless what your job/profession is — like, I don't know a single person that works out in the early morning who says it negatively affected their day; opinions are always in the positives.

I'm personally not a fan of breakfast though, as I do intermittent fasting.
exercises frees the mind off so many stress, exercising frequently especially at mornings does not just make you physically fit, it also makes you mentally stable.
I am not a fan of breakfast too, I do not fast though but I'd always prefer brunch.

What you do in morning have a great impact in your trading performance for the later day, there is a study that I have read before regarding it because daily habits have a huge effect on your trading career. What I do is I meditate after I wake up then I hit some light exercise after that I will read my rules in trading for me to not get off the track. Then I'll start charting, analyzing what happened last night and looking for some crypto that made a move. This is alsomy niche will kick in because this is where I recognized patternes wheneverI do watchlisting.

If you do not have a good morning routine, then most likely you will create bad decision that can lead you to losses. Be also aware that what you consume can affect your performance. I'm talking about the foods and also the content that you are watching. There are some foods that can be considered as factor why we cannot think very well. Regarding about the content, there are a lot of negative content in the social media that can lead us to have negative performance if we continue to consume it.

Ever since I got into crypto (especially trading) yes it has changed my whole morning routine.

* Instead of sleeping early, I slept very late in the evening (sometimes up to 5 AM) and get up after lunch.
* Struggling to find time in doing regular exercise because of my habit in checking CoinMarketCap, charts, news, portfolio, etc. My only time to exercise was during late afternoon and evening as I just walk from home to mall and vice versa. I don’t even have time going to the gym because of the heavy online stuff I’ve been doing like making videos for my clients.

However, I always find time to relax my mind from stress by spending time talking to my parents, socializing with my crypto (and non-crypto) colleagues, etc.

But at least I’m quite healthy thanks to maintaining my keto low carb diet.

It actually became a habit. Mornings too after I bring my son to his school.
1. Coffee and light breakfast too with 1 fruit (any) while receiving Vitamin D from the sunlight.
2. Opening my computer but not really sitting yet. Just letting it heat up.
3. Stretching before taking a shower. Will take a long time at scratching my scalp with shampoo as I know it helps with memory.
4. A little rest before I face my computer and watch some sports news. (I don't like watching trade vlogs.)
Does it have any effect? Yes, I do believe so. A fresh feeling does help you be optimistic for the whole day and a relaxed body will make you decide better, especially in bad times.

Well, having a healthy morning routine or habits really help to improve your daily productivity. In fact,  It is  better to wake up early , prepare a healthy breakfast, set goals, and do some exercises. In addition to that, there is a plenty of traders who don’t succeed in this area due to they are struggling with psychological issues or difficulties ( internet conflicts), this stress and pressure would negatively affect on decision-making, you should be aware of this. Trading is definitely profitable but if you don’t have the ability to face your obstacles and overcome your problems , then you don’t belong this field. That’s my point of views.

The tone of the day is set by having a morning routine. It enables you to get going ahead of everyone else. If you have a strict pattern and stick to it as a trader, you nearly always have the ability to forecast or engineer the day you desire. I'm aware that some market forces are out of your control,
but at least you have some control over your feelings and how you respond to each situation the market presents to you.

Neither you do have a day job
Neither you do have an online job or being a freelancer
Neither you are a trader

You would really be always be having that morning routine on which you would be starting up your day. Some people would be sticking out in default and some people
do make things randomly on whatever that suits them in.We are different when it comes to things or on how its been done.
So its better to expect different approach when it comes to things.

I cannot believe that it is so similar to mine. I do work until late but I usually do not like working early so that is something based on me. I could wake up 8 am or 9 am in the morning and finish my job by 6 pm, but instead I wake up at 12 am and start working at 1 pm, which means my job ends around midnight, and that is just the job, then I want to live of course like watching tv or something, well usually I just watch youtube videos of people I follow, and that means I usually go to sleep at around 4 am as well.

This is why I think crypto does make you a bit more tired, you do not get proper sleep at proper time and you are tired, plus since I have to work anyway, I can't really do exercise neither and that makes my body even worse.

