I'm not a fan nor expert in ordinals NFT but AFAIK Electrum doesn't support ordinals and currently can't create Taproot addresses.

So why and how did you managed to receive it to Electrum in the first place?
Is your wallet "[imported, watching only]"?

So i send btc on a first come first serve basis and if i was in the top 500 i would receive the NFT back in the address who was a receipt one but it seems i fond the solution i am just gonna transfer my wallet to sparrow and then send it from sparrow to ordinals

It looks like a scam the ordinals wallet you talking about was just created last month based on whois check below

Code:
Domain:ordinalswallet.com
Registrar:NameCheap, Inc.
Registered On:2023-02-01
Expires On:2024-02-01
Updated On:2023-02-01
Status:clientTransferProhibited
Name Servers:bruce.ns.cloudflare.com
daniella.ns.cloudflare.com

So before you import it from Electrum and then the sparrow wallet to ordinals wallet make sure that your wallet from Electrum doesn't have any balances and don't reuse it in the future because it asks for a seed phrase so possible it's a phishing site.

AFAIK, Sparrow also cannot send ordinals, it can only receive. (CMIIAW please)
If you're talking about the BIP39 seed phrase export option in Sparrow, it wont work since importing an Electrum wallet file to Sparrow wont produce a BIP39 seed that you can export to other wallets.

With that, your option is to export your address's private key which can be done by right-clicking the address in the "Addresses" tab.
However, it depends if ordinal wallet accepts individual private keys.

Another option is to export Electrum's master private key via console command: getmasterprivate()
and convert it into "xprv" via command: convert_xkey(xkey="your_zprv_key",xtype="standard")
But again, the problem is if ordinal wallet supports importation of master private keys.
("View->Show Addresses" and  "Show Console" to enable the mentioned tabs)

The Ordinals Scam is not an NFT, it is a one time transaction that injects a junk data into the blockchain. From that point the rest of the transactions spending the coins from that transaction (and the chain of transactions spending the outputs) are simple bitcoin transactions that can be send from any bitcoin wallet.

In other words only the scammer who creates the initial Ordinals scam tx needs a special software to sign the scam transaction containing the junk data by exploiting the Taproot protocol.
