Hi, 11 days ago I've made a request to withdraw my funds from Bibox exchange and until now they continue to delay me and not solve my problem. Please be aware that Bibox exchange is scamming people! I'm very dissapointed by what happened. Shame on them!

Is there anyone who had the same problem like me? Will help to know. Ty

Can you explain more about your case? there's must be a reason why Bibox not allow you to withdraw, you can share the reason if you don't mind. Have you contact them via email or other social medias? sometime support service can help you.

I have never use Bibox exchange, but according to Coingecko and Coinmarketcap, this exchange doesn't have a good reputation, just a small exchange where you can only trust for small amount money.

There is no reason...I've talked since the first day with their support team[zendesk], but they only promised that will solve my problem...and have done nothing since then. I have commented on their Twitter account and I've been blocked.

Unfortunately, you were not careful and did not check in detail the reputation of the Bibox exchange, so you became a victim of the umpteenth scam from the Bibox exchange.

We are very anti to using the Bibox exchange, because Bibox has carried out its actions from 2019 until now.
Experiences of users fooled by Bibox exchange.

i sent  2 hours ago some ETH.
checking TX HASH it appears as confirmed! "SUCCESS" .. so shouldn't it appear automatically  balance in my ETH acocunt int BIBOX?
i think i have been scammed. so be carefull guys
And this is another series of accusations, caused by the Bibox exchange, against its users.

* EXCHANGE SCAM ? TX HASH confirmed, but balance still as 0! (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2696986.0)
* Bibox Technology Ltd. "Bibox" crypto-exchange is trying to scam my profit. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5186403.0)

Conclusion: the OP for the future did a rise first before using a crypto exchange that is outside or operating here, regarding their reputation, to prevent losses.

Seeing these tags in coingecko and coinmarketcap, you're not the only one op. In addition, there's also a swarm of withdrawal complaints since last year on their twitter- most of the comments are about it.

We have received some reports from users being unable to withdraw funds from Bibox. Please exercise caution and DYOR while trading.

We have received reports from multiple users being unable to withdraw funds from this exchange. Please exercise caution while trading and always DYOR.

That being said, the whole situation doesn't seem like a day-to-day problem we see all the time, there's a good chance it's deliberately done... Can you share your chats with the support? you can upload it in any image hosting websites.

Firstly, you have not explained your problem in detail, which makes it difficult to understand why you are facing this problem. We cannot mark an exchange as a scam exchange without knowing the details. I have never used this exchange so I am not aware of their reputation.

So you can add the screenshots of what kind of conversation their support team had with you in this thread, so that everything will be easy to understand the current situation.

I have not heard of this exchange platform name. It is new to me. And not all the exchange platforms you see in the internet that are legit. There are some that are there to scam people funds, and some are paying out but their charges rate is very high that many people can't use them. That is why when you want to use any of them make sure you ask questions to know them more.

the fact that they are trying to hide the issue you have with them on their social media account by blocking you is concerning(unless of course, if you are spamming them).

anyway, it would be good if you can provide screenshots of emails or a chat of your conversation with them that supports your claim. it wouldn't really help you but it could help people decide whether to use the exchange site or not.

OP, this is a big lesson to learn. When you are going to trust a service with your money, make sure you do intense background checks. I am sure you would have missed seeing more than a dozen complaints about Bibox from the past.

I have not heard of this exchange platform name. It is new to me. And not all the exchange platforms you see in the internet that are legit.
For me, I only started hearing about it when there were several reports from users getting scammed by the exchange

11 days is a long period of time for your withdrawal request to proceed. I am sure that they've got a system that sees those withdrawals that are on queue and if yours have been there for nearly 2 weeks, they'll take notice of it.

But since they're not taking action on it, you've probably haven't seen the reputation that they've got and doing some quick search on the web will show you that they've got 3 stars and even 1 stars for most of the ratings websites that they're part of.

And if a website rates them on 5 stars that's most likely was too old review and likely it was just during their launching. It's always good to check ratings, good and bad to give you the thought on what type of exchange they are.

