Title: Bitcoin Bear Market
Post by: Sidra101 on April 11, 2023, 01:47:42 PM
A bear market can be a frustrating time for bitcoin entrepreneurs mostly, but those who are able to adapt and navigate the market conditions can still be successful, meanwhile. A bear market can make it even more unpredictable, increased competition and lower profit margins for existing bitcoin entrepreneurs.
I think there're more problems facing bitcoin entrepreneur in a bear market that I don't even know about as a Newbie.

Don't look so much on the negative side, which I don't even see except for the weak hands that sold off their Bitcoins at losses because they FOMOed and bought BTC at it's peak. A bear market is an opportunity for you to stack up more Bitcoins in preparation for the Bull market. Not so long ago, Bitcoin was worth about $16K, today it's almost 100% ROI since then, and I can bet there are so many people regretting and wishing they had bought more Bitcoins at that time

Now the bitcoin community was in good mood by the pump of the bitcoin price. Now the price of bitcoin had crossed new high of 30,200$, it was expected one as compared to the previous price of bitcoin. It was hard for bitcoin to cross the value of 30k dollars over a month. But the same price of bitcoin had crossed the 30k dollars due to some good number of investors into bitcoin investments after the first quarter of this year. Now the bear market was over with the pump and you can cash out bitcoin to fiat with some profits. Whenever the price of bitcoin had reduced due to bear market, it’s essential one of the new people to buy some coin at the dump in the price of bitcoin. Holding for the longer period is important one.

You even don't know but yet you say these words, it might you now a suspect of spreading FUD.

Since you're here in Bitcointalk it should be you giving a positive side of Bitcoin not guessing a negative side.
Because giving positive insight is a simple yet powerful way to strengthen a community and promote its growth and success, not spreading lies and FUDs.

There is no need to get frustrated with the bitcoin bear market, because it will always happen. You already know after the bear market there will be a bull market that all bitcoin traders look forward to. But for those who are not affected by bear markets or bull markets are those who trade futures, they have up and down options to be able to make profits from both conditions, but the risk will certainly be greater.

-snip-
$30k is a highly anticipated price and Bitcoin has reached it now.
This is a sign that Bitcoin has a lot of encouragement so that it can reach its highest price again.

Lots of positive news for Bitcoin these days. Such as the statement of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
who said that Bitcoin is a way out of the splash zone when this bubble always bursts

Quote
Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin give the public an escape route from the splatter zone when this bubble invariably bursts.
So the White House is colluding with the banksters to keep us all trapped in the bubble of profiteering and control.

of course for some people the bear market is a dark time and this applies to those who sell btc at a loss, and can't hold back.
but for some people a bear market is a good moment to
buy btc and accumulate as much btc.

so for me personally a bear market is a good time to buy
and bull markets are a good time to sell.

so in case of a bear market we have to have positive thinking and a good strategy.

Mate,as a bitcoin enthusiast you are, you should see bear markets as an opportunity. An opportunity to invest more by filling your bags. If you look at the dip, you can not invest but panic sell. Hold for a long term and watch as it grows everyday. Bitcoin price was far below $17K months past but now $30k and still going high. Does this not tell you anything OP. If I  were you, I would do away with FUD and key in.
This is not a financial advise as you are required to do your own research.

People with rocky belief in Bitcoin will not watch the chart daily especially in bear market. They would shift their priority to other things like working harder to earn  more money to buy more cheap bitcoins, saving more money and use their saving to buy bitcoins.

Rather than watching the chart daily and feel stressful or disappointed, work harder and hang out to enjoy your life. The market will not stop because of you and time will help it to finish the bear market and start its new bull run.

Bear market is very challenging for people who don't have diamond hands to hold their bitcoins.

so an investor in btc must have a lot of knowledge and must have a positive mind, and must be able to take advantage of opportunities.
because for people who don't have experience and insight a bear market is a scary market but for people who have insight and experience a bear market is a market that will provide good opportunities.
for example now the price of btc has touched the price of 30,000 dollars, and I'm sure people who buy at 19,000 already have a good profit, and of course people who don't dare to buy btc at lower prices must have regretted it a lot because they didn't buy btc when the market was bearish and when the price of btc is in the range of 19000 dollars.

