I saw "no limits to exchange" on the first page, but on the other hand you're imposing limits, does that interpret things differently? I also can't see where you put the max limit warning even though I tried to exchange in 1k bitcoin for usdt.

Btw, is there an integrated feature to remember or record the exchange ID if the user leaves the page accidentally? (I mean you know, sometimes device performance gets out of control).

You are right, we have no maximum limits now. I removed this information from the topic. We don't have our limits. All minimum amounts are set by exchange networks. We meant that you are not limited in your ability to change coins anywhere and anytime :)

About exchange ID - our service is completely anonymous, so there is no way for us to associate your device with the ID of the created ticket. But when creating an exchange, a separate page is created containing the ID in the link. You can find this link in your browser history. And one more thing - if you have already created an exchange and paid, your money will not go anywhere anyway. You can always write to us and we will find your exchange in the database.

In the future, we will add a personal account and users will be able to save and track their transactions.

Today we had our first exchange from a stranger. I would like to believe that it was just a client, but it turned out to be more interesting :)

Man from Poland created 2 identical orders with a difference of 2 seconds on different devices. In this case, we do not make an automatic exchange, and the operator performs the exchange in manual mode. As a result, we made a manual payment for one of the orders.

During the processing of this order, we found 3 things that are worth improving in our work. Thank you stranger!

At first, your site looks good and easy to use, but at first glance I found that there was an error in the bitcoin exchange rate on the site.

The exchange rate on your site (when the snapshot is taken) = $26,330.31 while in reality the Bitcoin price at the same moment on CoinmarketCap = $29,984.98!!! I don't know why, but every time I change the amount of Bitcoin, the price changes.

I can explain this moment with changed amount.

The exchange rate is dynamic, it takes into account our commission, the commission of the exchange networks and of course the current rate. For small amounts of money the commissions take a relatively large part, so the rate comes out so low. If you check on a large amount, such as 1 Bitcoin, you get a much better rate.

But let me say that this is not a good start for the exchange, high fees like that are not a good start for the exchange, especially since you are a new exchange that has not gained trust yet, most of the trades will be with a small amount before gaining trust.

If we assume that I want to exchange a minimum of 0.0017BTC, I get a rate of approximately 45$, while I get 51$ on central exchanges at the current rate. This means a fee of around 6$ for a 50$ exchange. This is high compared to centralized exchanges that take as little as 0.5$ on the same transaction.

I believe you should work on the maximum limits

Imagine Bitcoins max supply is 21M of which some has not yet been mined while the rest is held by other individuals, lost or stolen, but you exchange gladly accepts me to send 22M Bitcoins to an address  ::)

Please work on this before disaster happens.

Can you confirm that you are trading from your own reserves and not through the API some CEXs.
This exchange reminded me of ----> BetterCallRaul.it Domain Scam confirmed  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5453875.0) they have a purchased user interface, and in the background there is an API connected to a central platform, and the small number of the developer team makes it possible to check for vulnerabilities, so wouldn't it be better for you to create a P2P account and pay the rest for the advertising expenses.

Of course our commission is not $6 in this case, but also not 0.5. I think well-known exchangers dumping on such small amounts or popular pairs to attract customers. Perhaps we should also try this option.

I don't see the problem with not having an upper limit yet. At this stage, no one will come to us to exchange even 1 bitcoin. You can create a lot of orders to exchange 10 or 1000 bitcoins, but until you pay them nothing will happen  :)

We didn't write about our reserves. We are a small team of enthusiasts who implement the idea of one of us. And this idea is not to steal some bitcoins :D We like what we already have and we will develop it further.

I see no point in trying to prove you otherwise at this stage, time will show who we are. Made a test exchange of bitcoin for the throne. I did not see anything surprising. Normal exchanger, normal exchange. What I did not like. As far as I know, at other exchangers there payment is credited in bitcoins after the first confirmation. And you have already passed five confirmations of the network and my payment has not been accepted. It is strange. I also did not like that the site in English is in Ukrainian and Russian, but support communicated with me in English. I understand how she can know in what language I am communicating. But it is possible to make a bot before the start of communication to ask in what language it is convenient for the client to talk, and the client himself will choose.

hugeblack made a good point, the question about reserves is quite justified. You should be flexible and open to answering all questions, whether you like them or not. However, you want to gain some kind of trust, and that is achieved by giving appropriate answers. It is a service that deals with finances, at some point, your clients need to trust you with their money. Is there a stronger reason to be transparent?

