When i try to unlock topic it says "This was locked by an administrator. You cannot unlock it."

how to unlock it ?

You can not be able to unlock a thread that is locked by admin or moderator, but you can message the admin or a moderator about it and give a good reason to unlock it if need be.

Threads that valid answers have been posted, or to avoid repetition of posts are often locked, mostly common on gambling board.

Threads can be locked by forum moderators if they see your threads are zero-value, scam or other solid reasons.

If moderators locked your threads, chance to get acceptance from them to unlock your threads is very slim.

I am curious and quickly checked your topic history that shows me some topics for selling accounts (that is discouraged by forum and community members) and other topics look like scam.

I am not against you but I see your chance is small or zero.

Sometimes you need to understand what is written in the warning or notes before asking questions. It is literally mentioned you cannot unlock it and that's the answer. Even if you message admin/mods to unlock it, chances are near to zero.

You are lucky that you were not banned because your behavior is not indicative of someone looking for discussions, as you are creating one-line topics and deleting replies for no reason.

Do not try to open these topics, but move them to the archive, create good topics and they will not be locked.

If you lock a topic of your own creation and want to unlock it later, this will definitely work.  But if a topic is locked by an admin or moderator or you want to unlock a topic created by someone else then you can't do it anyway because you are a normal user so you don't have any special powers like an admin or moderator. So if you want to do it then it will definitely be a futile attempt.
One thing I don't understand is why you are trying to unlock admin locked topics. did you create that topic?  Or do you have some other purpose? and which topic are you trying to unlock?

Admin and moderator has the right to lock topics that are not passing information or topics that one will not learn from,so don't feel bad if your topics are locked. You can't unlock it because you don't have that vector power to do so,you can only unlock a topic that you locked yourself. Forget about your locked topics and try to create topics that someone can learn from. I saw that you have been here since 2016 and have made only 39 post,common this shows that you are not here to learn and grow. If you don't know what to post then let go of posting and read more of other people's thread or the pinned thread on every board to start with, maybe you this will help you.

Threads that are locked by moderators even if you are the one who created or started the thread cannot be unlocked by and only the mods or staff can unlock the thread. Threads you created that you lock can be unlocked by you and I see someone who did it where the thread is locked depends by OP on how long it will be and then later unlock  the thread to announce or whatever the thread is for.

Not all one-lined posts are shit posts, some are high quality. Not all long posts are quality ones, but spam and zero quality.

Check the username of OP. If I remember correctly then there was a ponzi MLM long time ago with the name. Perhaps one of this kind of topic was locked but going through his topic creation history I failed to find any thread that is locked. My assumption he has another account and a topic from that account is locked and looking for solution to unlock it.

To me I don't think you can unlock a topic that's been locked by a moderator, I think it can only be unlocked by the moderator that locked it, and I also think the reasons for locking a topic is if the topic loses it value, or maybe the topic is not relevant, or maybe it's been posted in a board where it's not ought to be posted, so it will warrant been locked...

Topics locked by moderators cannot be opened by topic creators unless you lock the topic yourself.  usually, topics locked by moderators are useless, low quality or have the potential to generate spam posts, so pay attention to the quality of the topic if the topic you create doesn't want to be locked by the moderator.

I would say to lock this topic also as you have been given information that you can't unlock the thread and moreover they were not sharing anything useful and to prevent scam it might have been locked by the moderator so avoid creating unnecessary threads.

If the posts have useful information shared in a one line then it's all good and the quality of the post never depends on the length of your post.So you are right as have seen big posts getting zero merit while some one or two line posts having lot of them so the thing is if you have specifically replied to a thread it doesn't matter how long it was.

The question was already answered by several veteran members and explained as well.
My question is, What are you trying to achieve by creating a such low-value thread? You are not Wearing your signature and Avatar (Which you cannot). You already got a bunch of valid Negative tags from the DT network for scamming people with your Ponzi scheme. As I can see, Your domain also expired. So, I don't see any benefits why you would like to create such a thread.

OP should know that this is a valid reason why mods lock up threads and likely why the one they're bemoaning here was locked too. They should lock this up or mods will dutifully do what's needful once again.