Bitcoin is a volatile assets which means the price keep on fluctuating up and down because it is the nature. Last year from June to December was the bearish market,so many weak hands couldn't be patient to hold their coins. Instead, due to panic, they sold off their investment thinking that it was the doom time for bitcoin because they lack the knowledge of their investment. This year started the pump from January and at April, the price of bitcoin has hit 30k. Those investors who understand people price movement saw last year bear market, as an opportunity for them to accumulate more bitcoin to their portfolios. Such people will be smiling at the profit now and will be happy for the price increase. We are in the time that bitcoin price is going up gradually, stop talking about the bear market anymore and think on how to join the moving train,by purchasing bitcoin if you have not cause the bearish days are over.

I think that's an old song for bitcoin investors who have waded through all kinds of bitcoin market waves but they tend to see a decline is a bullish sign of bitcoin to buy, frustration is normal when it's a bear market and we realize that it has indeed become a mandatory bitcoin cycle which has been a strong symbol of bitcoin and can reach a new ATH again and make bitcoin assets rational with their fluctuations.
It's natural for you as a beginner, but you are lucky enough because you haven't experienced the pain in quarter 4 of 2022 which made bitcoin fall to $ 15k, but  today bitcoin returned to the price of $ 30K and make sure if you buy at $ 15k you can already benefit, So I think this way of looking at the ups and downs is what stresses you out, and maybe you'll get used to it if you have a lot of experience in bitcoin cycles going forward.

If you can't accept bear market, you're better to not invest because every commodities have their own bear and bull market. If you're want to make more money via investment, you also need to accept lose because investment will not always positive, it's a ponzi scheme if someone offer guarantee 100% profit without any risk.

As long as the Bitcoin holder can wait for at least 4 years, he's high likely will make a profit.

For those who don't understand how the market works, a bear market is a scary thing for them because not only have they not made a profit, but they have also suffered heavy losses. But for those who have experienced one or more bear seasons and understand how the market works, the bear season is more of a season to look forward to than a bull season. I myself am looking forward to a longer bear season and more bitcoin declines, so that I have more opportunity to accumulate bitcoin at a cheaper price.

There is no risk of losing money by investing in Bitcoin. However, if new traders invest in Bitcoin without understanding and wait for a long time, then the possibility of losing money for new traders will be very low. However, I think that if Bitcoin is more  If you can invest in some good coins then you will have a chance to make a lot of profit. I have seen many traders who have lost all their money by investing in new stocks without understanding.

Why focus on the negative side of the bear market? You know who are the ones who are thinking that way? Newbies like you who don't fully understand the market. Well, you said that you're a newbie anyway, so I guess you need to do some research and educate yourself as well.

It's frustrating not only to Bitcoin entrepreneurs like you mention, but even for the investors who bought Bitcoin at it's peak or near to it. On the other hand, there are traders who are still profiting whether it is a bull or a bear market. Overall, there are some benefits of bear market still especially if you took the opportunity, and bought it at a lower price. Bear market being unpredictable? In what way?

Like you said, investors and entrepreneurs really need to adopt to how Bitcoin moves, so that they will be a successful one, and earn profits from either bull or bear market.

There many benefits on the bear market as it is in the bull market. Some people want the bear market to stay long before the bull market. When you purchase enough bitcoin at the bear market for about 2 years and bitcoin begins to rise up. You will be very happy to save such coins at that time. So don't say that bear market frustrating. It can only frustrating when you don't understand the market survey. Both the two side of the coin is unpredictable. I am not afraid of the bear market again but it was in my early days on the ecosystem but for I have gotten or use to it. Don't put your mind on the market like that whether the it is bear or bull just remove your mind. And focus on the business.

