It pops up "Processing Fetching pool information" window and then disappear. It doesn't display to the screen that I can delegate. Do you know the problem? Thanks.

Perhaps that's another thing you need to look at. You can try another pool to test this. If none of that works then maybe it's a Chrome problem like blocking some features of the Yoroi wallet. Why don't you try using the mobile app instead?