I don't know if this happens to most traders or not or only happensi my area because of time zone diffefrce
But, most traders around me that I know, ostly don't have ny morning routines. Comonly, they are still sleepng in the morning and will wake up late. Because they must stay up every night to trade at midnight in our time zone. And some even until morning. So when other normal people are awake, some traders just want to sleep. How will  do they morning routine in this way? this is some of what i know and it might be different.

That is actually an effective routine if you really want to be mentally and physically ready to do trading. Doing exercises and having enough meals before trading could help us trade comfortably and we can create the right decisions as we can do critical and analytical thinking easily.
Our mental condition is too important so we can trade the right way and do it optimistically. It doesn't matter if we trade early in the morning or in the evening, what important is we are well prepared before facing our computers.

It's appreciated that with the activities of home you also have the ability to earn passive money. There are lots of female who just concentrate on the activities of home but they cannot give much time to their job. So the schedule which you mentioned is very simple and important to follow. I think if a person cannot give 24 hours to trading then at least 5 to 6 hours are necessary to conduct your job because giving little time to trading will be dangerous because price movement occurs very quickly so for successful results one should must follow his schedule.

Not really that much to be that on  this way because people are way too different on how they would really be dealing up into something. Come to think that there are some people
who could just simply make out trades right away even if they just had recently waked up or came from their own bed and would be checking out their trade results or outcomes.
Having that morning daily routine, then it would really be varrying because there are really indeed ones who do really spent out their time on having some coffee or into those casual or known
morning routines of a certain individual or simply they do have some doing exercising or some sort and some do even just tend to do some house chores first or making everything
in pile or order before they would be switching up on trading mode and some could really just trade right away if they wanted to.

On my part then im a kind of person whose PC or computer is always on, and if i do have some rest it is really just put up into sleep mode and on the time i do check out something
then i could just directly press and able to do so without needing to turn it on again. Its a bit hassle and too long for me if ever i do make out some check up.  :P

they usually start the morning for exercise like running or breakfast before starting trading. well it's not hard work but they are very important for the routine in the morning before trading to relax our minds so that when we face the chart, we are ready to make decisions in trading to seek profit. that will add to our enthusiasm in trading too usually.

Eating light meal is very important, a heavy meal will make you dull or sleep off. Anytime I eat heavy meal, I don't understand my self when I consume heavy food, its either I feel sleeping off facing the screen or I end up sleeping with my laptop on. As a trader, daily excercise is very important because human can also developed side effects sickness of too much of sitting down, I personally developed pile when I sit down for long period of time and I find it difficult to ease myself when that happen and because of that, I don't sit down for long period of time, day trading is not for me.

Fortunately, there are a variety of what would count for a morning routine or ritual and these has some effects on us for sure. Not in your trading directly but, it affects you mentally and builds some approach you would have towards conducting your trading affairs and every other business of the day.

The market would always follow its path based on certain conditions but your routine could effect your mentality to either be flexible enough to flux when need be about some points and movements in the market.

It's more about mentality and perception and its effectiveness would be displayed on your trades.

As a day trader, there are certain things I do before trading. Here is my simple morning routine:

1.Getting up and physical activity: I wake up at 6 am and start with light exercise or walking the dog. It helps me wake up and be more energetic.
2.Healthy breakfast: I eat a light breakfast such as fruit or yogurt. It is important that the food is not too heavy so that I feel alert and not sleepy.
3.Positive mood: I repeat positive affirmations to myself several times, for example: "Today is going to be a great day!" It helps me to tune in to a positive attitude and confidence.
4.Analysis and preparation: After that, I proceed to analyze the charts and other information related to the markets that I am going to trade. I study the latest news and events that may affect the market.
5.Trading: Then I start trading. At this point, I focus on the charts and make decisions to buy or sell assets.
This is my simple morning routine before trading. Each trader may have their own habits and approaches, but the basic idea is to prepare mentally and informationally for the trading day.