Despite popular belief — looking at charts doesn't automatically mean you have a "rocky belief" or whatever. I've been in this space for 7 years — and I still watch the charts a lot in times of heavy volatility; not because my "beliefs" on my investments are rocky and that I'll sell if it dumps(or vice versa) — but just because for me, looking at huge chart moves feels like watching sports teams battle it out.

As there are two movements in the market, bear and bull, and everyone wants bull, bear market must exist in order to create a balance. Bear market also comes with many benefits, including time to accumulate and the ability to learn from the market. I think it's time to conduct extensive research and learn more about risk management because most people fall prey to frauds with the hope of seeing their assets double, but with thorough research, you can always determine what investments are wise or foolish, and the best advice is to avoid futures.

Can you provide a logical explanation or source for why you mentioned the Bitcoin bear market? Despite Bitcoin almost doubling from its previous low of around $15.5K, it still appears to be struggling to gain momentum. However, I don't believe it is in a bear market, as the price has stabilized and is slowly increasing, making it seem more bullish. In my opinion, we are currently experiencing a soft bull market, and I disagree with the original poster.

We dont really like to see if we do speak on having a bear market but come to know that as a market then there's always be a market season which we cant really just stay up on being on the bullside.
There's always a market correction on which it is really just that normal that prices would become low which it is really that a default thing and something that you would be encountering once you do
step your foot into this market.Instead on making yourself freaking out just because you do see red candles then you should really also look for the brighter side of things
when it comes into this condition which we know that we could buy out cheap coins on times like these and once the market recovers then its a sure profit.

Bear market can be good or bad depending on the point of your view. If you think that it's actually a negative thing then that will stick into your mind that actually is.

But those that have been waiting for the right moment to buy bitcoin, it actually isn't a bad thing but a good time to have some more bitcoin and buy it at a lower price.

It's beyond our control whether bear market will exist or will end sometime in the near future. And with that having said, we're about to see that it will actually end soon or it actually did.

Yeah, and I guess everyone should have at least experience a bear market in their lifetime, or in their bitcoin investment. I know it's tough, but this is one way to test yourself, on how you are going to take it. There could be individuals who might decide to quit and comeback later. But there could be some who wanted to stay and then rebuild their portfolio, by reinvesting in the bear market and then accumulate. Then it will be rinse and repeat for them, and could be very easy in the next cycle to come because they know what they are  going to do in order to make profit and generate big money out of this bearish trend.

If the bear market's got you feelin' blue, don't worry, my friend, it won't last forever! This is your chance to learn and grow. Keep in mind that a bull market will come again, and you gotta be ready to capitalize on it. Have you considered futures trading? It's not for the faint of heart, but there's profit to be made in both bear and bull markets. As they say, "when the going gets tough, the tough get going." Tough times build character and resilience. Stay optimistic and keep your sense of humor, and one day, you might even look back and chuckle at the obstacles you overcame.

Well, this is not far from the truth, but it all depends on how one choose to see the market, trading have become so advanced that it is very to make money, regardless of which way the market turns, if you are a really good trader, you will be making profit in both bull and bear market, so bear market isnt really that bad for bitcoin entrepreneurs, except for those who are novice in the system..

And also to add, bear market is the best time for investors, it is the time to buy bitcoin and other good crypto currencies at a very cheap rates, bear market is an opportunity that any wise investor does not miss, this the time the foundation to becoming a millionaire is laid, most especially, for those who are well determined and patient.

Bear market is an opportunity to buy Bitcoin at a lower price.  It also give a window of opportunity for re-entry to those who sold their Bitcoin at the higher price.  Bear market also give people who invested in the higher prices to lower the average of the cost of their Bitcoin investment.  It also cleanses the Bitcoin community of weak hands.  All in all, although the bear market looks discouraging, if we do a deep study of the Bitcoin market and cycles, it is one of the best time to accumulate Bitcoin.

Only those who are impatience faces lots of problem during bear market.  The company that sole reserve fund is Bitcoin and  does not have enough fiat budget for their maintenance also suffer in the bear market.

Because if you didn't not buy it at the bear market then there is no way you can buy it in the bull market. Now if you buy it in the bull market then when will you sell it or use it again.
You can't buy it in the bull and still sell it in the bull. And the same in the bear so the best time is the bear to bull.

