I see ETH to become next blessing in disguise, I remember when it was around $100 people condemned it not to go anywhere within the space of a month interval ETH shuck the price in 500% increase and today is about $1800 let's watch and see ETH will create unbreakable records, channel some useless coins you have to ETH and relax in future.

Frankly, there is no need for such analyzes to know this. Because just as bitcoin is the king of the crypto money world, ethereum is the prince of the crypto money world. It has proven this with its technology and price. This process will continue as long as Vitalik does not quit the project and they do not face any lawsuits. If this is an investment advice then I will say this is not good enough since it looks as if you are overtly emphasising on the possibility of Ethereum being the next Market gem and for sure we will have to build a good knowledge of the fact that previous market action from the ethereum market have pointed to another direction and anyone looking to invest in ETH should apply a lot of causation and take risk assignment before diving in with both foot.

If ethereum did a 500% market movement previously,  there is no guarantee that it that will happen again and if unless on the long term basis.

If you compared ETH to new projects that are hyped these days, they are even more profitable than this. But if we are talking about long-term investment, ETH is considered as one of the best coins to hold and suitable for such a thing. However, thinking that it grows fast and give us a huge profit, is something you don't need to think of as it is never like that. What is best for this when we are in long-term investment is that we know that it never turns scam, unlike these hyped and new projects.

I even saw it when it was a lower and good thing that I've bought a few of it. That was one of the best decisions that I've ever had.

Well, it's gonna be more than the ATH that it has reached and that's why the price of it is expected to be higher. We don't know how high it will be but people who think that it's a good investment will buy it. And those that don't think it's not a good one will ignore it.

Perhaps, we can buy more if we really think it was good and profitable. I have some ETH already but this current drop doesn't encourage me to buy more but just waited for the next bull season because I realized that having more ETH is not a good idea rather than having more of Bitcoin. Why? Of course, we know that ETH is also a promising coin but considering how it grow and make recovered (very slowly), we can never expect big returns, unlike Bitcoin. A reason why even if it drops, the buying demand is still low.

Aside from the hype that the ops is trying to get around ethereum,  we can not deny the fact that etheruem is a good coin to hold and considering it current price ethereum a indeed the most suitable to hold after Bitcoin,  but the present market crisis is giving a lot of concern to many of us and making us to rethink whether or not to buy more of those potential coins since we don't know the direction the market is going to take in the next coming days since the market is full of surprises.

But if you have to hold for the long term Ethereum'ss current price is the best-discounted price to buy more of the coin for long-term usage.

Well, i dont have doubts about ETH considering that smart contracts is really indeed revolutionary but due to high gas fees that even up to now it wasnt really been that being resolved then i wouldnt really be seeing this to be having a huge part or partition on my overall portfolio but well we do have our own opinions because there are really people who do mainly support up this coin or project. Also, it wont really be sitting out on
rank #2 in the entire market for nothing.

If ever they would really be able to solve out that high gas fees then it would really be surely be staying up next to bitcoin for longer years but if not then i wouldnt really be shocked nor get surprised
if ever this one would be overtaken by something new but its unlikely considering about its demand and recognition then it would really be that hard.

The market is getting more cheaper, you can do DCA now or wait for a more cheaper price as the market becomes more volatile. There’s no doubt about the success of ETH, you just need to timing your buy so you can have more chance of getting more profit, right now I’m waiting for the real bottom of this bear trend.

There's no need to rub it in. ;D I was there during the time Ethereum was still an infant when it comes to value but I never expected this to happen. All my altcoins from ERC20 that I claimed and sold for Ethereum were also sold for cash without me thinking about the future. My very mistake and one of my biggest regrets after Bitcoin. All I can do now is just go back to all my records of how much Ethereum I made and wish I could go back to the past.

Right now, I am just trying to accumulate as much as I can because like you said Ethereum has more possibility to break records than other new baby coins that are being created in this era. The trust is high for the top altcoin and investors are still buying without any doubts. As long as the demand is high even with their high transaction fees, it can become an asset that won't be sold for a long time. The only question is when but I am willing to wait for what the future brings.

Is your analysis of really "it mooned before it will moon again"? Is that really the only reason for it to moon? How about the fundamentals of it and why those other coins useless? Because they didn't moon.

