This decline is driven by increased governmental scrutiny of the crypto industry worldwide.
However, numerous investors continue to prioritize their privacy and seek the ability to conduct transactions without divulging their personal information.

This list includes only five platforms. Since I have not tried any of them, I cannot say for certain how reliable they are.
On the other hand, there are other ways to search that are much easier, including:
- This topic that was created a while ago and its creator updates it periodically: Instant exchanges (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5218464.0) The topic includes a list of instant exchange platforms, mentioning the characteristics of each. On the list are several platforms that do not require KYC.
- Bestchange Monitor: https://www.bestchange.com/ This site has a diverse list of exchange platforms that have proven to be reliable. The site enables you to filter your search to select platforms that do not require KYC.

Why is this under currency exchange board. This should be moved to service discussion.

OP this seems like a list you just copied from somewhere, and you didn't even bother to do any research. How could you leave out instant exchanges that wouldn't ask for KYC like eXch.cx and unstoppableswap.net and instead listed once that can ask for KYC from you at any time they want  ::)

One of the best instant exchange I know is missing from your list and it's called eXch.
No need to register, no kyc, no use of third party exchanges, and they are rated very good on kycnot.me website.
Safest option is usually a bit slower with something like Bisq exchange, that is not exactly instant, but it support fiat currencies.

I don't like swap between coins because conversion fee is usually more expensive than trading .

kycnot.me (https://kycnot.me/) is well known as a good website for information, review about non-KYC exchanges and many of them have swap feature too. However, the website is slowly with information update recent months. You must check information on exchanges after getting basic from kycnot.me website.

No-KYC exchange encyclopedia (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5461920.0) focuses on centralized exchanges but some have swap feature as well.

Even with the swaps, there will be point of time that they will ask info and kyc from their anonymous customers.
And that's because of the regulatory pressure that they're getting from the government and no one can skip that unless they wanna go out of business.
But usually, we do see the pattern from the known centralized exchanges.