But yeah, majority of us in here have experienced the brutal bear markets and honestly, the last one that we did just as last year wasn't really that hard at all.

I know people that have been there and just monitoring the market and decided to leave because they can't take it anymore but then, when the market is back and up, they'll comeback because they see the opportunity again.

The bear market is for layout investment while the bull is purely for reaping our profits. It's considerable to understand how the both seasons works, although it's not possible that we triggered profits in the both seasons. Bitcoin during the bear market, liquidated most traders accounts, some bounced back to reinvest and make good profits when the bull showed up while others didn't get capital to bounced back to the market. So the need arises to be extremely caution on what we invest on and the projects should have significant roadmaps.

You're right, bear markets can be tough, more for those that are newbies. But remember, you only lose money when you sell at a loss. So, if you can hold onto your bitcoin during a bear market, you're not actually losing anything. The market will eventually recover, and those who have the patience to wait it out can benefit from the eventual upswing/reversal of the market. Just don't panic sell.
I think there're more problems facing bitcoin entrepreneur in a bear market
Bitcoin entrepreneurs? Same applies for them. If they hold and don't sell what they receive as payments, they will be fine. And they usually adjust the price with the current value of bitcoin. So doesn't affect them much to be honest.

Well, bearish trends usually provides an opportunity to stock up. But since early 2023, Bitcoin experienced an upturn increasing more than 25%. Momentary bearish moves doesn't mean the value has gone down. Trading is usually up and down swings and each provides numerous opportunities for those who study the trends.

If you are a position trader then the bear market is the best time for you to get a lot of bitcoins because it is where the price of the bitcoin goes down and you can buy more. But if you are a futures trader I do not advisable to buy bitcoin during bear because for sure you will lose huge amount of money. If your levereage is 5x, it only takes to -20% for your margin to be liquidated. I advise to the futures traders that their performance can be better if they will just trade during bull market and not bear market. Luckily, the bull market has been arrived and you can easily make money during this market season. All you need to have is a good technical analysis skill that can help you to find the best entry point, a good risk management that have entry point, cut loss point, target profit and also allocation, and lastly you should have the confidence where you can put your orders without hesitation. If you will disregard the things that I mentioned, the probability of losing is high and for sure you'll treat trading as a gambling with some poor management skill.

The important thing to note is that never buy bitcoin when the price is extremely high and on a bull run, it's far better and more profitable to buy bitcoin during the bear market since you will be buying at a discounted rate.

He's new and hasn't experienced any bear season, so I don't think he knows the benefits of bear markets. Newbies only know that bear season is when everything is dumped, and they won't be able to make a profit, so they feel scared.

Honestly, I prefer the bear season to the bull season, the more extended the bear season, the more interesting I am because I will have more time to accumulate my favorite coins. With bitcoin's rally over the past few months, many are excited that they have finally made a profit. But I feel a bit disappointed because I no longer have a chance to buy bitcoin for $20k.

view of the bear market should not be a scourge to be addressed. isn't it during a bull market we have taken as much profit as possible, and of course only a portion of bitcoin remains, that way during a bear market we just have to prepare to shop for bitcoin in a predetermined area. to spend the budget that has been determined and in the end just waiting for the next bullish season, that's the cycle of market movements

Calm yourself and don't get frustrated if you see the bitcoin market is in a bearish condition. The bitcoin market will be like that, and bearish and bullish conditions will always exist. Supposedly if you can be calm, you will see an opportunity to buy bitcoin at a low price and it is the right time to invest for beginners.

And now it looks like those bearish days are almost over, as the price could reach $30k again. And it looks like the market will experience a full recovery and get ready to experience a bullish phase. This time, the bullish condition could trigger a very high price increase because the ATH was already at $60k so the price could have jumped beyond that.

