Title: Bitcoin is an international asset — BlackRock CEO’s bullish remarks
Post by: Wimex on July 05, 2023, 11:20:44 PM
BlackRock (BLK) CEO Larry Fink said crypto, specifically bitcoin (BTC), could revolutionize the financial system in an interview with Fox Business on Wednesday.

Quote
We do believe that if we can create more tokenization of assets and securities – that’s what bitcoin is – it could revolutionize finance

he said. Previously known to be a skeptic of crypto, Fink years ago suggested fans of the asset class heavily used it for “illicit activities.”

Fink continued:
Quote
Instead of investing in gold as a hedge against inflation, a hedge against the onerous problems of any one country, or the devaluation of your currency whatever country you’re in – let’s be clear, bitcoin is an international asset, it’s not based on any one currency and so it can represent an asset that people can play as an alternative.

From this fact I can notice with not very clear expectations, how the independent or external financial world, becomes every day more interested in bitcoin increasing its projection and even change its perception of it, however I wonder how the environment of the most important cryptocurrency will react, out of what is obvious as a small rise due to the positive opinion of a "big fish", rather in terms of its market and relative, especially considering facts such as:

Under Fink, BlackRock has attempted to launch a spot BTC ETF with cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase acting as a surveillance partner. It’s unclear if the Securities and Exchange Commission will approve the investment vehicle, given its track record of rejecting all previously filed spot BTC ETF applications to date.

I woul like to know what its your opinion about this fact, ¿Do you think, tihis time is the right for the Fink Purpose?, ¿Could be there another interesting thing?, Even ¿Is the Fink Purpose a good way for bitcoin currently?, Honestly , im a litle excited for the posible results butim not pretty sure if this is the properly thing to do.

If Fink the CEO of the world must reputable multinational investment firm who once said Bitcoin was used for illicit activities came back this year and take back all the negative statements he made about BTC while he said it's an international asset that revolutionize the financial system. It mean there's something huge he have seen because BlackRock is know for making a good decision in term of investment

Oh, I was focused on the actual research of the post and did not take the precaution of checking if there were similar topics, I know that in this forum accuracy is appreciated and I like to be part of it, however, for some reason the platform does not allow me to delete the same, so it will have to be a thorn in the shoe this time, I regret this fact, however, in the same way I also want to point out that in the similar article about this topic seems to be oriented more towards informativity and my interest in this one is to generate discussion.

Every thread created on this forum, as long as the reply button is clickable, it means that whatever discussed in that thread is open for discussion, if the op of the other thread you are talking about had locked the thread after creating it, then we can say or conclude that the op was only trying to pass information and does not want any discussion of any kind on the thread..

Since the other person created his before yours, you don't have to delete yours, you can only lock the thread, not doing so might lead to the thread being deleted by mods themselves, and that I believe, you don't want to happen, so better to lock the thread, and let every discussion on this subject matter be on the thread that got posted first.
