It will not be necessary because now there are bot-moderators for free that you can install in the group or in the channel and they are better than they will be watching for 24 hours

Bot moderator only good for filtering normal spam but still nothing beats a real human moderator because there’s some spam that bot moderator can't determine as spam. Also being a moderator is not all about cleaning the chat but answering specific question from members since you can’t setup a bot that knows every question available.

Seeing a telegram chat room without a real human bot seems like a dead community to me because the team can’t even hire a stuff to handle simple task instead rely on both with very limited function.

While there are currently moderation bots that can be installed on Telegram, they are not enough, there are lots of things that bots cannot do, such as for example giving organic responses to questions asked by community members and many others. Therefore the community still needs human moderators but still uses bots as moderation.