You can do three things to maximize your gains while in bearish market condition.
1. Enter futures, takes greater risk but the rewards are higher. With this you could be a seller by taking contracts positions. You have to use leverage the right way. It isa double edge sword and your account will lose if you don't use this correctly.
2. Buy and Hold, you dollar cost average. NOT sell at a loss but only with positive gains above where youre above buying price is.
3. Trade the small movement of price going higher. You will see it, there's a small retracement higher in bear market but absolutely difficult and frustrating to time. or
simply don't engage at all. it's a bear market, everything is at high risk, preserve your capital and plan the coming bull market instead.
After all, if you're  ALL IN in BTC you don't need to worry about bear market, we're now more likely to be at the bull side.

Bear market is a good time to evaluate coins that you feel are overhyped or dont deserve the hype as in the bull market. If these coins have substance, they will survive the bear market but if they dont which is the case with majority they will die out a slow death eventually making their investors lose the money they invested because of lack of buying orders.

Thing is what what common investors assume as a negative thing is often a very informative time. Few people understand this and apply this. Bear market is also the time to buy and accumulate at low price.

All you need to know about a bull market is that this is the best time to buy bitcoin, and the problems that a bitcoin entrepreneur has to face are not something to worry about. Everyone knows about the volatility of bitcoin and its cyclicality (well, at least many), so this should be taken into account, so this does not become some kind of problem in the future.

In my first bear market, I didn’t do anything, I didn’t sell anything, I didn’t buy anything, I just watched and thought - this is the end, so I missed every possible opportunity that existed in the cryptocurrency market. Now I understand the cyclicality of the market and I intend to take advantage of it, buy in a bear market and you will be fine.

Remember that someone is expecting a bear market and some expect bullish. Their attitudes are different but the purpose of those two persons are the same who dream about Bitcoin. Those who want Bitcoin from the bearish look for buying opportunities from the dip. And those who are anticipating a bullish movement have bought Bitcoin and are expecting maximum profit from it. Bitcoin would not be bullish if there was no bearish movement in Bitcoin. The Bullish Market basically get the strength from the bearish. So we should accept both of the bullish and bearish trend of bitcoin. When you learn to understand this, you too can expect bearish Bitcoin to strengthen your holdings.

Because of their unrealistic expectations, I think newcomers and those who invested more money than they can afford to lose will always feel frustrated. However, I don't think an experienced investor will need to worry and will instead see it as an opportunity to increase their investment, if they have the funds.

Don't let your fear of losing outweigh your joy of winning after you've made an investment in bitcoin. This will definitely assist, since some people sold out their bitcoin investments during the bear market because they were more afraid of losing than they were of winning. Since we have only experienced two periods in cryptocurrency industry which is a bear market and a bull run, and we believe that Bitcoin is volatile. However, we don't to worry much in bear period.

Bitcoin was very bearish on 2022 but the market is now gaining it momentum is now $30k+ and with the look of market it will still make a good move before the year runs out.

The year 2023 is said to be the transition from one cycle to another cycle, it means this year is the first step to new four year cycle and it is obvious that the cycle transition often happens during the bearish market wherein when it transitioned to new cycle starts from bearish market and getting momentum to transition to bullish market.  Aside from that, the upcoming halving also produce hype to the market.  Even though it is many months away, the halving event is slowly giving the Bitcoin market a hype reason why the price is increasing even though there is no news or recent event that will serve as catalyst for the price increase.

Lol, isn't it the bear market the best time to buy Bitcoin?  Yes we can still be profitable during bullish market if we happen to buy during its initial uptrend.  But if we buy on its final uptrend then we might be losing some value because we might find Bitcoin price crashing due to Bitcoin transitioning to bearish market after recording new ATH.

