There have been previously accusation regarding the holding of funds from the players against Cloudbet but all of them were resolved.

The OP on the ANN thread which is their official account on this has been inactive since January. I do not see any point of visiting the ANN.

The last one from this forum member was still this week or last week. Let me look for it if I can still see it.

Edit: this is about verification though, but all are related to withdrawal.

Although the person has been able to get verified and has withdrawn the money he wanted to withdraw from the casino site.

I will also advice dannesliu to be patient, but to contact Cloudbet customer care if the withdrawal is getting longer.

That is a "trick" from the casino as most casinos use this in order to just delay the funds so you can play again and risk to lose it all,we have all heard stories of this type.So based on this I would suggest to you to stop gambling at all until everything is resolved or if you continue chances are high you will lose all your won money and that would be a very sad moment and I insist in my advice that you stop playing until you have received the full amount that you requested to withdraw.

Cloudbet has resolved the accusations here so it should resolve this one too,just keep in mind my advice stop playing before you have received the full amount requested,then do whatever you like  ;D.

well, about your main question, I will just wait that they process withdrawal and made their check.
if they ask some documents/information just provide it.

It's not some uncommon for a casino make a check before emitting a withdrawal.
For some amounts/conditions this is something that should be done according their internal procedures and avoid frauds etc etc...

I suggest you wait for it, as others have said. A lot of people have shown that there are cases that are resolved here in the forum.

Aside from waiting, you could try and do other stuff that would make your mind off it for a while, and if it's still not resolved, it's time to update here again. Whatever happens, it's best to edit your post so it would not be considered spam.

just curious, have you asked them or have they told you what was the reason for the delay? seeing on your post that the game service provider confirmed that the winning was normal, I would have assumed that they would have approved the requested withdrawal. I wonder if they are investigating something. anyway, congrats on your winnings and just like others, I would suggest waiting.

What new communication do you have with the team and are you getting prompt response when you make an inquiry?
The best you can do is to wait for a bit and give the team time to do their necessary checks, which many companies do when making a relatively large payout.

Also go through their terms of service if you have not done that yet and ensure you are not breaking any of their rules as at the time you won the bet.

Too many. The statistics they must have on how many people lose their earnings it they make them wait in order to complete the withdrawal must be overwhelming. That's why they do it. Instant deposits but delayed withdrawals, which are delayed the longer the larger the amount. It is true that for security reasons it is better to review and not allow instant withdrawals of large amounts but this and other cases are way out of line.

Until they haven't suspended your account all you can do is wait. As they said above, those complains in the past were resolved, I guess yours will also be resolved by just waiting.

I would also be paranoid about what is going on if they let me wait longer than 24 hours. That's enough to scream scam to a casino for holding it too long. Especially since we have seen many casinos just don't care about bad reputations as long as they still can operate.

Try to see first if there's notice that it will take some time to verify your case since sometime there's something like that happen. Much better if you keep in touch with their support to get at least the latest development of your case. For now the only thing you can do is to wait for any action done by then since they are the one who can determine if your issue will get solve easily or not.

The reply is still good and it's normal I'm sure they will do it on their end to fast-track the processing of the withdrawal I would have asked you to lock this thread because all the replies are just the same and the topic is redundant and wait for additional 48 hours but since you have this in your post, it's unfair for others.


If you think the waiting is too long you have the option to open an accusation, in the scam section but let's give them a chance to process your withdrawal.

Their support on their ANN board is inactive so I guess you need to raise up again and again to their support, for sure they will take time those and like Oshosondy said its possible that you need to meet a number of gambling games before making a withdrawal it is the firs time it happens on you or just newly created account?.

You should maintain constant communication with the casino. If I'm not mistaken, the normal processing period for most casinos is a maximum of 24 hours. Therefore, if the processing period exceeds that time frame, it's considered abnormal. If you haven't received a message from them explaining the reason for the prolonged withdrawal delay, then you have the right to raise a scam accusation against the site.

There's a similar topic here discussing the same casino, where withdrawals took up to 1 week to be resolved.

I suggest that, at least for now, you wait patiently a little longer and refrain from doing something stupid that could harm your case. Verifications like this can take a while. I've seen similar cases that lasted even a month or more before they were finally resolved and the player got their money.

Sometimes casinos take time to withdrawal for manual checks or security checks. If they did not say that your account is under verification or if they did not ask you to provide any information, you may consider waiting. I am curious if it's possible to win that much money with a low deposit like $200. I never had a deposit over $500 and I never won something significant.
