Hi forum people

Please don't mind my typing skill and pattern but I have been snooping around this community for some time and still haven't certainly understood the whole website because the whole system seems very confusing.

There is this current surge of Bitcoin boom going on in my place and I feel like am left behind and so I have been asking alot of questions and some of my colleagues are actually tired of me because I ask alot of crazy questions some time.

And there deem it fit that I should ask this question in a place where I can be fully corrected and guided so I asked for link of Bitcoin website this one was given to me.

Please all I want to know Is the basics and how can I benefits from this Bitcoin that is exploding everywhere.

To clear things a bit for you, I will recommend you go through the Bitcoin white paper by it original creator, Satoshi Nakomoto https://bitcoin.org/en/bitcoin-paper  it has been translated to over 43 languages so if you aren't an English speacker, you can try checking out if you local language is amongst the translated versions.

First, before you think about benefiting from Bitcoin, I will advise you to learn how what you want to benefit from works first so that you don't get more confused than you already are right now. So I will like you to browse through the forum, use the search option, and search for familiar questions like the history of bitcoin, how it works, it's nature, and you will have a lot of material to study about it.
 
Another thing is that don't conceive in your mind that you can make fast money from bitcoin, as that might end up misleading you and you getting disappointed by the result. It's a means of investment, but the profit doesn't come real quick. Only those who are patient enough to hold for long enjoy the reward, so whatever you do, don't add get rich quick as one thing you want to enjoy from it.

Well wr have a lot of section to focus with, and bitcoin discussion is the best hub for that. But since you are a newbie, then might as well focus on Beginners section cause upon interacting here, you might engage with such rules and regulations.

How can you benefit from the technology? depends on what you want/can. I myself went with the easy route of just hodling in hopes for the value to increase over time and as a fall back plan for the growing inflation.

I get that the website can seem confusing at first.  It is basically an online chatroom where people talk about Bitcoin and crypto.  Theres thousands of users on here discussing about all kinds of stuff  and  I was confused too when I first found it. 

But you already found the Beginners & Help section, so that is a good start.  Just check around the threads and see what people are talking about.  Reading through some of the conversations can help you learn the basics better than anything else.  This place is great for newbies who want to put in the time to understand cryptocurrencies.  As you start to get it, you can join in the talks, ask your own questions and help out others. 

It just takes time and effort to wrap your head around this stuff.  But the more you learn, the more you can contribute to the community here.  Were happy to help newcomers figure it all out.

That's a good observation mate, for a newbie and I think this is pretty simple. Just click the quote button in the actual reply of the person you want to reply and edit out the actual chat you don't want and then write at the bottom of the chat and then post the reply of yours.

Just click the quote button of the post that you want to reply which you can find in the left top corner of that post.

If you want to reply to multiple posts in one then just do then copy all those posts into one box with respective quotes and start write your reply to each one at the end of [/quote].

Just click on the "quote" button next to the post you want to reply to, and then make your own post below "[/quote]", mind you that you don't have to quote the entire post you're replying to, clear out the part you don't need and leave only what you want to reply to. If you want to reply to all what the user posted, but their post is long, clear it all out and replace it with something like "snip". Ok welcome to bircointalk community, and sure your writing skills and style look really ok for me and i can read and understand everything you said in this post innjust one reading and that is something commendable and average enough to call a quality post, well enough you have also admitted you inability to understand thie forum and how it works.


But you have also done well to have asked this question innthebright board be it beginners and help, which show to a great extent that you have indeed learn something about the forum and you should commend yourself for that, you will just need to know the various boadrds innthe forum and their positing rules to be able to engage in discussions that happens in those boards.

It depends on what you've heard about bitcoin, and the kind of benefits your expecting to get. Bitcoin is decentralized digital currency, that has value's. There are two major factors in bitcoin you can easily benefit from. You can start by learning how to trade cryptocurrency and bitcoin in particular. You can as well,  get a good amount of bitcoin and get hold of it for a while, till the price you got it for goes up and that makes your investment increase in value.

First off, start with the basics and only think of how to benefit when you know what and how Bitcoin works, the worst thing that can happen to you is picking the wrong wallet to store your Bitcoin, not knowing how to secure your Bitcoin, and doing transaction in a wrong way, the forum has enough information on everything you want to know about Bitcoin, all you have to do is to roam around, get familiarize on every section of this forum.

Someone who asks alot of crazy questions and also a good learner is definitely gonna be successful in whatever they want to do. Asking questions is good and everyone in the forum will be willing to help you. Where the problem will arise is when the questions are repetitive and dump, people will no longer take you serious.

I have read above that members of this forum have provided you with links to read up and also try to use the search button because the questions you want to ask are likely already asked and answered.

You don't necessarily need to read a physical book, but it's recommended to do a lot of reading to actually know what you're investing in! And Andreas Antonopoulos' The Internet of Money book series is definitely a good candidate for a person first learning about Bitcoin.

Studying the entire system or all the discussion boards in this community or forum will definitely be confusing. Therefore, my advice is to simply study or understand the board or system that you really need and want to learn. Because if you learn everything on this forum it will take a very long time.

Do you know FOMO, friend? If you haven't realized it yet, you are most likely experiencing and being affected by FOMO. Because you already feel like you're missing out on Bitcoin. Meanwhile, fomo in the bitcoin world or crypto world is really worth staying away from. Because by feeling like you are missing out on bitcoin information (fomo), this will usually affect your self-confidence, you will feel like you don't have the opportunity to invest in bitcoin. And what's worse, when you experience fomo in the realm of bitcoin, you will usually tend to force yourself and be too hasty in investing or trading bitcoin. From the way you made the post we can assume you are new to the forum and never knew anything about Bitcoin and investing before. As a new member don't look so nervous at first wait and learn. As you continue to learn about investing, you will learn about investing and you will have a better understanding of how people are making money investing in investing.
