1. Who holds the collateral, you?
2. Why would anyone trust a newbie to send the loan after he's received the collateral?
3. If BTC is the collateral, and it's price goes higher why would you need more?

Yes i hold collateral no need third parties to get involved becouse it's getting to difficult.
Also i want to see If i can get enough customers so volume should be high i should be the main lender in this field that's my plan.

I don't think you are worthy of this type of collateral acceptance. It can be anything except collateral scamming. You are a newbie so if you scam 10$ then that will not make you any trouble for your account. As there will have no problem ou can scam that 10$ collateral. So, if you are legit then you must have to use escrow.

According to your trust feedback page (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=1883627;page=sent;offset=0) you have something like $10,000 in uncollateralised loans on the books and you seemingly weekly post scam accusations against others who have defaulted - shouldn't you be fixing up your own lending practices first? Or, are your comments meant to serve as a warning to others?

Many users default to various reasons. If you check the history of the lending section then you would be able to know that the loan has been defaulted. And scam happened too much in 2018/2019 but nowadays it has decreased a lot. And yes I am practicing more and more to minimize being scammed.

My concern stems from the fact I can see that you have active loans going back to 2020 and 2021 and that you will might be scammed whilst looking out for other people.

At that time a lot of users had multiple accounts for farming and/or selling but as they failed to do so they took loans and went away. But nowadays a lot of accounts have been banned and also got negative trust that's why decrease the number of scaammer.

Nice try, Even if you are legit, your daily interest is very high as if you are also high of whatever shit you are hitting. 10% is the highest interest rate for 30 days that offer by reputable lender here while you beat them 6 folds your insane 2% interest.

You are already robbing someone with your rates plus your collateral is hold by you which makes this loan thread another flop loan scam service.

You and me are newbies, I can give you advice: Get some experience and feedback before you start a service here, I am totally fresh here and the most I do is to learn and see how the forum works.
I also have planes I wanna do... but for now its not the right time, maybe in one year when people know you, or at least some months..  So its not strange that members that been here and they have for sure seen many many scammers in their days, act like they do. They only want to protect the forum and its no wrong in that, they been was here long time before us, and probably will be here after us, so in the beginning we should threat them like we are guests in their home with respect.
