are they really that popular in our country? this is my first time hearing about them, The ones I always see being advertise on websites is PanaloBet

I did a quick search on casino.guru, and they have been reviewed by them, try posting this there, they might be able to help. also, they are licensed, try bringing this issue to their licensor.

Is Okbet.com having any official thread on this forum? I do not think so. It is a local gambling site. This may be helpful for people in your country.

I will advice you to use the betting site that have official threads on this forum. You aren't new on this forum and you know what that I am talking about and how to check for the good gambling sites on the gambling board.

Supposing you have used a gambling site on this forum, probably having help may be easy as you have allegation against the gambling site.

When you said they're acknowledged by a gambling regulator in Philippine, you're saying they're licensed? If so, shouldn't be there an option to report them to the regulator?

This casino accept also other country player except to the list of country restricted. They only from PH but they accept players globally.

I just try to play this casino because I'm confident that they are trusted due to their Pagcor license which is the gambling regulatory board here. I made a warning thread about this casino few days ago on our local board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5464308.msg62763252#msg62763252 when I experience bug on their game. It's too bad that my account automatically frozen when I withdraw now.

Yes, they are license. I already reported them same with other user that having same issue about withdrawal. The website purposely disable live support to avoid confrontation from user like me and just let the global chatbox open for the announcement which contradict to each other since they always suggest to use live support for concerns which is not available.

In this online life which involves money, don't at any one point ignore red flags. They could save you from fraud.

For example, when I look at their trust pilot page, out of the 28 reviews, 39% of them are 1 start/negative reviews. Though Trustpilot reviews can be manipulated, this say a lot about the casino. All those complaints can't be false.

I hope the casino support isn't lurking around the forums stalking your review threads. If the forum account name is identical to your casino username, it may be a matter of personal sentiment so they freeze you for no apparent reason and deny your complaint at all costs. ;D

This idea actually also crossed my mind when I read OP's post about a warning thread prior to being frozen. I think that is not an impossible thing, one or two of their staff probably has account here.

Do they not serve complaints via social media such as Twitter?

This... also another thing that I wanted to know, if OP can raise complaints and noises through their social media. I went straight to their website to look for it myself rather than asking, but it seems the platform is exclusively for Philipines? I can't access them through VPN of many countries.

I’m not using same username since I register using the gcash app and it assign a random username for which I didn’t change. The sad part is my account was automatically KYC verified before I play since that’s their protocol which I ignore since Pagcor accredited.

They already shut the door for me to help after they ask me to provide a business permit for my business to verify that I’m not a government employee which is the case they are taghing to my account for unknown reason.

My account total wagering volume is not greater than 200$ and I only play for 2 days but they are asking a requirements as if I won a jackpot amount considering that my account is already KYC verified. This scam shit casino is worst than 1xbit casino to be honest.  :D

When I checked Trustpilot, I found that in recent times many users have been complaining that this site is deactivating users' accounts along with their funds. When the majority of users complain about a site, there must be some truth behind it, and now it seems that the same thing has happened to you, just like those users.

Positive reviews can be bought with money, but when negative reviews start coming against a site, it's a big warning.

What about their licensor, have they made any kind of response to your report? also, I am confused, how is the business permit gonna prove that you are not a government employee?

LMAO, at this point, it might be more efficient if they write the eligible countries instead of the one forbidden. I am quite confused with their demographic. I thought they're focusing on SEA countries, but I can see Singapore on their no-go list. And interestingly, I actually tried a VPN through Indonesia [or was it Malaysia?] when they blocked me from accessing through Europe and US regions, and so I thought they're focusing on the countries close to them. Thus I tried Singapore first [which was blocked, obviously], and then Indonesia, and still hit the same wall, but I can't see Indonesia and Malaysia on their no-go list.

Anyway, the point I tried to reach from my efforts, do they have social media where they can be reached more publicly?

Have you tried filing a police report? if you get the authorities to cooperate, I'd imagine your case gets more weight + priority to your local regulator.

Found an interesting thread and thought I'd mention since Gcash + gambling were indicated in this thread. The gist is, shady gambling websites also phished their users' gcash accounts therefore as a just to be sure precaution, I would advise changing your login information in gcash as well! see full article: https://www.rappler.com/technology/gcash-security-breach-phishing-online-gambling-sites-npc/

This is actually my point to them, How come determining that I have other source of income can verify that I’m not a government employee. This shit casino makes tons of excuses while the amount that we are talking here is not even on the minimum amount for the casino to suspect as money laundering. This casino surely doing some excuses to hold my withdrawal even with just small amount. Funny how they tagged my account while they have x1 wagering requirements on withdrawal while most of my games is just pure random bets.

Filing a police report with this small amount involved will surely be ignored by police officers here. I already report them to their licensors but I don't have high hopes that this issue will be looked by them since this casino is paying big time for their license while my money involved is very small. This is how our government and local authorities works here.

For this matter, I am not sure if Philippine applies the same rule, but my country as well as several other countries have a law that prohibit government officials to have their own business while working for the country. Thus, providing the business permit [or other SoW] kinda ensure them that you're not govt. officials. Though I am not sure why a govt. staff are not allowed to play in their platform, unless gambling is prohibited in Philippine?

I have checked and I can not see anything about this casino presence here. It is unfortunate that you have to go through this experience but you said you saw some red flags for which could be a potential warning for you not to engage any further but you ignored it and here is the end result of it all. I am even surprised reading through Just to discover that they are not popular in their own country of origin which should have been a big turnoff for you. If you had visited any of the review sites, at least you could have been able to take a good decision for yourself though but you can forgo the buck as it should not bother you alot.
Sharing your experience with them could help save other members from falling victim of these casinos.

I was about to suggest this after reading the OP because you've mentioned that they're regulated and acknowledged by the regulators there. But keep your hopes high if you have already submitted a report and complain to them. Yes, that amount won't be that much for them process but the complainant's report will be a good basis not to renew or at least put some hammer on that company's reputation by the government itself. It's just that sad that for this amount they're going to let things slide which won't benefit them at all but are fine to lose one client. Have you tried going into other local gambling communities and just share this story so that other potential customers of theirs will flee from them and won't waste their time depositing there?

My account is now unfrozen for unknown reason probably they are trying too boost again their reputation since they received a lot of criticism before for doing this same issue on many players.

They imposed x8 wagering requirements on my balance before I can withdraw which I luckily completed. I still don't trust them due to the long time waiting and the wagering requirements set on my balance.

I already update the title. Don’t fuckin play on this casino.
