Hello guys long time not see, my wallet was got hacked. All my token was stolen to the hacker wallet
i dont know why but can i still secure it? i hope you guys can help me. Thanks you

If hacker has access to your wallet, it can be because of some reasons and most likely that hacker has access to your mnemonic seed then private key. He already co-owns your wallet with you.

Altcoins are mostly centralized, so it's possible the developer can reverse the transaction back into your wallet, but most likely they will not do it since they will blame it's your own fault. Did you use web wallet? it's better to avoid to use the same device where you installed your wallet, just buy a hardware wallet or create your own cold storage.

Now there is nothing you can do to get the money back on that wallet. Be more vigilant and especially this period I see there are many airdrop programs, so it is easy to be attacked if you often use metamask to participate in spam programs to get airdrops.

I think the only help most (if not all) of us here can give you is tips and advice with regards to how to manage your wallet (and whatever you store it in) to avoid being hacked. I'd advise having a laptop you'd only ever use for transactions and whatnot so as to avoid instances like this, where even if you do get hacked, it'd only affect your regularly used system which you don't let your wallet access. You can try maybe asking for exchanges to blacklist said wallet so related coins to it wouldn't or can't get sold (idk if they'd accept it or not though).

The only person who can probably help you ever really is the person who hacked your wallet themselves.

If hacker has the ability to access your wallet and that means hacker owned your privatekey. That means hacker can do the same thing as you do. That's it. There's no way to secure your wallet. The best way for you to create a new wallet again. That will help you to avoid hacker. Just let it go. Your wallet will never be back again. I do know if you are feeling so sad caused by hacker was drained all of your money but we can do nothing to save your wallet

Why don't you just write it in the comments if your address is in the blockchain explorer? You can hope the hacker will see that once he will be accessing your wallet again.

Can you remember the activities that you've done prior to the hacking of your wallet? Because if you can remember what you've done, you can trace back that it's the reason for your being hacked. Because if you do then you've been a victim of phishing forms that have been hidden in the form of airdrops and this is a common style of those hackers. So, think of where you've fallen and from there maybe you can have an idea that they're the cons.

There’s no way to recover that wallet and its not worth it anymore because that wallet is already exposed to hacker, all you can do is to accept it and move on. most likely you entered a phishing site, or there is a virus on the device you are using. I suggest using a wallet and other devices or at least scanning your device for viruses, and clearing the history of the device you have. Unfortunately, I've never heard that any asset can be recovered when it's been stolen. maybe some people have succeeded in returning it, but I think it is very difficult and requires a lot of funds. Well first of all it is sad to hear that you have been the victim of a hack. If the tokens are already on the wallet of the hacker than i am pretty sure, that there is no way for you to ever get them back. In order for that to happen you would need to be able to track down the identity of the hacker and to press charges against him but stuff like that is very hard and expensive to do. So this only is tried, when huge hacks are of whole projects are happening.
Also i don't know how the hacker got access to your wallet, but if it was a desktop wallet or if you had the passwort or private key stored on your PC or phone, then i definitely would set up those systems completely from scratch again, because it is probably infested by malware or something similar.

I am sorry to heard with your wallet hacked, but there are nothing you can do how to get back with all your token stolen by hacker. Move on and create with new wallet and keep private it without connected unknow site for swap or getting airdrop coins because this way become your wallet hack and loss all token assets.

You can't get back with your asses have sending to hacker address, its not the same with PayPal transaction when sending to other account with unknow or hacked have possibility getting back with dispute way. In cryptocurrency not only about hacking but also one letter wrong when sending fund you get get back how possibility with wallet have been hacked and your token sending to hacker address.

If the hacker was able to steal or take your tokens when you are sure that you didn't give the wallet information like private key or seed phrase to someone else then it is not recommended to use again since the hacker can take again the tokens or even BTC in that wallet. It's not good to know that someone or a group of people manage to steal your crypto but we can't do anything to get it back. What you should do is create a new one and that's what you should use next time you own tokens.

It is wise to abandon that wallet and never use it again.  Once hacked, it is possible that the private key or other information to access your wallet is already in the hand of the hacker so using it will only make you lose more.  It is more practical to setup a new wallet, after cleaning your operating system of malwares .

Also, there is very low chance probably less than 1% that you can recover the funds stolen on that wallet unless you can trace the person and file a complain against that person and whether he still have the fund or not.

An address that has its private key known to other than you is more likely gonna incur you losses again since that address quite literally already known by someone else other than you.

