Almost everyone who is involved in crypto trading may use trading view (https://www.tradingview.com/). Most of the users will use the free trading view version while some professional and experienced may use the paid version too.

I would like to know if there is any alternative to the trading view which gives similar fractionality like a trading view but it is totally free of cost and provides similar value.

One alternative I know is website gocharting.com that has free version plan, and paid versions are currently $7 and $17 per month.
I didn't use this website very much and I don't know pros and cons compared to original tradingview.

Do you mean free chart that offers pro version of tradingview? Because tradingview is the most advanced charting tool that I know since some popular charting like Finviz offer only a delay feed for all the free subscriptions user.

Try Dexscreener.com, This app use same tradingview chart but I'm not sure if it offers the pro version of tradingview feature.

The Bitter truth.

You are not going to find a fully free charting tool out there. All the ones I know have the free version and the paid versions. I have used all of them but no beats Tradingview when it comes to full functionality and running/creating trading strategy scripts plus back testing.

But some have features that tradingview may not have or may need you to first pay.

Tradingview has been around a while, its a stable platform thats the main thing you wont easily get elsewhere outside of paying for it.   The paid for options are fairly vast and you can debate those.    Freestockcharts is one I used over a decade, they allow free use and track many commodities across the entire market.
  Bitcoinwisdom most people know but its not really going to remember long term your chart ideas though it can be ok for months theres no login etc..   Marketwatch has useful charts, if you use a ticker symbol for whatever you are charting.   This would be alot easier if BTC had a proper etf.

Tradingview is well known and integrated on many well-known trading platforms including Binance as complete tools and features. Actually there are many alternatives, it just depends on how many trading features you need as a trader. Not all tradingview tools are used even by professionals.

I've recently found https://coinpaprika.com/ to be pretty useful. It is like CMC but with tradingview chart. And unlike the original TradingView website, this platform has no limitations on the number of indicators that can be added to your chart. It have all "traditional" indicators but unfortunately there is no custom ones (like Order Block Detector on tradingview). So if you don't need anything specific coinpaprika should be completely ok.

If you want to find charts viewing platforms like tradingview without pay then I can say with little convinction that it is almost impossible. Trading view is the most standard when it comes to chart and analysis, to further prove this point, top tier exchanges like binance has incorperated the tradingview window in their charts. With this inclusivity, it is almost impossible to find competitors at this level giving premium services without charges.

Tradingview charts integrated with Binance and other large exchanges do not give you the same capabilities and tools that the Tradingview website provides you with. These are just a small sample of the complete deviation tools available on the Tradingview website.

In short, the Tradingview tools integrated with the exchanges are not a substitute for the Tradingview website.

I totally doubt there will be a free service that will come close to TradingView’s Pro functionality. Running and maintaining such service will require decent devs and decent servers — in which both things cost a good amount of money.

Believe me, you will not find a good alternative that provides the same features and characteristics as Trading View and is completely free. The best you will get is a free alternative that has the same features and characteristics as TradingView. you must take advantage of the free version and develop your skills in it. There are many features available in it, and with time you will achieve a good income from trading and purchasing the paid version with trading profits.