It is not late to understand the cyclic feature of Bitcoin market.  There is always  this ups and down of the Bitcoin market.  Now that you know the cyclic trend of Bitcoin market, I know you would be raking profit on the next cycle of Bitcoin(probably this cycle)

Bitcoin bear market will be more frustrating for the one who is for short-term investment, bought at a higher price, and then the price drops until now. Bitcoin's bearish market is also bad enough fro the one who is loaning the money for BTC investment.
That is why risk is everywhere.
but on the other hand and most important is the Bitcoin bear market is exactly the right time for us to collect more Bitcoin. This seems like gives us big chance to add more BTC to our portfolio with low prices and then hold it for the desired rate. With this, it will be much okay for us. That is why for every newbie here, just set your mindset first about Bitcoin investment, and never expect too much to get high profits shortly especially to become rich easily. You know, everything needs certain efforts.

this is the test of how weak hands will react in this type of season. many can make mistakes as each one of us has different approach when we see the prices are going downward. panic, reading fuds and others can greatly influence your action on this matter.
you should assess yourself why you are in this market and how long can you hold given the varying market conditions. as crypto is still a very volatile market, you should always keep in mind that use funds that are like disposable to you. so you won't be agitated when a small decrease in price is seen in the market.

No I think it's not, because mostly it's a favorite time for any investor to invest in Bitcoin at very cheap price trough Dollar Cost Average ( DCA). Mostly fool investor were frightened during bear season and they sell Thier worthy Bitcoin very cheap due to FOMO rather than hold it for a future.
May be it can be bad for those who are short term investor with a zero knowledge, because it's very difficult for any investor to read the Bitcoin chart movement perfectly so the best option for them to hold all your Bitcoin during bear season till bull market or long too where you assests will bullish huge.

The market is while enough to accumulate our predictions and do the best we can to analyze the market and make it works for us. Time to get some coins that we need after holding some Bitcoin and adding more to our wallets.

Every business suffers downtrend from time to time. Don't make the bear market look like something exclusive to Bitcoin. Even when there's a bear season, the bull is around the corner waiting. Old watchers of Bitcoin know it's a continuous exchange between bull and bear. For instance, we're approaching the bull season now which will be frenzy in 2024/25 to give us another fresh ATH. Every four years is about Bitcoin bull and bear to attain a full circle. So, we should quit making it sound like only Bitcoin is prone to that and that offline businesses are insulated from bad times.

It is not yet confirmed but are anticipated by many investors in order for them to be able to "ride" the pump before bull run comes. There will always be a way to earn profit no matter what trend is present; futures trading. Qherein an individual could earn huge by predicting what happens or what would happen for the next time frame concerning the market value of crypto.

It is just that investors are making use of every opportunity they would encounter. And indeed DCA is one of the best thing to do when the market is bearish. One thing which confuses some investors is that, bearish does not mean just downfall ofcourse there will be small pumps wherein DCA or trading would work to generate profit.

Bear Market is frustrating time specially to all newbies in the market because they are still on the process of adopting the risks of investing. Weather it is Bear or Bull Market it is both unpredictable. Being an ordinary investor who lacks knowledge in investing i suggest that do your own research before taking risks in investing. Evaluate first the market before investing in your chosen crypto and invest only what you can afford to loose. Make sure to scattered your investment so that you will not loose everything in just one investment.

I agree. A bear market is a market condition that allows us to buy at the lowest possible price. This is not the moment to sell, yet we can see that many people are still selling; they term this "weak hands." Spot trading is difficult to make money in a down market. And futures trading is the only method to make significant profits in a bad market, but it is extremely dangerous. If you want to bag cryptocurrency for the long term, the bear market is the best time to do it. And I encourage investing in Bitcoin if you're a newbie especially if you're afraid to take risks.

But before making any investment decisions during a bear market its crucial to thoroughly weigh the dangers and conduct extensive research. Do you mean "bear market" is the best time to buy Bitcoin? There's volatility but there should always be that point where you would be able to buy. It still has its own pattern, just randomized overall. Remember when people where eyeing for bull run during May 2020 when Bitcoin Halving was drawing near? Yeah that one is a pattern that people could somehow take advantage.

As long as the one you bought is not really something you would be worry about losing, there's nothing to worry about.