If you hold a lot of assets, you should not put them in a gadget like a smartphone or PC. There are many cases where their crypto funds were hacked without knowing the reason. Prevention is better than cure. I don't have a hardware wallet because I can't afford it. I made sure that the wallet that I will use as well as the gadget is safe by making sure it's up to date and there's no virus because there's some cases that I heard in this forum recently was got hacked because of virus. So don't be confident if you only use a gadget like a smartphone or PC. Maybe soon if I hold a lot of assets I will use hardware wallets.

Unfortunately you cant take it back, unless if the hacker give back your token to your wallet, if someone know the pharse/private key that mean he already own it.
My wallet have got hacker too, and i just realize and move the rest of my token, after that i never use that wallet again.

Once hacker have access of your wallet, then it's all over and your wallet be drained none to zero. I'll advise you to be careful of Airdrops especially those that require you to connect your wallet or just avoid using your main wallet for any airdrops. I'll say you should let go of the stolen funds if it is not substantial, get to know how your wallet got exposed and take preventive measures to avoid reoccurrence.

tokens that have been sent to other wallet addresses cannot be returned, I also experienced the same thing, the 200 USDT token was lost because I forgot to check the dex exchange link that I often use.

my advice you can use a cold wallet, keep passwords and privet keys safe and avoid suspicious links, like asking you to connect wallet on Dex exchange.

I don't know what to say, but seeing you and the OP both having such a crash in the market is sad. Unfortunately, there's no way for you to get your lost funds because of hacking. For sure the hacker has transferred the funds to anoter wallet right away. This happens when we open phishing sites accidentally or get fooled by fake sites. It should be a lesson learned for you but for now, you can't do anything to resolve the problem but just to move on and just be careful next time. I can't be sure that your assets will come back unless you track them down, and then you check the wallet, then report to the exchange if suddenly he sends the assets to the exchange and the exchange will freeze the funds.then they will contact you and give your asset back.

Exactly, what is the point of trying to restore or secure the same wallet that has been hacked and your funds were stolen? for that to have happened that means they own that wallet now too since they can easily reimport the wallet and reset the password again. I don't believe you can change the passphrase and if that is what they have, it is better for OP to just create another wallet and many options available too.

Sorry to hear about your wallet being hacked. You have any clue how this happened? Unfortunately, once your tokens have been stolen and moved to another wallet, it is almost impossible to recover. All transactions are irreversible. So unless the hacker willingly decides to give it back to you, there is no hope. If the amount is huge, you can try reporting the incident to the authorities and provide them with any information you have about what happened but success in recovering the funds isn't guaranteed at all.

It is not possible to secure a hacked wallet address, unless you transfer all your assets to another wallet. If they already have the private key there is no workaround to prevent that.

Using a compromised wallet is just equivalent in giving your money to the person who has previously accessed you wallet. There's no point in securing a compromised wallet because at the end they will just end up getting a way in accessing it knowing that they hacked it from you. Creating a new wallet or upgrading to a hardware wallet will be the most logical thing to do because the chance of you being targeted is higher now since the previous wallet you have owned is hacked, The hackers see you as a vulnerable person that they can exploit. Its very hard to get your wallet back because your private information may be hacked. your wallet is hacked may be its due to your private keys which you share with others and may be your whole computing system is hacked, if it is then you will have to make another wallet because if your whole computing system is hacked then your wallet will be hacked again and again so therefore it's necessary that before making another wallet you have to first do software to your computing system. Always save your private keys in hard form so therefore it will not be hacked easily.

In my opinion, if your wallet has been hacked, it is better to change your wallet and never use the wallet again. Change all the wallets to new ones, and change the security data details. the wallet could easily gets retrieved, but it's just the privatekey that has been exposed then essentially not only the owner could access it back so it's better to just move on and make a new one.

My assumption is that the hacker probably already got your private keys, and in this case, there's no way to secure them anymore. All you've got to do is just throw it away and never fill it again with any valuable coins or tokens, or better yet, just forget about the wallet. If they hold your private keys, that means they hold your wallet, and there's no way we can change the private keys just like we change our passwords to re-secure our wallet because they're irrevocable. There's not a chance that you can return your stolen wallet, make the incident your experience and I know how you feel because my wallet once got stolen too and I can't do anything except change my behavior to not easily got scammed or got tricked by a phishing site. Always be careful in this crypto space since the law is still weak and many scammers and hackers out there that looking for the money by scamming new people who just joined the crypto space. Keep positive and don't be depress about what happened.