I see this kind of low effort meme-like "technical analysis" as a worthless angle when we could list actual use case reasons for it to moon. And compare it to other coins as well in some other way then saying they are "useless"

Ofcourse Ethereum would be a good choice of investment in this industry. It has a sustainable market value for years and is one of the largest chain in crypto industry. But if this means overtaking the position to Bitcoin, I highly doubt. Bitcoin is the largest crypto in most aspects. One moves, other one follows. Also, I won't suggest putting all of your fund in one bucket, diversification would be more advisable. You may also try other altcoins which you think have potential. The point of diversification is to save you from risk 'coz it would be all or nothing by choosing to invest only in one token. Some tokens moves in a different manner which could give you profit than to risk it all into one.

you could be accumulating eth if bad news appear your investment will become massive failure, nowadays accumulation need more carefullnes towards the news since they are the ones that have massive influence

I'd say, accumulating is fine, but always know that it's always better to make an entry through accumulation only when the market is good enough that you can be sure you are at the very bottom and it will climb back up again, like when the correction is so massive you are so sure it will go back up to before.

So you are a newbie who comes and say to all of our and people with ton of years here to buy ETH? and the only basis to say that its..... because its gonna go up! majestic.

In my opinion, you remarks about Ethereum is commendable especially judging from the historical performance of Ethereum. Ethereum is a great utility token built with robust attributes especially in the Defi sector. Yes, I will say Ethereum have good potential to grow in the future especially with its unique DeFi and Smart contract initiative that have impacted the crypto space in recent times. However, just as every other investment, it is still wise to thread with caution in the crypto space, and only invest what you can afford to loose. We all remember what happened to UST, so invest wisely. Remember not to put all your eggs in one basket.

To be honest i would definitely like to own some ETH myself but sadly i only own a few fractions of it to pay the transaction fees, that are still way to high on the Ethereum network by the way in m opinion. That being said, for me personally, the current price of Ethereum is not really that attractive for me to really buy into it yet. As you already said, only 3 or 4 years ago or so Ethereum was even below 100$ per coin for a short period of time and it even lost his second place in the marketcap ranking to XRP if i remember correctly for a while.
So to buy an asset now for 1600 $ that was below 100$ a few years ago is still not really tempting to me.

to be honest, I've been using a method like this for a long time. selling not so popular altcoins, then buying ethereum. this method always works, and makes me make a sizable profit on ethereum. However, right now it's quite difficult for me to collect large amounts of ethereum because the price is already quite high. I used this method when the price of ethereum was still below $ 700. it's just that, I still do this method to collect ethereum little by little. however, I have also done this method on other popular altcoins.

Ethereum coins have been and will be a good investment in cryptocurrency. I keep some of these coins and occasionally trade them on the market, but I'm not going to part with them. It was not a blessing in disguise because people had already the potential of this project many years ago. Maybe if you think about another meme coin or somewhat new project, that can be possible. In fact, buying ETH is not new in the market as while people are buying Bitcoin during the market correction, they have also accumulated Ethereum.

It pumps because it deserves it, unlike how these meme coins surge just because of the influence of some known individuals, not because it has the potential. of course, I do relax upon investing in ETH but never I think about earning huge.

Do you think there's need to rush on buying ETH? Because doing that needs to do with proper research, also it needs long time experience so that you will not affected on whatever happen to the market. Remember that there's scenario what we called bearish market condition and to bad for newbies holding a lot of ETH if they experience this since for sure they might in rush to do a massive sell off and that can cost a lot of damage to them.

I remember also when it was at 4K+$. A lot of people tried to make big gains and heavy speculation even people that were starting from scratch into crypto... but in the end the result was not the best... (until now...) Moreover there are some issues related protocol and basics of this crypto that could undermine the stability of the coin. (AWS nodes, POS, centralization etc etc)

Because before people don't see the bright future of this creation and only Satoshi does. With a big surprise skyrocket happens that amazed thousands and millions of individuals and said, why? Regrets come next but guess what, we still hear this word because doubts are still on their mind, and when it drops, negative speculations arise and panic selling. But as we can see, people are got crazy investing in hyped projects where it was too risky while neglecting ETH.

