Constructive criticism is one way to learn few stuffs from others. Well its really hurt being corrected though you knew to yourself its correct but figuring out your wrong have a slight feeling of ache but if anyone learn to overcome that and accept it. Could help you grow as a user. We are in forum anyway a place where debate could happen whether what is the correct concept or solution to such dispute.

There are barriers in life that exist invisibly such as greed, aggression, ignorance, doubt, arrogance, etc. But this is always in each of us and we will not lose it. When we realize these things in our lives, we need to know how to overcome them so as not to limit ourselves by limited binding prejudices.

My view for the transmission of electrical communication is that the object is suitable for the method of transmission, not everyone wants to listen because of the above that I mentioned, it is like a circle with no way out, most of the time. We're all going to go through things that benefit the individual, then the collective. In any environment, learning will have no limit, there are also bad and beautiful things that appear for us to get trapped in the game of life, not clinging to those things that we have to see for ourselves everything is positive and contagious.

As a person like myself who knew little on a field or something there is no need for me to get mad, if they correct me and give me advice, and I am more willing to take shot as long as i learn from it, sad reality is some people don't want to hear comments, they take it personally and leave, they don't know that they are being corrected, take all the hit and learn will help a person in the future because they will also learn patience and controlling their emotions is also good to develop.

If anyone responding back to a teach with hate speech then the student does not like the teacher or instructor. And this is normal thing in physical educational centers. Not all the students like all the teachers so if those teachers students hated came to the class they would not like them. Sometimes the students would even walk away.
And if the student is in that class, he will not learn anything.
Open minded is always there if the student like the advisers, he will accept all corrections. Nobody on earth lives without mistake, so correction make life better. It is not always one is good mood to learn. So some time you have to do other things to forget some stress in the brain.
Pride is one of the thing stop people to learn from others. This one can't teach me or I can't learn from this person, that is proud and you will never know that thing again. So if you want to learn you have to swallow pride and learn from the known source.

Some people don't know how to correct others. They correct people in an unfriendly and disgraceful manner which might make the person react negatively. There is a need to correct people respectfully even if it is a child. Some people are not also happy when they correct them using disgraceful words like "Why are you asking such a stupid question, you are so dumb for not knowing this". I agree with your thoughts op but there is a need to learn how to correct people politely and respectfully.

All your recommendation are very good points but I want to add that you shouldn't apply before testing what you have been told. You should verify the information and if it is valid, you can test it before you apply those recommendations. Verifying is the process of researching more on the information and gathering more facts about it to ascertain if the information is valid or invalid. I know that it is bad to correct someone in a disrespectful way,this will make the person fill angry and might hate to learn anything from you. But this shouldn't be the case on someone that is willing to learn what he doesn't know,because we are humans and we all have our weakness on how we correct or teach people. If any newbie is expecting leniency from senior members of the forum then sorry to disappoint you you won't get any. Getting upset by the statements or criticisms made about your post is of no use and there's no way you are going to stop more from coming. They say "iron shapeneth iron", for you to grow in post quality you need these criticisms cause without them the forum would be filled with lots of dull brains trolling around. It's only a person that don't want to learn gets angry when corrected. Correction mustn't come in the way you had wanted it that's why it's called correction.

I think some people simply are like that and can’t be changed unless they want a change. I’ve met enough stubborn people who even if proven wrong continued to be stubborn and arrogant. That’s just the way they work I’d say.

You can try your best and hardest but if they don’t want to think different, they won’t. So being open minded is a choice or part of their personality imo. Some people pick offence when someone criticised them, but from my understanding I believe that criticism is something I believe that can make someone to be active because the person will see it as a challenge, but I understand that some people does not understand that when you are been criticised it's when you will be more proactive because its has become a challenge, so therefore I'm seeing criticism as encouragement in my perspective, let newbies should not take criticism as insult. If a more experienced person is willing to explain why I'm wrong, it's really worth tempering your pride and listening to his comments, analyzing them and thanking him for spending time on me.

But if this person, irritably, from the height of his understanding of the problem, rudely says that I am wrong, even if I try to be modest and learn, this will often do little. Because often the gap in experience and knowledge may simply not allow me nor to understand what I am wrong about, nor what I can even start additional study with in order to ever understand my mistake. And in the end, only the annoyance of misunderstanding will remain.

Not everything depends on the learner.

Surround yourself with people who criticize you. You will learn most from them. They will always push you with their negativity. Don't avoid people who always find a way to criticize you, they are kind of free bug testers working for you.

This is one of the pretty ways for us to learn and not have the mindset of seeing thingdls from the other ways.
Learning is more of personal ways to improve in what we intend to have knowledge about and it's not about the approach or ways people react to our opinions when we make make certain mistakes.
 Learning can be taskful and challenging when we are with people that don't give a shit about who we are or what we want to become. This is one of the ways why some persons would decide to be a self learners than to go extra miles to classes or ask questions about what they don't know. The moment you start feeling like you are always right and correct all the time, to me, that's the beginning of a person's failure in life. The more we grow, the more we learn from our daily life activities, the people we meet, the people we share ideas with, and all that. This is not just limited to this forum.

