Example 1:  block reward  7 BONES + difficulty bonus (current difficulty is 2.88402)  =  7 +  2 =  9 BONES total
Example 2:  block reward 10 BONES + difficulty bonus (current difficulty is 35.84302) = 10 + 35 =  45 BONES total

This is first ever method used in crypto-coins currency,
what you think about it?

Sill it is same as other altcons become harder to mine with increased difficulty,
but adds bonus, to attract and encourage miners to mine more even on high difficulty.

Very neat and unique idea!

I think this could be a positive feature. Seems like it will help encourage a stable net hashrate, versus it bouncing up and down. Also if you can get same amount of coins at high difficulty, then hashrate stays high and secures the network even further. The only point of the difficulty at this point is to ensure only 1 block is found every 1 minute.
