This is ridiculous, loosing upto this amount is much, i don' think that I can afford to have something as big as this for gambling when am quite aware that i can loose everything at once if the game didn't come as expected, though there have been other bets that amount to higher figure than this, mine has been within the range of hundred dollars downwards because i don't use much money on gambling like that, be it land base casino or online gambling casino, i make sire to spend moderately base on what i can afford to loose.

I remember in 2015 i lost half of a bitcoin in poker tables, at that time Bitcoin wasn't worth much, but for today's price, it would be a $15k loss. And it happens in a casino called NitrogenSports. That casino is rebranded now to NitroBetting and now they only allow USA users, so, i can't play there anymore.

$200k was a brutal lose, with that money you could start your own casino. I'm really sorry for your loss and i hope you recover soon. Now I'm curious, how did you lose that amount?

I have never gone into deeper in gambling or stake a higher amount whereby I will have to loose something huge in gambling, I often gamble with what I can afford to loose. I can't just imagine myself losing huge amount like $200k in a casino were I know that gambling is a probability game which is not certain or defined that someone most always strike a winning.

Damn it mate, you must be a rich guy. This money is big enough to change the life of a poor man to become very rich down here in my country, and you just lost it in one session, gush. I have never used up to $100 in a session because my income is not big, and I only gamble with 5% from my income.

What got over you that made you to gamble with such amount, you should not be influenced by those wealthy gamblers that stream their gambling activities, because they have more than enough to throw away. Gamble responsible and don't live to regret your actions later.

Actually, $200k is a very high value for me personally, if I were in your position I would probably be busy frustrated regretting losing that much, maybe you are a rich gambler so the money doesn't mean anything to you so writing it here is like no burden. what you feel and that's great, most people who lose a lot will spend more time alone reflecting on their losses than writing and discussing on this forum.

I'm not a rich gambler like you, maybe my biggest loss is your smallest loss, I once lost no more than $100 and at that time betting on sports last year since then I play smaller now so I don't experience many big losses at the moment. this, but maybe there is someone who experienced a bigger loss than you out there, I want to know more through this thread  ;)

Well, it's fine if you are a millionaire like Drake but if you are as broke as earning less than 25K in a year, that is certainly a stash to cry about. What game did you play there?

Having such an amount, I will definitely enjoy watching live sports matches while betting.
There are more to enjoy than just gambling to make money in one session but yup sure there is a sense of pride when you lose big money.

mine was $200,000...

It seems that you are a millionaire when you gamble with such large sums, although I can also say that I once lost twice as much as you, but without proof it is just another in a series of possibly fabricated stories. No matter how you look at it, it is very likely that you would lose that money sooner or later, because people gamble for the thrill of it, not for the profit, right? ;)

I don't know if it's true or not, but 200k is a very high amount that I only see famous people betting these amounts of money

What kind of game did you lose that bet on?

I've never lost a large sum of money because I always limit my bankroll and if I lose it all, it's already a predicted amount and I don't bet again until the next day

You gambled with $200,000 targeting to win what? This is money that can change someone life forever... far bigger than my five years target. Well, it is obvious you are rich and I don't think you need to gamble because you are probably richer than some of the companies you want to win money in  :D

My highest daily loss in gambling should be $100 and that is a long time ago. I'm not a high risk taker and I believe in building small money to big amount over a long period of time.

it's not the best year to lose a huge amount of money these days in gambling. even the rich as those poker players in the tournaments, they do regret losing such funds in an attempt to call and then fold later.

can't imagine myself spending that much in one session but i would probably try my luck here and there with that amount. going to live baccarat table and then go roulette and quit before i lose 10k. not gonna give the casino the satisfaction of winning my money but because OP has deposited such an amount, i guess its all meant for gambling which means also meant to lose it all.

Dang you must be rich then, cause even for some gambler, I think they won't reach that huge amount into one session of gambling, unless if you are very rich. That's actually big regrets if I was in your position cause I could do a lot of things with that money by just simply investing into Bitcoin, building a small business, renovate the house and buy also a motor vehicle for everyday use. I also gamble but it won't even reach $100 as I limit myself, of course sometimes I won more than $100 but I always stick to my limit so I won't get addicted as well trying to chase the loss. But actually damn, that amount could already support a lot of kids in my country for years, depends on the inflation rate.

You have big amount of money. This amount is enough for many people to be successful in life. It is also good to start a business with huge amount like this than to be betting. Do not mind me, you are likely a very rich person and the amount of money may be small to you but if it is me, I do not know how rich I would be to bet as huge as this in amount of money.

I have lost $500 at once before to gambling site. It was not a good day for me.

That's huge money to lose in one session, but what can I say? I don't have that big money to begin with. But during the height of my addiction, I would say that I will go and lose $1k at least in one sitting in a card game in a land base casino. It's just a short time, maybe I was really unlucky that night that it was very quick and then I say that is the only money that I will lose, then next thing I know

I will have to go to a ATM machine and withdraw more, again and again. So it was really hard to control once you taste that defeat and wanted to recoup and recover. Anyhow, not sure how are you going to be affected losing that big money and hopefully it's a money that you can afford to lose.

A long time ago I know I lost my entire earnings for the week on a land base casino. I was encouraged by a coworker that the bet was from a reliable leak from an insider in the casino. The sad story was I lost the bet and had to struggle to feed for the entire week. But I am wiser now and would never gamble with such an amount.

