So, I think it's best to withdraw the funds to your local account directly and buy Bitcoin.

And for payment by cards they don't ask anything even for more than $1000.

Around $5000, they will request for business documents, source of funds, and if you can't provide any of these. They will probably refund the fund back to the sender.
