Title: I need to receive satoshi from a big wallet
Post by: sa14 on March 15, 2023, 05:12:39 PM
Hi,
For some reasons I need to receive a transaction from a Bitcoin wallet that has an amount of 2000 or at least 500 Bitcoins. The sending wallet also should have total outgoing transactions less than 1000. (i.e. should not be from an exchange).
it can be a small amount. at least 1 satoshi. I can pay for that by crypto or Paypal.
Is there anyone who can help me?
this is important for me because it can help me to get a new job.
Thanks

You can use a bitcoin wallet like https://electrum.org/#download. Also see: How to Safely Download and Verify Electrum (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5240594). With that amount, I'd do it in a clean and offline device.

If we're talking about testnet, see: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5393289.0

On another note, can I affirm that you're not in some weird situation op? just asking since scams are pretty rampant...

Thanks. but I need a real transaction. not testnet.

Withdraw from Binance, it will probably come from a very large wallet.

You are probably chasing wind here, my friend.

If someone had that much Bitcoin, they are definitely not here trying to read through every newly made post and even if they were, most would obviously want to keep the Bitcoin possessions private.

Good luck.

Not here!
No one owns that large amount except [exchange or big player/whales] --perhaps theymos have that large amount but not on a regular member. If I have that large amount, I will not disclose it to anyone.
Good luck with that bro.

I don't think someone who has 2000 btc is going to want to do this job for you, they already have enough money to stop working

My suspicions are everywhere, OP.
I have a question that might make you more wary of accepting transaction offers from random people. Why would someone entrust you with a large amount of bitcoins if everyone can independently create their own custody wallet? If this is a sign of a scam, then there are 2 possibilities why they are offering you this job, they want your "penny" or they want to make you a puppet.

General advice: Something that looks too good to be true is usually a scam

Hi,
It can be sent without disclosure of identity of sender. I do not need to know the sender.

They want to hire someone who has the ability to trade large amounts of bitcoins. and they have this term to be done as a proof. anyway this is a required term and they do not change it. they are active in real estate business and want to enter in crypto investing and trading and do not want to change this term. they want to a transaction of 10 BTC or less to be done as proof from a big wallet that is not for an exchange (having less than total 1000 sending transactions)

Unsure why should people help you pretend to be that well off given how rampant crypto mind game scams are... but it's unlikely you'll find someone that rich here.

I can really tell they don't know much about bitcoin/crypto since they're supposed to ask for a signed message for this.

That's a specific ask that you have. Someone would not be willing to do that and move from a particular address with at least 500 BTC and move a little bit of it. They may be aiming for having a dormant wallet and not carrying anything, but that's a big ask IMO. Why would they even do it in the first place?

Maybe look for addresses with that kind of amount and find the owner of it and ask them. I'm sure there are tools that you can use to search if they posted the specific address or not. I highly doubt it, though.

~snip~

Think about how meaningless that request is, because the fact that you will receive coins from a wallet that has a minimum of 500 BTC does not prove your ability to, as you say, "ability to trade large amounts of bitcoins". That would only prove that you are capable of finding someone who has that number of BTC, and to me it all seems like someone trying to identify owners who have 500 BTC or more.

It doesn't seem like any honest business to me, and in any case, the request is strange to say the least.