I guess it's obvious though, I mean ETH is the top altcoin so I'm not surprised if they make a huge run again in the next bull market. Just remember this, in the last bear market, ETH went below $100, as far as I can remember, the lowest low is $80k and yet in the last bull run it almost went to $5k. So that is a huge profit for those who stayed with ETH that time.

And most likely we might see a repeat again, I don't know what will be the price, but definitely it will reach a new all time high.

Definitely a good strategy to buy at a cheaper price, the market is very unstable and the current news about cryptocurrency is not that positive around the world, so you should expect a more dump for the price of the market as a whole. There’s another issue with Binance, somehow it will affect the market and ETH is not exempted from this. Buy more, ETH is a good altcoins and many good projects still trust its network.

I also think the price of eth is very high now. For a good profit you should have bought eth a few years ago when it cost less than 1k. Same situation with bitcoin. I don't think there's much profit to be made here anymore. Probably altcoins can give you such a chance, but the risks are also very big.

ETH is great but using it is so expensive that it’s definitely a deterrent to the growth of their infrastructure. That’s why it’s surprising to me that coins like MATIC haven’t held up better. The idea of using ETH for things like metaverse transactions will never happen. Still though, I think ETH and staking will make it a popular coin for investment funds.

ETH has an easy 15 x or more from here to the high of the next parabolic bull run. Bitcoin is King, no other coin will ever be as trusted, reliable & valuable as bitcoin but as time passes we are seeing diminishing returns, lower ROI. Because ETH is still so cheap it is more attractive to some newbies, for this reason we will see higher returns than bitcoin for a while. ETH is a great medium term hold.

Speaking the past will be on the same conclusion, why not buy that time. There have always been people who believed in Ethereum and Bitcoin. But back then it was just a start-up, small capitalisation and no big funds. Don't know who these experts are but i see that $50k being totally possible.

People have been underestimating and fudding ETH for so long as it's pretty easy to fud, it's bulky and expensive to use. why not use some centralized smart contract platform or platform that's fast because it doesn't have enough users. I have even been on that ship who dislikes eth. But upcoming and already happened changes are so radical that people don't know what hit them after eth scales. It's even deflationary now and we are at the top of the curve turning back, so people don't see the effect yet, but they will.

Seems like an overly rosy outlook, doesnt it? ETH at a whopping $50k seems quite a stretch. Ethereum is dear to me, yet we cant FACE off the gas fees. The deflationary factor, despite its potential, seems factored into the price. The EIP-1559 update was a great stride, yet the market anticipated it. And ETH' bulkiness? We're on the same page: its cumbersome compared to its agile competitors. On diversification - yes, investing across stocks, commodities, real estate is wise. Crypto offers a unique rush, agreed. Yet, lets keep in mind: it boils down to perspective and expectation management.

Other than bitcoin, ETH is the only best investment I have ever made. I was fortunate enough to get in early.
I will be holding it for a good time and regardless to say bitcoin and eth are the only coins out there which has a lot of trust.
All the other coins are just like passing storms with a hype.

I wish too but that seems unrealistic, really. I don't know who is the expert person saying that but never I see it will reach that far. even though we know and believe that Ethereum is a promising coin. I bought ETH because I know it will rise and just like the other people, I also expect a profitable future. If it reaches $5,000, that was already the great achievement of ETH ever.

I've been following ETH for years and made good profits for having eth in my portfolio. The fact it moved from $100 to 1k then pushed above 3k in 2021 proved the capability of the project. Eth2.0 was much anticipated by investors, but it didn't make much difference for the project, and later it dropped back to 1k by then I already removed my profits and investment after noticing that no much profit range for investing in eth other than bitcoin. Eth price moved or moves alongside the price of bitcoin if bitcoin skyrockets eth will definitely move as well. Predicting 100k for eth that means bitcoin will be at 300k-500k  for eth to hit 100k if I'm not mistaken BTC could be more than that before eth hits 100k and that will take longer time to achieve. Yet accumulating is a good substitute for BTC.

Isn't that enough reason for people to buy ETH instead of new projects? We know that greed is not a good thing and it usually makes us lose money, so investing in new and hyped projects and meme coins only with the hope that they will generate quick profits for us might be a bad move because if they have the potential to generate high profits in a short period of time, they also have a high risk of eating your money.