Just make yourself on doing things on which you do make yourself comfortable before starting up on doing trading but this is actually varying on someones preference because not all would really be that having on
making some activities or steps or routine on the time or before they would be making up some trades. There are even some would really just directly go into their computer and would really be tending to check out things
in regarding with their trading position and its really that something i could tell because this is what im like whenever i do really wake up in the morning on which i do really have this attitude.

Usually i do make coffee afterwards on looking in front of  my PC. Yes, it might not be that physically beneficial when it comes to this manner but as long you dont really compromise your sleep
then it should really be fine. If ever you do like or find yourself having those morning routines then it isnt really that bad. It all according to someones preference and likings.

Physical activities really helps your overall mood which is traders must do before they trade because they have to make sure that their emotions is stable. They include this to their trading plan because unstable emotion can lower the probability of your trade and increase the risk. If you're in emotional state it will lead to revenge a trade after a loss or consistent losses instead of taking a rest.
Not just only in trading, but any activity that you wish to do will always be influenced positively once you start your morning with exercise and healthy food intake. That way, your negative emotions will burnout and vanish and will attract positive emotions instead. So I think it would be very helpful if you keep on doing it before your decide to trade. Although I’m not really into this exercise every morning, but I’m really trying to keep my body and mind healthy and productive.

I don’t have usually morning routine before trading, but I always make sure that I don’t do trading once I have mixed and bothered emotions that will completely ruin my trading activity. However, though I also make some stretching and a little bit of walking sometimes, but most of the time I fail to do them maybe because of how busy I am especially in the morning. But when it comes to trading, I make sure that my mindset and emotions are stable before starting to trade.

Just like me on which i dont really tend to make out trades if;

1. Came from argument whether from family or friends
2. Get stressed on something
3. Under the influence of alcohol
4. Literally doesnt feel well in regarding my body
5. Im Lazy on that time  :)
6. Not on focused and other personal things.

You should really know on how to make yourself make out decisions whether you should trade or not on your certain situation or condition. You would really be putting up yourself
into much trouble if you do really tend to force out things because if you do trade on a certain situation and with having these conditions then for sure you cant really
think up well, which it would really be most likely you would really be ending up on not to trade well and you would be losing your position.

When we are mentally prepared to face challenges, we can always overcome because preparation preceed success. Those of the successful traders we hear about online and reading there books was once a bad trader but they were able to work on themselves and bring out the light in them to bring a pattern of trading that will help them and make them relax when trading. Trading is nit about just looking at the chart guessing the possible direction the market could go.

It also involves a lot of things that could build our mindset and set us on a high level when we want to trader. This alone is the confidence we get when entering into the market because we have done our home work.

What I know is that a physical activity is good for the health but it's not a sure way to give you a positive emotion throughout the day. So many factors can trigger it including a price fluctuation. Emotion is not all. No matter how good your emotion is but your analysis isn't, losses will still be likely to hit you.

It's okay to try and revenge your loss but you should not only stick on one strategy because maybe the previous strategy you're using is so bad. Chances are that you will only repeat the same mistakes again. If that is the case then yes, it is better to take a rest instead. It should help you relax your mind a little bit and you can think properly again the moment you came back.

Depends on individual, some people do good when they follow their routine or their minds feel agitated when routine is disturbed. Op you appear to be one of them.

Morning routine is useful for having a healthy body because I have my own experience that whenever I wake up early then I feel fresh and energetic but whenever I wake up early so I fee full, may be its due to changes in routine but it Happened most of the time. Making a plan and following the routine is a sign of successful future because person will works on time and will be healthy because of healthy diet as well as by completing his sleep during selected hours and finishing the daily tasks on time is a features of a successful person.
Having a healthy mind and body are very essential when you are aiming for a successful trading. This will help you become unbothered even if the price fluctuations are high and even if the market condition is not good and suitable enough to trade. Although I don’t have some certain morning mantras, but maybe having positive mindset the whole day will help you a lot to stay trading in profit.

