Title: scam csgo500.com banned account with 1000$
Post by: mosele on March 14, 2023, 03:13:18 PM
csgo500.com banned my account and seized my money (1000$ deposit). I registered on their service few days ago with a view to placing esports bets. I placed some singles and combo bets, none of these bets were any league niche. Meanwhile I tried to verifi my profile to increase limits, but I got error while appling it however I never had any account in their service.
Today I contacted live chat because there was error that did not allow me to place any bet, and there is what I was told

- hello
why i can not place any bets?

"Hello,
The account you're contacting us about has been permanently banned for violating our Terms of Services.

You will no longer receive any replies regarding that."

I asked what is the reason and if I can get my deposit back but they just ignored me.

This is insane that this casino can randomly reject player by banning his account and seize whole balance.
The amount seized by csgo500 is huge for me that why I'm posing this thread to warn others against this scam service.

EDIT

CSGO500 allowed me to withdraw my deposit, my winnings are forfeited but it's a fair move on their part.
THEY ARE HONEST AND LEGIT SERVICE

I admit that this is not fair of them, especially since they do not offer any explanation and do not return your deposit. I would continue to be persistent and try to contact them through social networks, because as far as I can see, what you experienced is not what the reviews of other users show - although it does not necessarily mean that the positive reviews are not fake in some cases.

The amount seized by csgo500 is huge for me that why I'm posing this thread to warn others against this scam service.

If it's an amount you can't afford to lose, why did you invest it in a casino with which you have no previous experience? $100 would seem like a much more logical first time deposit.

csgo500 completely made of scam, I remember back in October, they probably had instant withdrawals, a great atmosphere in the chat, I was sure that they would withdraw my money and instantly, now I hear that they confiscate balances, delay withdrawals, changed the line to sports, good there was a bookmaker, but now they do not inspire confidence.

Well maybe it was a mistake to deposit there 1k, however their advertisement made them very legit in my eyes.

Are they active on this forum maybe?

You deserve an explanation for the confiscation, that's for sure.

Other than that, i really had a great experience few months ago with csgo500. Wandering what is their side for the story.

Have you informed them about this topic?

Give them some time to get back to you. You can also contact UserU, he is the representative for this casino on bitcointalk and can notify the admins. Personally, I never have had any problems with them and they don't ban without reason. It could be a false positive also, but lets await their reply.

Hmm, that's not something I would expect to see in the morning.

@mosele, I'm not from Support but let me check with them on this. I don't have the final say in decision making, but as far as I know, permanent bans are issued when there are some serious violations.

UPDATE: I was informed that your account was permanently banned for forgery. You should not be faking your documents when it comes to KYC, and the team was also aware of your suspicious actions on the site.

I've verified on many other sites with my documents, and you say that I'm trying to fake my KYC that I even do on my own.

That's what I have been informed by Support, including the staff that you had a conversation with from the screenshot.

How can I contract them directly to clear things that are "suspictius" for them?

A "conversation" from screenshot was just their statement, they ignored my next questions that I asked what is the reason  so I would not really call it a conversation...

The only way is through the Support channel/ chat, which you used. However once the final decision is made, the case is pretty much closed.

Does this mean that in some way you admit that you used forged documents? Regardless of the fact that you claim that you use the same documents elsewhere, maybe those "others" are not good enough at discovering such things.

In my opinion, this whole approach deposit -> game -> KYC is completely wrong, because it should be the other way around. Imagine how much time would be saved if you were caught before you even managed to make a deposit?

Firstly it seems you have created a scam accusation and later through this post, it seems you are promoting the site. Cause it can't be fair enough. Because you told me you have not created a multi-account and you have provided the document they requested. Then my question is if you are right then:
1. Why they will ban your account? and
2. Why they will collapse the winning of you?

I didn't use any fake documents, I used my own where I use it always on other services too without issues.
I called them honest however they only allowed me to withdraw deposit but cut all winnings which was almost half of that. Without posting this thread I would be probably ignored and my all money seized.
My account got banned day after after I tried complete KYC and their automatic system rejected my verification however my ID document was accepted.

When I looked back to this thread, I thought that you still had an ongoing case with csgo500.com, but It seems to me that it was resolved when I saw this edit

EDIT

THEY ARE HONEST AND LEGIT SERVICE

So why don't you mark the title of the thread with an extra word as Solved/Resolved?

i always have wondered why casino/poker sites  only ask for verification after you want to make your whitdrawal   and not before making your first deposit ? makes no sense   what is the reason for this?

it's a bit shady on part of casino/poker site because they know that there will always be people  faking their docs or don't want to send them their id or other docs needed

so they just can keep these deposits for themself

smart move

Casinos can ask kyc if a gambler looks suspicious. Read their T&C carefully before you create an account to understand that you may face problems at any time. It is true that these activities of casinos often harass gamblers and keep their funds in the casino. But always gamblers also do a lot of bad activities due to which they face such problems when they are caught.

well it would be much better to just block access to deposits  when user creates his account that way  you know that you are safe when depositing money because you verified yourself
and that way you can't lose money
