Remember it will not be in the same folder as the client. If you are using windows, type %appdata% in the search field by your start button. Now in the folder "roaming" you will find a bitcoin folder. Look there. If you are a linux user, go to your home folder and select "show hidden files" from the view menu. There you will find a folder named ".bitcoin" , check there.
