If you're looking for a P2P exchange, I recommend (and use) Bisq.network (https://bisq.network/). In fact, I've been using Bisq almost exclusively. You won't be able to pay with a credit card, but if you have an American or European bank account there are plenty of options. The popular centralized exchanges like Binance (or BinanceUS for US residents) or Coinbase do accept credit cards, but the fees are significantly higher than transferring money from your bank account.
