They probably won't bother replying to these fake claims. My guess is that you're one of them, that's why they immediately disregard your email. So, the best thing to do if you're the real winner and they didn't reach out to you is to provide them with all the proofs that you're indeed user 13517688 so that they would take you seriously.

I assume you know that there is a choice when it comes to the prize, a Lambo or $200k in BTC, and if you decide on this first, be sure that it will take time to get your prize, and I don't even want to speculate what the price is for something like that to be delivered, and of course how much tax do you have to pay to import such a car. If you're constantly bugging them with repeated messages, you become annoying and you might end up ignored. And, worse, you'd become a target for scammers. Freebitco.in has been operating for 10 years already, if I'm not mistaken. They wouldn't waste their reputation and track record by not giving the prize to a winner. So, if you won it fair and square and you have all the proofs, then nothing to worry about. Don't beg over and over again, that you don't have money, you are in need of money, and so on. You're gambling, in the first place. Those have nothing to do with this. You're just claiming your prize. That's it.
