1. I search online for "best free onchain analysis tools" then the resulting websites or blogs shows, tools that are paid but they allow to use some portion of for free, like some charts or so.

but there are lot and lot of websites available which don't come in search result on top, but they are way helpful for analysis.

do you guys know best and free onchain analysis tools, then please share them.
tools or websites should include:
cex inflow or outflow,
mining difficulty,
open contacts,
hold status,
supply distribution, etc.

one websites with more then one tool or many different websites for specific metrics, also will be shared.

2. And what is stock to flow ratio?, I was trying to understand but its so confusing for me.