Exactly. Because a good trader will always be good enough to trade whatever the market condition is and regardless if he has any routine or not. However, I also believe that having a good start in the morning like improving your physical and mental stability will help you succeed as a trader. But know that not all traders have all the time for this, but one thing is certain, never trade when you are not capable enough.

The day trading is the short term trading of the assets,it allow us to earn margin. The meal is essential one on a day to have a trade, the day trade target the peoples trading with their own strategies as compared to the others. If you are doing trade it doesn’t mean, your child are going to eat juice from outside. You can use the juices from home made, this is equal to both the man and the woman. When you are mentally prepared to face the daily trade, you had a capacity to earn money from trade.

there has been various studies out there in regard of having better mood might results in better productivity and definitely I think having good mourning routine to stabilize the emotions might be essential.
but nowadays, though having bad mood couldn't become an excuse in lowering the productivity thats why so many exchanges out there are giving feature in their platform to automate the trades with some preferred settings.
of course if it's in term of making some important, essential decision like which coin to invest, and many more, requires calm mind so the decision produced are logical.
feeling agitated, will just results in worst emotion management which definitely might results in bad decision making, and imagine that bad decision making is investing a ton of money in some shitcoins.

well, it has an effect on health that can make it better, and with better health, it will affect the results of the routine that you do, so I think it has an effect on the results of the trades that you do.
I once had a bad habit of staying up late and waking up late. As a result, I missed several trading opportunities, and my body became tired and unfocused. because of this, I feel that I am not working optimally. So, I think getting up early really has an important role.

Mental health greatly affects trading results. and mental health can be formed from our daily attitudes. or even discipline in trading will be carried out in our daily lives. just like in analyzing the market, we will calculate the risk and reward, this is the case when we actually work, then in deciding a problem, of course we will consider it from various sides, and what will happen in the future, we already have an overview, so we are not surprised by the possibilities that may arise. will happen in the future

Waking up earlier than others has its benefits, there's a study that shows must successful people has an early morning waking up schedule. When you wake up early you give yourself more hours in the day and when you make good use of those hours like by trading, you could have made more money in just few hours before other wake up from sleep to go to the office or other business they are working at.

You as a trader, you should know which hours works in your favor, is it the late hours or the earlier hours of the day. Personally I'm more active and can get things done more quickly in the morning hours that'll why I move most of my business to that hour like trading.

First things first, I set my alarm for a decent hour—gotta catch those market vibes early. Then, I jumpstart my engine with a good ol' cup of joe. That caffeine boost gets my brain cells firing on all cylinders.

After that, I hit the gym or go for a quick jog to get the blood pumping. Gotta stay energized and focused, you know? If I'm feeling a bit lazy, I'll just take my furry companion for a walk. Dogs make the best trading buddies!

Now, when it comes to grub, I like to keep it light and fresh. A light breakfast fuels me up without weighing me down. But hey, on some days, I ditch the solids altogether and whip up a homemade juice for that extra kick of vitamins and goodness.

But here's the secret sauce to my morning routine—I repeat my personal mantra, "Today is already a great day." It sets the positive vibes in motion and primes my mind for success.

Once I'm all amped up and ready to go, I hop on my computer and dive into the trading world. Some days I score big profits, and other days, well, not so much. But hey, it's all part of the game.

Having this morning routine keeps me mentally prepared to take on whatever the market throws my way. It's all about finding what works for you, my friend. So, go ahead and tweak it to match your style and get that unbeatable focus on those charts and analysis. Cheers to awesome mornings and successful trades!

Well going through your morning routine, is quite cool, for me i love to first of all clean, my room, my environment, wash my car because i dont even like to  drive out with a dirty car, i do all these at first before looking at chart and that will be 8:30 am GMT+1, but i like trading during NEW YORK session, because i use the LONDON session to look for setups in the market.