I agree with you on this and would like to add my own thoughts to support your explanation. Bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrencies, Ethereum is the king of altcoins. Ethereum is the most preferred chain of project developers, and projects developed with Ethereum have to spend gas to create new contracts. In addition, if we include transactions created by trends such as NFT and Gamefi, we can better understand the potential of Ethereum. Ethereum is definitely one of the best options among altcoins. Very few cryptocurrencies have got the proven record on its growth from the scratch. One amongst is the ethereum that stands next to bitcoin. In simple terms, bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrencies whereas ethereum is the king of altcoins. No matter the investment, it assure with profit same as what we see with bitcoin. I'm a loser with ethereum, I had over 50eth, but the temptation to make it more caused me loss everything into gambling. I bought those when the price was just around $80.

This is such an important information that not many people can see. I can see AT LEAST 20k for the future and ETH can reach it very easily, it only requires one more bull run, just like we had in 2014, just like we had in 2017-18, and just like we had it in 2021 as well. It is not impossible, as we have seen so far it is totally possible and I think it is going to be important part of this as well. If we can keep doing it then it is going to matter a lot as well.

I know that a lot of people will end up not understanding how it would move any differently, but if we could do it then we are going to be fine. I would not suggest people to go all in, but buying it can be profitable for the next bull run. For the last 1y timeline, ETH has been going from 1k to 1.7k USD and thus I would call that as a steady growth over time. I dont expect to see very low prices to buy at so, it should be bought in fractions over a period of time to offset the loss from the price rise while buying.

Right now a bulk purchase of ETH would more likely be a panic buy/buying at the high.

Since the SEC declared many promising coins as securities, Ethereum and BTC have become the most viable choices for traders to hold or trade. While it cannot be definitively stated that Ethereum will experience a 500% increase as it did before, it remains a good long-term option.

I don't think it's a good opportunity to buy Ethereum right now, it just seems like a trap from what I see and observe. It looks like his value is about to skyrocket but not yet. You should not be fooled by such actions, you'll see after a few days its value will drop in the market.

For the next bull run eth will stay here and maybe buy some tokens that have benefit from staking with eth like LDO.

The only thing that you should out more in consideration at this moment is the fact that we are still in the dip, so buying and holding any cryptocurrency at this moment will eventually lands a great profitability in the future because we are getting close to the halving which will leads to the bullrun, we may expects more bear but to experience bull and since the market is unpredictable, we encourage using this as present dip to acquire more and hodl.

ETH is also one of my favorite Altcoins and still holds it today. The price of ETH still seems good enough to buy at the moment and hold for the long term. When Bitcoin reaches ATH then ETH will also follow suit. It went to $1,900 just now because the market seems to be on the sort of mini bull run in the last 2 days or so. So yeah, Ethereum is a good investment for long term. I remember when it upgraded to PoS and we say that it will go to $2k.

So now is the chance to see that price again if this bull run will continue. But the real bull run will occur next year so it's better to continue to accumulate and stack Ethereum while we are still in this price as it might go to 10x, in my opinion.

I do not really agree with this, as long as the coin in which you are investing is one of the best one then it is OK to sell the majority of your coins for it.

I was actually one of those who feel regretful for not buying ETH when the price was just $100. I had lots of doubts considering that it has shown a good movement since it was started years ago. There's no doubt that ETH will eventually solve the "high gas fee" problem. My biggest concern is ETH's disregard towards decentralization. Its scaling tactics are making it more centralized than ever. First it was the PoS upgrade, and now it's going to be the increase of the staking collateral from 32 ETH to 2048 ETH. Not only that, but subsequent network upgrades will benefit L2 (off-chain) scaling solutions more than L1 (main chain). This will move most people away from ETH, making it more centralized and vulnerable agaisnt external attacks.

Instead of going all in ETH, I'd suggest you diversify between ETH and ETC for complete peace of mind. The latter is much more decentralized and cheaper to use for day-to-day payments. It's the original version of Ethereum after all. You'll never know when Ethereum (ETH) will fail, so it's best to prepare yourself for the worst. Just my thoughts ;D
