This does not mean your account creation date. It happens to everyone it is a common thing. It is set in the forum algorithm which works automatically. If you change your date of birth now and input tomorrow's date then tomorrow will also be wished for your birthday

Many hide their date of birth for privacy, while others simply invent it because, on the Internet, we can be of different ages.
