There is no txid for transfer BTC. Support not answer. many people reports deposit and withdraw problem on their discord. is it exit scam ??? And have you tried contacting them and ask some help through their discord channel? I've just read it from other members so it could be where the mods or admins of are active and they've got supports to help you.
