Mohbad was signed/employed by Marlians Record ( a music record label in Nigeria whose CEO is Naira Marley). Though investigation is still ongoing, reports making rounds on the internet have it that, all attempt by Mohbad ( the signee) to terminate the contract between himself and marlians record was resisted. With your knowledge of the regulatory framework of employer/employee relationship. Discuss the concept of notice in employment relationship. Who can terminate the contract of employment? Can a notice to terminate a contract of employment be rejected? Can a notice by the employee to terminate a contract if employment be withdrawn?

The issue of this mohbad they complicated oo, people talk say na naira Marley cause the death of him just because he they the label and he wan leave but the boss(Naira Marley) no gree. So the issue con start ooo which lead to the fight, marlian groups Vs mohbad. If wuna check plenty people Dy talk about it. Police, civilian and some celebrities but the one wey con popular in talking more na verydarkman and him talk say they should even investigate the girlfriend and co. Uptil now the talk still Dy just hope justice go prevail atlast because this Nigeria no Dy reach finish line always inconclusive.
