Default trust are the people whose feedbacks are visible to everyone by default who don't have a trust list. If you distrust default trust, that means you are not trusting feedbacks of them. In general, you won't see any feedback other than you. You will only see the feedback/s which you have left. When you do not trust the default trust, this means that you trust your trust list without any interference with the default trust, but this will not change the trust that others see.