Here in the forum, the more I engage in conversations, the more knowledge I grab from what I previously knew; what I do think is the right answer to a particular thing happens most times to be the wrong answer; I run into new ideas every day and respect others opinions, adding them to what I already have; and if I'm still not clear on anything, I ask questions and seek more clarification, which most times I get from the person I expected it from, and other times the person might actually not revisit the thread.

Another thing is not looking down on someone. Having in mind and knowing that you could learn from anyone, no matter the rank or the person's size, there is something that could be obtained from the person's idea helps a lot.

Well said op. No one knows it all, education is a continues process and it ends at death. Sometimes you might think you know a particular thing until someone else points you or makes you see it from a different perspective and you begin to question what you think you know. We should always be humble and open hearted to learn whether it's a new thing or something we have learnt before. As someone puts it "we study to learn, unlearn and to relearn." Also, we should always welcome constructive criticism and be opened to corrections if we truly want to learn. Reflect on our past results and work to correct or improve where we are lagging behind and also surround ourselves with the right people.

One is not always motivated through criticism. At times we do not need to be criticized to do more. We just need a simple couragement. Be it constructive or destructive criticism, everything has its time when it is time for you to be praised or encouraged you need the encouragement or praises and when it is time to be criticized you need the criticism. Constant and continuous criticism will however infusion in you some antagonistic spirit and will make you to achieve your goals in a more desperate away.

Not good to get always criticized since it cam drain out our energy since we would think about that we don't do any good on the careers we do. Different people's perspective, if you are a newbie all of the information came from your seniors of you or the experience members for sure you will accept it because this serves to open your curiosity to seek more information related to the discussions, but if you are already an experienced person and you gain a knowledge already there's a chance that you might against with the perspective of other people on this part is your ego now will decline any suggestion, recommendations and other information given to you by other higher on you or level on you because you get knowledge enough you think you know a lot already. To be honest, yeah. Getting criticized sometimes can get into our heads and just bring our motivations down to be better. It depends on what kind of criticism though. There are some users here criticizing just for the sake of bringing the other users down and it does not help anyone even in the slightest bit. Just for the sake of "that user" him/herself.

In my job, I usually get criticized in the way that it encourages me more to try especially that software development is really a large field to get into. That does not mean my thick skin isn't ready for some bullshit criticism though. ;)

OP, I must say this, ignorance and  pride has made many to fall down. Some people pick offense being corrected. They feel they know it all and looks down on everything and anybody who comes their way.

Most times, taking responsibilities makes one straighten up and to that effects makes one learn and know much about their lapses coupled with the experience they have had in the course of being in their current state of mind.

This shows that not all criticisms are bad, because with constructive criticism you are motivated to change  for the better and improve what you have learned. But I believe not everyone is open about this because some would really want to prove their worth more than others. However, if we just remain open minded and is willing to be corrected, I guess we will actually learn the faster and easier way. Being open to a lot of new ideas and comments will eventually help you grow in the forum, until the best potentials in you will be fully developed.

Some people are not even here to learn anything; that's the issue. Some of them are just here to earn merit, rank up, and join campaigns to earn some SATs. Yeah, that's why you see that after correcting some of those users you are referring to, they will still not learn. Although most of them find a way possible to take merits, shockingly, they rank up and their comment is absolute nonsense, which is a big shame when you see a newbie even being of quality post than a higher rank that is supposed to have learned quite a lot of simple stuff in the forum and about Bitcoin. Although rank is not measured by knowledge here, if one is not even sure of what to say on some topics, the best thing to do is not skip to another topic where you can talk some interesting stuff rather than shit posting.

One point I want to add is that if you want to broaden your knowledge, then you should take note of those who share the kind of ideas you seek and learn from them. Criticisms will likely come from those who are already experienced in the system, and by the time you don't want to learn from the criticisms, more will come your way (LoL), and when you become unbearable for some users here, you will definitely enter their ignore list or receive some tages.

Being corrected and getting angry is something as a human we need to work on so that we are nit going to continue in that lifestyle that can make us to have problems with people around us just because we are being corrected from making mistakes even though it is in an absurd manner. We need to learn how to accommodate people and take nonsense so that we can free with people around us and not make enemity with people that are supposed to be our friends.

If we want to live a better lifestyle we must learn how to tolerate people around us, even when they tend to make trouble with us. It is important for us to follow peace with all men and women including children so that people will see us as an epitome of love.

But you don't want to avoid people who criticize you. If you hang out with people who don't criticize you end of the day you think that you are at your best and you don't need to improve yourself. I am not talking about only surrounding yourself with people who criticize you but also getting around with them for some time so that you know how they judge you and what you are lacking.

