If I am not mistaken, that looks like Cloudbet. You can search for lines right here:

https://www.cloudbet.com/en/sports/tennis/itf-women-itf-usa-27a-women-singles/

I don't think it necessary anymore because the match was ended yesterday. However it's hard to tell. You have posted a bet slip and asking to find the website. It does not look to me the regular betting platform I gambled recently. Some of them are sportsbet.io, stake.com, MegaPari.com

Where did you find the image?

Next time you can try Stake.com, Duelbits.com, sportsbet.io. As far as I am familiar with them, they offer almost possible all type of markets. MegaPari.com have some pre-setup for accumulators, you can try them too.

curiosity... why don't they tell you the name of the bookmaker on this ITF chat?

I personally have no idea which bookmaker it is (it's something hard to detect since there are hundreds of bookmakers and we don't know where it is based or anything else....)

if you're interested in such kinds of events, you can make a basic search on major bookmakers and try to find if they quotes...

You should have asked them in the chat where they gave you the game but it isn't too late for you to know. If you can give yourself a proper time to search on google with their quotes. I don't think that I know which booker it is because there are many bookers which is hard to figure it out without a proper search

why not ask the person who shared it? seems like that would be the best way to know the name of the bookie is. finding out what's the bookie name with just a single screenshot will be hard. you can also try posting this on other gambling forums just in case the one who posted the screenshot doesn't know or tell you the name of the sportsbook.

Person who share the bet slip , doesn't wish to share name of bookie . Cause if he will tell this next bets he will get harder to stake ( lower limits , faster odds fall down and etc. )

Even if there's a reward that will still be hard to tell considering users can tweak that setting like the color in dark or light mode. I think it's just close to the sites we use to play here it was like Stake but have you tried Betcoin, Fortunejack, NitrogenSports? This will be difficult if the person doesn't tell directly on what is that bookie.

I don't think it will be easy for anyone to give you a precise name of any Sportbook simply from the betslip.
I don't also see this image looking like any of the betslips  of the popular Sportbook  I've used lately and this is why I always advice people to stick with reputation over few dollars or odd rise.
I think you should try figuring out where you got the slip and maybe that will be a good starting  point if you want to figure out which Sportbook owns the betslip.
But I also want to know to what use are you wanting to know the Sportbook because the game already ended and I don't think there is any much reason to bother over the slip.

I would look for sites that provide odds for this series of events (there are aggregators that allow you to see the variations of any odds/any market) and from there I would decide where to play.

I don't think it's an exclusive odds/combo of this bookmaker, surely there will be other providers that allow this type of bets.
In general there are always several bookmakers that allow the same bet (exotic markets/events are created most often by well known sites, so this is not the case...)

That style of bet slip is from the odds provider Betby and several crypto sportsbooks use them (Rollbit, Roobet, 500casino, and more). They always have that 1-3 seconds loading time whenever you open their sportsbook page, so it's easy to tell if they're using Betby.

This is one of my bet slips on 500casino and they're almost the same if the logo is removed.

ralle probably right but my other guess would have been Fortune Jack although I haven't made a bet there in a little while so not sure since I haven't looked at a bet slip in some time. Just going from memory.

Well, same thing I was going to guess - FortuneJack, but same as you, I can't remember when last I played there, and I am not also sure the shot really from Fortunejack, and also more confusing is the fact that the shot looks like it was taken in a black and white colored device, I might be wrong though, or maybe my eyes deceiving me..

I think rightly guessing which casino this is would be best done by those who are proactively gambling/betting on multiple casinos progressively, if there be any of such user on this board, he or she can attempt guessing.

I don't think that's going to happen if you are gambling in a legitimate sportsbook. OP is simply asking about which bookie to choose, probably because they just saw a bet slip for an event they are interested in. Let's not speculate too much. However, I would advise OP to ask the poster of the bet slip directly; it would be easier for us here. ;D
