I know my personal account (UK) has the main balance in GBP but also has a secondary USD balance showing the equivalent value in USD. I would caution people against setting up an exchange using PayPal without their blessing. Of the 3.49% Paypal charges between 2.2% - 2.5%. However, unlike other sites that charge 7%-8% for LR-->Paypal we only charge 4.29% as we secured an insane rate from Paypal!