Indeed, this often happens when the initial stages of someone trying to learn. Like in this forum, what I felt when I was a beginner, and participated in the discussion. At that time I really felt left out and felt bad when other users in this forum criticized my posts. But luckily at that time I read a post (I forgot who the author was), and the post contained a topic, aimed at beginners. Since then I have gotten used to not getting angry when someone criticizes my posts.
And in my opinion, the obstacles for beginners who join this forum, mostly experience problems like this. That is not willing to criticize his opinion by others.
Of all the opinions that you have expressed, in my opinion all of them are true. But in essence everyone, especially for beginners in this forum, don't be stubborn, don't feel yourself smarter than others, always respect any input given by other members, and don't forget to keep learning about crypto. And don't be a monotone, if you want to really develop knowledge about crypto.

It should be a sort of balanced thing. You get criticized when necessary and you get praised when necessary. These two will form a moving force that will propel you to greatness. If you are always being praised, it will also give a sense of wrong judgement and will not motivate you to do your best.  You will definitely think you are the best and therefore you have arrived.
That can also be said for criticism. When you are overly and unduly critisized, you will tend to lose your confidence and self esteem.

Self evaluation too is another thing one needs to do regularly to know how far they have gone. When one checks their activities and people's reaction and response to  what they have down so far it enables them to have a rethink of either putting more efforts to mprove on whatever they are lacking or continue with the good work they have been doing.

One should be able to draw strength from criticisms to make corrections and also take accolades for good work done so as to do more. Only then there would be a balanced equation from bother end.

Self evaluation is absolutely essential when analysing data from multiple sources especially when making financial decisions. People see criticism as a norm and I have come to adapt in such situation. Note for you to grow in whatever thing you are doing you must be criticized so you should see criticism as a natural phenomenon, If you are been criticized about a particular stuff just try to scrutinize the comment very well, If there are things that you found in the critics comment that you are not doing right, then you should try as much as possible to make amendments immediately to avoid future repeation, But if you found nothing, The best thing to do at this point is to pay deaf ear to such criticism because it is not a constructive one, Just see it as means of discouragement that have to be ignored in other not to divert your attention.

Note if you want to learn you must be open to many things like; Provocative comments, Criticism, Offensive like Correction. As a person that is after his or her goals you should focus on what you are chasing and overlook anything you see as a setback on your way, I see this as the only means in which you can be successful in  in this life.

It's actually becoming very rampant in our community today...that newbies are absolutely right in everything they do; setting up a standard of orientation is painful for anyone to adhere to. They're being guided and transformed limitedly by the little they know...and then BOOOMMM!!! Know that learning will only happen if you don’t resist it, so you have to be more open on new suggestions and comments that you think that will make your learning more relevant. Otherwise, you will be stuck with your old and limited knowledge which is not a good thing at all. And by accepting learning, it’s your responsibility too to share what you have gained, and that’s a cycle that we should take part to so we can also inspire others to learn.

Its so dumb decision to believe only on one side while we don't know if the stated information is thru or not and we believe them easily since they promise to give good information that can help us earn. This is so bad if we spot a scammer give this tips since maybe we will be the next victim and fall on their schemes. That's why it will be better to listen on different opinion since we can evaluate those information then it can help us to decide to do better decisions.

If one refuse to accept new comments or ideas and just hate whenever corrected, then it’s a clear sign that he is not ready to learn, as learning requires an open minded individual so he can easily perceive every new idea that comes his way. That’s why aside from being hunger of new knowledge and good information, one should have the high interest and high determination to learn, and this could be perfectly done if you have the passion and patience to learn new things.

I love this aspect of "passion and patience" you talked about. You see it only takes one with passion for something to exercise patience for that same thing. If you see someone passionate about learning you will see how patient they are willing to be to learn, they listen because whatever you say is very meaningful and important to them hence they do not want to miss everyone word that comes out from your mouth.

Being open to new ideas is attached to ones passion to learn that new ideas and learning it takes patience. So therefore, for one to be able to learn, one must exercise patience and have passion for what they want to learn about.

The purpose of the creation of this forum is to discuss Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, as these discussions are going on, we should expect comments that are not in our favor and that doesn't mean that we won't pay attention to those comments, to me, every comment here in this forum is important to me, after all individuals have different method of expressing their feelings on things, we in this forum should see every criticism here as an advice.

So many people in this forum today went through different criticism or the other to be where they are today, life itself is full of critics, but as humans we should learn from any comment here because most things said here solve problems not only here in the forum but in real life too.

The knowledge I got in this forum helped me a lot in cryptocurrencies and other things generally, so we should not take any comment here personal rather we should see them as a process of putting us on the right track of learning what we don't know.

what you say is true that the portion must be appropriate between receiving praise and criticism. if we get continuous praise, we will tend to forget how to accept criticism from someone. but if someone always gets criticism it might affect his self-confidence.
if we receive too much criticism in everything we do it means we need to pause from our activities and evaluate what is wrong with us. we have to be able to find out what is wrong with us when we always receive criticism.
in essence we should not be selfish and always be open to criticism from others in the learning process because criticism is a process to recognize and correct our mistakes.