Unfortunately I stopped doing any sport in the morning since I am living alone. When I was still living with my parents I always had to walk the dog in morning and stopped by at the adult playground where you have some free machines to do outdoor workouts. It's true that workout helps a lot to reduce stress and prepare ourselves for the day. My morning routine now involves drinking a strong coffee and reading the news. Reading 10 minutes of local news helps me to focus on more interesting topics afterwards. Also sometimes I hear an audiobook when waking up. Books about self improvement and positivity help me a lot to be more optimistic and keep my inner thoughts in line. Working on keeping my emotions under control is the one subject that always needs attention and shouldn't be forgotten about. Instead of doing morning workouts I try to at least to go for 20 minutes walks during my lunch break.

you seem to have an organized routine. it makes you healthier and ready to do your work.

I've never done anything organized in the morning. back when I was so excited to trade I had to wake up at 4 am, make coffee and smoke a cigarette while preparing for my trade.

at this time such a situation I no longer do. I trade when I want to trade. so I no longer day trade. maybe because the situation in my life has become more and more to pay attention to.

That is a good exercise for fitness that is you doing it to have some good refreshness to relax the brain. One does not need to trade straight without thinking of what to do and brainstorming the brain. Mostly in that early morning. Trading in the early morning has not 🐝 a favorable thing for me. Last month I loss 200 US dollars in the early morning and since then I suspend trading till now. I will continue trading when I understand the trading strategies very well if not I will not trade again because if I do will be just losing funds.

I basically don't have any set time for trading I come to trade when I feel like it and when I have time. Although in this case I'm mostly online at night so that's when I have more time. Usually I jump into trading hoping to make a profit and many times end up trading at a loss. But I wake up early in the morning and immediately go online and analyze various activities. But when a person wakes up in the morning according to his routine, he has various tasks and many people resort to various things including exercise according to their routine. But in my case it's a different routine. I wake up early in the morning and go online to trade. It can definitely be a target of loss.

I actually don't focus on my daily routine from the early morning as like you but try to find the most suitable moments from the whole day. So it can be in the morning or in the night and actually it depends on the price chart. I try to keep my mobile data always on at the time of trading and set price reminder to observe the movement of some specific coins.

It's really surprised me and you will be beneficial if you search for the best trading period from your whole day. It's not necessary to enter or sell in the morning because it may not be  the best time. So I just keep working my daily life and when I receive a reminder then I try to observe and make my decision. It feels so easy with less pressure of trading.

Psychologically exercise boost out alertness and increase out level of productivity for the day, and especially when we have taken it as a daily routine before we take up our other activities of the day. I remember when I was hitting the gym as a routine every early morning of each day before going to work, some days due to laziness  I skip the gym I feel somehow unsettled like something is missing out in me for that day and that feeling gives me some slight  distraction. Even though in the evening I decide to go to the gym it doesn't feel same as it would for me doing it in the morning.

So it's possible a routine can have a positive influence in the output of an individual's activity. So imagine if I was to be a morning trader my focus would be in jeopardy as I may be prone to lots of mistakes due to the feeling of distraction I get psychologically.

In a way, I'll say as a trader don't indulge yourself in a lifestyle that would have a significant effect in determining your trading performance should you skip or fail to go through the routine for the day. Allow your professional skill and strategies bear so much influence on the outcome of your trading not your routine.

Best trading period would really be definitely be depending on you on which people is totally different when it comes to  their preferences on how they would really be gonna starting up their day. There are ones who

do really need to have some good warming up their bodies literally and there are ones who would really be just simply directly make out some trades on the time that they wake up in the morning without needing up
with those common routing that we do really know of. Does these things have an effect on a trader? In speaking about mental alertness then it would vary because there are people who do prefer on making themselves that been fully awake and on really on the mood on the time that they do trade but there are ones who doesnt really care at all and watch directly their trading positions.

It would really be that entirely depending on a certain individual on how they would really be gonna able to handle themselves as long they would really be that comfortable on doing so.

I just go for a little exercise just to sweat it out and release all my life’s insanities so I can see a more wholesome self and more life’s positivity. That’s a good start for the day. And I do eat breakfast with a little sip of beverage or coffee as I get used to it every morning. And one most important thing I do consider before trading, I never trade when I’m in doubts or troubled. I know I can only focus on my trades if I am surrounded by good vibes that will motivate myself more to trade successfully and end up with significant profits.