One review is ok, but still not nearly enough to gain the trust you need.

btw. I like your design, I also took a look at the backend, and it seems ok, but enthusiasm alone is not enough for this type of business.

I always take an open communication stance. We have some reserves on major coins. But you must understand that it is impossible to keep reserves for 350+ coins. I don't think that if we show some accounts with a couple of thousand dollars on them, we will be immediately recognized by everyone here as honest guys.

For now our task is to test business model and collect initial feedbacks. Soon we will launch advertising campaigns and hopefully we will get more feedback from our clients.

I'm sure that reputation is a metric that emerges over time. And we're just at the beginning of the journey.

I visited your site, and I can immediately say that I liked the site itself, it is made intuitively and logically. I also liked the quite large number of cryptocurrencies to exchange. But just in connection with this, I had a question. I don’t quite understand why someone should use your exchanger and not an exchange, where you can place maker orders and thus get a more favorable rate? Just because it can be faster with your service, or because some exchanges require identification and people want to avoid it?

I can also say that I resort to the services of an exchanger when I want to exchange cryptocurrency for fiat. But I have not seen such currency pairs on your site. Are they planned to be added, at least UAH and USD?

Our key advantage lies in the simplicity and speed of the exchange. The user only needs to enter the desired wallet and transfer funds. As you noticed, we have a lot of coins and it is possible to change any pairs. On exchanges, it is not always possible to exchange directly, plus registration and identity confirmation are required.

Another important advantage is the minimum exchange limit. On many pairs, you can exchange from 0.0006 BTC, which is only 20 dollars (for example, BTC -> MATIC, and much more). Many exchangers do not consider it necessary to bother with such amounts.

In the future, we will definitely add fiat. This is a rather complex and lengthy process.

I see that a possibility of avoiding registration and identity confirmation can be considered as a great advantage of your exchanger. Many people are not satisfied with such requirements which are now becoming a rule for almost every exchange. That can be seen as your benefit.

But I still have some questions about the minimum amount for change. For example Binance offers a convertation service, where you can simply convert one coin into another. And an amount can be really small, like 2 or 3 dollars equivalent. Sure, thy take commission for that, and it makes this option not really advantageous. But what I am interested in in is if your exchange service more profitable than such convertation on different exchanges?

Fiat services would be a huge advantage. I understand it takes time to implement it and I wish you to succeed in that

Currency exchange is a low-margin business. If some exchanger gives a very good rate, most likely they dump the price to attract customers.

Somewhere we are definitely better. And somewhere not  :) But pay attention to the minimum amount in the last exchanger. We can change the amount 100 times smaller.

If you cannot have reserves for 350+ coins, you should turn off the pair until you have enough funds to resume the pair again to avoid trouble. About giving the proof of reserves, you can show the proof of reserves of some coins like BTC, ETH, and USDT. Those are the most favorite coins. You can try collaborating with Bestchange.com, which is the best exchange index.

Our algorithms do not require reserves of all coins. You can freely exchange any coin for any other of all presented on the site.

Let's say I order USDT to XRP, and you do not have enough XRP in reserves. What will happen?

Why don't you have USDT BEP20? I have been using pnnv.com all these days and since their side project BTC price update site isn't working, I'm getting feared of getting my tx stuck and that's why looking for an alternative.
Also, do you ask for KYC? If you do, in what situation, and what if I don't provide KYC information?

How can you share this screenshot as proof, it is only part of the user interface and anyone can do it without making a transaction. It's not that I doubt that you have no traffic at all, but what you present looks pretty fake. It is obvious that you need more user experience and feedback, and looking at your monthly traffic, some better promotion is more than necessary. Shame, the platform looks good.

Is this your exchange or are you just a partner and working under some provider like Chnagenow etc..