I'm still wishing you that you'll be able to reach out to them and just grant your withdrawal request and if it happens, never deposit again there and leave them.

hi OP, have you used this bibox exchange often, i saw their review on trustpilot and many complain about their withdrawals that bibox has never processed,

if someone offers you help, you have to refuse it, you have to fight for it yourself, keep sending an email to their support, don't let others fool you.

Even the Gecko and CMC are already prompting a warning to this exchange. I have not used them, but whenever something like a warning from coin rank listings, you have to believe something is wrong with that exchange.

OP may not already have to post pieces of evidence, after all, he is just warning users.
Crazy to still see someone drifted to an exchange that isn't very known. It couldn't be possible that Bibox will be the top result of a google search.

Trustpilot rating is not trusted because it was plagued by fake review and user that has an isolated case on exchange that often gives negative feedback. Even Kucoin has a 1.5 Star rating in there despite Kucoin is much popular than Bibox with a little bit high review.

Bibox exchange is same country with Kucoin that based on Singapore. They are not that huge but they have a decent volume on their exchange. I use them for quite some time for buying exotic tokens that is not listed yet on huge exchange. OP doesn’t have any proof so I will not judge the exchange quickly.

Well, let's not rely on Trustpilot reviews about Bibox, what about negative user reviews on Bibox in Google Play and the 1-star ratings of thousands of users which indicates that this exchange is already notorious, you can take a look for yourself: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.box.pro&hl=en&gl=US

What I saw is that there are many users who have not been able to withdraw from the Bibox platform yet, and OP is not the only victim here, in addition to that there are those who claim that after they downloaded the Bibox application on their phones, it was classified by AntiVirus programs as a virus.

Although the OP did not provide conclusive proof, what I saw from google search engine proof made me endorse the OP's position that it is a scam exchange platform.

i used bibox almost two years ago because there was an Airdrop for new users and that time everything was ok and i didn't experience any trading, deposit or withdraw problem. Lot if time passed now and many third class exchanges are delaying their payment. i did not seen any post in twitter about bibox exchange. You should reached to customer service and ask that what is real issue. maybe the token you withdraw has been temporarily suspended by exchange.

I checked all their social media and all the support just coldly ignored the complaints. I'm not sure that there is even a shred of hope left for users to get their money back. Two aggregator sites have also drawn the conclusion that one should be careful with this exchange.

Since all you've got were basically automated answers, I think that the thieves have never actually seen your messages. They simply don't care.
Sorry to say, but I think that unless you're planning to sue them, you better move on and don't look back. At least you'll remain sane. And next time research as much as you can before you send money to various platforms. Now you know for sure that most of them are scam.

^ What coin did you withdraw? Have you confirmed that they dont carry out maintenance for withdrawing the coin? And especially don't you have any problems with their KYC system?
Don't know how strict they are, it could be that depositing and withdrawing the same coin in close proximity triggers their investigation.

What you need is to take legal action but I wonder why you don't check the exchange review on this forum before you use it. Besides, I checked their review on Trustpilot (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/bibox.com) it's really bad which means you're not the only user who is the victim of the exchange shady habit.
Please guys always do some research about the platform you want to use, the bull market is coming and this is the season when some theft use different strategies to steal crypto from innocent people.

With all the evidences that you've provided with the screenshots, I think that it's safe to say that Bibox will be an exchange that I have to remind myself not to get in because I am planning to switch exchanges soon with Binance at the countdown already, either I won't find another exchange and I will just store my bitcoin to a new wallet. Hopefully more people will try to take action against this exchange with @amable and @zigger33 already giving away some evidences and testimonies, if there's enough victims, we would probably see some actions taken.

Coingecko and cmc also posted warnings about the exchange. It seems that no authorities are interested in investigating these crooks even though they have been suspected of being a scam since the beginning of this year.

It's such a pity that even when you report about them, it only help prevent others from falling a victim to their traps but that doesn't create an avenue for you to receive your refundment back, this will also serve as a lesson to us all that whenever we are using a centralized exchange or any platform, we should always be mindful of the fact that we are taking a one chance opportunity in dealing with them and anything can come up, we should not have the value of money we cannot afford to loose on them.