Actually trading or not on that day, the morning routine should always be done. For me it's not a need to trade, but a need for my health.

For example, every morning I exercise either in a relatively short or longer time, that is my need to be able to maintain my health. However, if it is related to the trading activities that we do, it will also have an effect, because when we do morning routines such as exercise it will make us fresher.

I occasionally don't wake up early and wake up late, and that really makes my body uncomfortable, unlike when doing my morning routine.

I have tried trading with a bad morning mood, I haven't had my breakfast or even done any exercise but I went straight to my computer, and the result wasn't good as I wasn't able to concentrate.
For me, either morning or evening, we should trade with a positive mind and be sure to be well prepared mentally and physically. Trading needs further focus because it includes analysis and deep understanding. As much as possible, we must try to avoid doing it when we're too emotional or having a bad day as it might affect our critical thinking and decision-making.

There is something we need to do every morning and have to keep our body make ready for the day's activity. It was been said that once we are active and healthy, we are also productive and the results are overwhelming which is why doing some morning routine is a big help for us. It was just a sort of short exercise that is good enough as we don't need to burn all our energy doing this, we have also to leave some energy for the whole day working. We need to have a fresh mind before trading as this will affect on making decisions.

In fact, in my opinion, a morning routine by some exercises or even just doing jogging will be very useful, not only for our bodies but also for our minds and psychology. Get up early, do a little morning exercise, breathe the cool morning air, and enjoy the morning with a little breakfast and doing some fun activities and cleaning yourself. This is a very good thing for me personally. Even the results are very satisfying, the body becomes healthy and the mind can indeed be more focused. So I believe if you have a good morning routine then your city mind will be better prepared to focus and accept things that are quite tough like daily trading activities.

You know I mostly trade at night and so I don’t think my morning routine will have an effect for it. But since you’re asking for my morning routine, well I do a little exercise but not every morning since I do wake up late sometimes especially if I did a lot of activities during my day job that is so tiring. But what I did just to motivate me to trade, I never look the price most often and just listen to the news that’s happening in the market. That way, if I feel the market is doing good and prices are impressive, then I never missed any opportunity to trade and make profits.

Yes, it may create a positive effect on trading but most likely if we aim to be successful in trading, one should have the high knowledge to understand the market changes and be able to analyze the market well when is the best entry and exit, and of course high experiences in trading too as that will build your confidence and build your right emotions as well when trading.

Morning routine before trading are for the big boys traders, or maybe I say, professional traders, it's not for rugged traders like myself who can wake up any time and enter the market, and at any time during the day.

I usually can wake up around 12 am, 1am or even 3am, and if I feel like it, I will enter the market and start trading, and yeah, I do sometimes, exercise in the morning when I wake up, but that has never been for the purpose of helping me focus on trading, I exercise to stay fit.

man, when I see this thread, I immediately remember a guy from my country, he is a young man who keeps posting videos on his social networks about day trading and courses on day trading, and it's kind of funny that he posts videos doing exercises, then takes breakfast and then he's doing a trade, because I find it funny, and that he posts short videos, and in the part where he does exercises and then has his breakfast, the minutes are longer than the part of the trade, in fact he just posts chart photo, always the same things, I've been talking about this for some time now, but I'll repeat myself: is it really that someone lives with profit from day trade?

OP, do you live on day trade profit? let's be honest, the price of bitcoin most of the time is stable for a long time and even when there are small drops there is no buy or sell signal on the charts, the person can put candles of 5 minutes, then they can change to 15 minutes and see this, the person can spend the whole day and not see any opportunity to buy, and when the person has the opportunity to buy, he will see that he will not have the opportunity to sell and make a good profit

and even when the person sells at a low profit, weeks later the person will see that the price has gone up a lot and that he could have made a good profit if he hadn't sold early, so I don't see the point in doing exercises before day trades as if people would really make a profit, because the truth is that people lie, there is no profit with day trade, they spend hours looking at charts, they suffer losses

well, we know that another thing that influences trading is our understanding and knowledge about trading. however, this routine is also very important to improve mood, focus, peace of mind, and more. therefore, for most people, the morning routine is very important. we know that there are some people who work without thinking about it, and live unhealthy lives. sometimes, they are quite difficult to work with, and hard to keep their focus on. well, I'm talking in general, maybe there are quite a lot of people who don't pay attention to their morning routine but can still focus on work.