Luckly is almost over, soon we are going to see huge pumps
Fingers crossed, arent't we? :D

The bear market is a hidden secret of the wealthy. The wealthy make use of bad time to produce amazing future. When the market is bearish, it points majorly on one direction which is "buy, buy more, fill your bags to your satisfaction, cross your legs and wait for the next bull run". Many investors are not shaking by the bearish market as they understand the principle of diversification. If your eggs are not in one basket, you have nothing to fear about the bear market, instead you see it as opportunity  to buy more and make more profit. To achieve this, you must do away with the get Rich syndrome among many crypto investors. This will enable you enjoy your profit when it finally arrives. Been too worried about the current market situation can also put your health at risk. To avoid this, you should always invest on different things.

As a cryptocurrency trader or investor, you should be aware that market swings, including bear markets, are a natural part of the investment environment. Bear markets are characterized by falling prices and market pessimism, and they can result in losses for individuals who panic and sell out of fear.Bear markets, on the other hand, might give chances for individuals who are patient and strategic in their approach.

I think they shouldn't just focus on the negative aspects of the bear market, for example feeling FOMO as conveyed by the logfiles and other examples is  feeling regret for not buying Bitcoin at a lower price and I think that's normal. It is true, that some may have sold their Bitcoins at a loss due to FOMO or bought at the peak, but it is important to view a bear market as an opportunity to collect more Bitcoins in preparation for the next bull market as history has shown that Bitcoin has provided significant returns over time to time and there is always an opportunity to invest in this money market.

Well... The bear market is not all bad. While it's a time when assets dropped down in their value or prices, It's also an important time to buy at cheaper prices and also learn how the market works. I say this because I happened to have few dollars worth of BTC some years ago and it was the bull season, and I was naive to think it was going to stay that way for sometime. Then, the bear season kicks in and my asset plummeted. I panicked and I almost sold but I did not. After sometime the market bounced back and I made some profit. Then, I was new to crypto but I was reading and some of the information I came across helped me to hold on to my BTC. My point is the bear is a time to invest and hodl, learn about the market and to test your patience.

Bitcoin price has seen some changes this year. We expect this to indicate a bull market.Although now bitcoin is going up and down between 30k.Hope to reach the bull market soon.Since Bitcoin is a volatile asset, the price fluctuates up and down because that is the nature of Bitcoin. There is no shortage of panicked people in the Bitcoin trading sector, who are panicking and selling Bitcoin at low prices. When people want to buy bitcoins, they want a bear market, and when they buy bitcoins, they want a bull market. But the general thing is that both sides are unpredictable, that's way people become more and more afraid.

Bitcoin entrepreneurs? What's that? Do you mean traders?
Those who are setting up bitcoin based businesses or startups. Traders are not indicated here.

However I disagree with the OP's statement. I think if a company has potential and solves an actual problem they are able to collect money in a bear market too because of the demand they will get from the market. If their sole objective is to collect money and get away with it, then obviously bull market is when they will strike.

This is just depends on your perspective or view about the bear market which you need to change, literally it can be a fustrating time for the bulls in particular, however some legendary investors see the bear market as a great opportunity in the market to get rich. So, if your goal is on the long term, there is no need to worry about the short term volatility of Bitcoin or even the bear market along the road. When I got into crypto new, I was so afraid of Bitcoin crashing in price but now my perspective on bear market has changed and I see it more as e great opportunity to get Bitcoin and cryptos in discount prices. Invest the amount you can afford to lose and put your mind at rest mate!.

It is important to be able to keep the profit, because it will be your capital for further investment. If you failed to do this, then you will only watch how the balance on your wallet will increase in the bull market and decrease in the bear market, and in the case of altcoins, you can get big losses. But if you can take profits in a bull market, even if it is stablecoins, then in a new bear market you will have an excellent opportunity to multiply them again.

A bear market can make it even more unpredictable, increased competition and lower profit margins for existing bitcoin entrepreneurs.
I think there're more problems facing bitcoin entrepreneur in a bear market that I don't even know about as a Newbie.
I want us to understand that without bearish market or bearish season bitcoin will not stand firm, because its because  bearish market is one of the things that is making the market of cryptocurrency to stand, without bearish and bullish market in cryptocurrency especially bitcoin they will be no profit making, so when we experience bearish I don't panic.