most importantly do not force yourself to start trading when our conditions do not allow. like a mood and mind that is being messed up because of something that takes up a lot of our time and energy. This can have bad consequences when we make the wrong initial steps in trading, such as choosing the wrong coin and reading the wrong trading charts. It is important for our mood to be adjusted before doing anything, including trading. and everyone's way of course is different. even with an unhealthy lifestyle, sometimes some people can restore their focus.

It doesn't matter when you trade, it could be you're only free during the evening hours as you just said or have more free time in the morning due to your shift been in the afternoon or night time. You can make profits any time of the day if you understand what you're doing and know how to do it effectively. Routines can be done any hour of the day so if you don't have or have a morning routine won't matter much.

You can shift that routine to the afternoon or evening hours and it'll have the same impact it did to you in the morning. Some individual gets better trade done in the evening hours while some get theirs in the morning hours so trading isn't limited to any part of th day. We all have different life pattern and we have to do things according to our schedules.

To get up two hours earlier than usual, you also need to go to bed earlier, and this will entail a change in your entire routine, and it will take some time to be able to rebuild. I know myself, it is very difficult for me to change the mode, because of this I become distracted in the morning, it is better for me not to change the mode and do physical activity in the afternoon, so I maintain maximum productivity.

it's up to you that how you maintain your mind active and physically remains active but individuals who often wake up early in the morning have sharp mind they are successful in every field of life because they worked according to their schedule which implies that they are disciplined.

I know at start you will face difficulties but if you worked hard it will become easy for you. Taking exercise anytime is healthy habit but once you maintain your morning routine you will easily manage every activity of life and will do every job on time.

I keep myself in good mode all day as possible a reason why I relaxing exercise early morning before dueling with my daily task. I've seen it hard at first but I make this a habit, I eventually found huge changes. If you are totally stress-free, you can just think of the right one but if you're bothered too much, it reflects the results and was usually a mistake. When we are in trading, it doesn't just we need to have knowledge and skills but also, it was important our mind is focus on it and this what we get from having a simple routine that will remove stress.

This is what is sometimes forgotten that mental health is also important because if we continue to focus on work then we will get tired and stressed easily,
what you are doing I think is right because morning exercise will give energy and our bodies will be fresher,
so that it will support us in our work.

Mental health should be healthy like our physical health, and curing it is very difficult because there are no easy medications for it compared to our physical health. That is why that morning routine, or even just a simple morning routine and exercise, can boost our mental health and prevent us from easily getting burned out, as we know we are prone to it, especially if you work and trade at the same time. This is also my worry in myself, which is why if ever I do have time, I travel and relax so that I feel recharged and can continue to work more.

True as much as possible we need to take the time to do that whether it's exercising or just relaxing in the morning,
for the first time doing it is certainly not easy but when it becomes a routine then our body is also healthier,
after all life must be balanced is important.

Morning routine doesn't only have effects in daily trading but it does have effects in an entire reasoning effects in the daily lifes.
It's either going to keep you punctual on regulating your time and your daily activities. This morning routines can either be of house chores or sporting related activities.

Kindly share some of your morning routine before trading.
everyone has their own ritual before trading at the computer. and that's what indirectly shapes our personality, just like when trading where we have to be disciplined to carry out the strategy that has been planned. therefore we can take the point, that a good trading pattern will bring behavioral habits in our daily lives, for example we have to be patient waiting for prices to enter an area, that patience we will unconsciously carry over to real life when we have problems , and that's how I feel until now, it turns out that trading has had a positive impact on the development of my personality