It's not that I doubt that you really lose that amount but why not post a screenshot of that amount and just hide sensitive information, mine was over a year ago that $400 amount that amount is a month's salary of the minimum wage earner and I lose it in a land-based casino, it's easy to lose a big amount of money because of the ambiance on the land-based casino you tend to lose control of your concentration which lead to poor choice of bets.
That $200k is so huge to lose I don't know your location or financial capability but with that $200k you could live like a rich man in a third-world country where everything is cheap.

I'm sorry to hear that $200,000 lost in one session. That money is already big in my country and I don't know if I can afford to deposit that kind of money in a crypto casinos. Might be interesting what kind of games you play though to lose that kind of money?

Could be dice games or slots?

Anyhow, I can't recall how big I have been losing in one session. But in the last traditional base casinos that I played, perhaps just around $200-$400. It's not that big as compare to you, but that is the money that I only bring in the casino and I played like 4 hours with my family and friends and so I did enjoy our session that time despite going home losing money.

You are not wrong, anybody can come up with the idea that he lost an amount of money but which could be a lie, but with evidence like a screenshot, we can believe to some level. But do not always believe what you see on screenshot because it can be edited and fake.

In a third world country? You can live like a rich man in any country in this world if you have that amount of money. If you are in a third world country, not that you can live like a rich man but you are a very rich man if you have that huge amount of money.

I initially wanted to write mine but on coming across the amount you have lost in one section I just decided to give up the thought, because mine would just be a change compare to yours.

But I’m still skeptical of this your amount; I have seen people complain about losing their account having such amount or something waka happened to their account but them losing this amount in a single go seems strange to me, except you’re super rich I think you’re lying.

Show a prove or I will take this as a random interaction. What where you chasing in casino to loss such a big amount? You staked by mistake or you are just another random addicted gambler. If you lose $200k 2 weeks ago to now. By arithmetic progression, you definitely might have loss millions into gambling. No way.

I have losses, some that I personally recorded to see my profit and loss and the one that I didn't. I don't have seasonal loss and profit, it's monthly. Anytime I make deposit, in the first day of the month, I record that and I initiate withdrawal at the end. This is what punters do every month to understand how much they have use in every month to bet.

Today is the end of the month of October, I will be pushing out my money from 3 betting platforms, with the total balance, 2 are successful but one seems to be shortage but I will still do my calculations. When I combine the 3 together, it will yield something that I actually have something profit from the month of October.

Ah, actually it will only give us a negative impact if we remember it again. Basically, losing and winning are normal things in gambling. Moreover, this thread is not intended to be a place to experience the most losses, right? So, for me it's the same because every gambler has experienced the worst session in their gambling, according to their respective versions and abilities. If I had to be forced to remember the past, I had experienced a big loss at a land-based casino at that time.

For me, there is no benefit in mentioning how much I lost at that time. Nevertheless, there's no harm in sharing experiences like you said in this thread. and that's all fine. It's just that it's a little unpleasant to think back to that event. The point is, I once experienced a big defeat at the Baccarat table. The situation at that time was unpleasant. in fact, if I may share stories and experiences. The money I spent was quite large, roughly the amount of savings I had accumulated in one year and disappeared in one night. But, this is the risk if we are carried away by emotions of anger in gambling. For Kripro casino, I enjoy every game session more in the bets I make.

i'm from the 3rd world. losing just $50 is something i would already regret. that amount is more than a 5 meal for me.  ;D  but i would also confirm that when you are in a land-based casino, it's tempting to spend money especially when you are with your friends that you want to impress. men always want to show who's successful in life.

i once had a politician/boss who spends around $5000-$10000 a night in a casino and this is already huge in the local money.
but like they say they wanna show who is successful even on their loss. so OP they want you to share a screenshot! go overstate!

I can't just imagine myself losing huge amount like $200k in a casino were I know that gambling is a probability game which is not certain or defined that someone most always strike a winning.

And indeed that's better my friend, it's better for you to put a budget that you can be responsible for whatever the final result is, for victory, that's a different story and anyone would be happy if they managed to get full luck in gambling, but this problem I will emphasize the risk of losing, It's not other than using money that you can be responsible for will be very useful at least for one way of preventing so that if you finally lose you will not be upset and emotional, because as has happened a lot, usually those who are addicted start from allocating money that they cannot afford to be responsible for, meaning that if the final result they lose then obviously they will be emotional and continue to gamble to catch up with the defeat in the previous time.

True, gambling is nothing more than a game of probability, because there is no certainty that you can win, especially with large amounts, it is very difficult and even if it is possible, you must sacrifice a lot of defeats first to get the large amount of victory. Nothing is certain and it's just a gamble.

Do you mean you lost a total of 200k in deposits or the figure you put up is just your total wager accumulated since you started gambling and also we have hard a lot of things to consider in all of that which is how much amount of the total bonuses you have received and his much you have been able to withdraw?

Being unable to give accurate figures as regards to the above-mentioned figures, is what has dragged me back from mentioning how much I have lost since the while that I have been gambling,  well since I gamble for the entertainment,  I don't keep records of my losses since some times I win or lose at some point.

Wow, that's quite a fantastic amount and quite surprised me with the size of the bet you made. And what you did was careless or reckless behavior, but here I am praising you because it seems like your gambling mentality is extraordinary because you were able to lose that much money without any regret in yourself. And I never thought about what would happen if that happened to me. Because I don't think I was very brave and careless in making bets and I don't think it was an amount of loss I could afford. Until now I have only placed bets ranging from tens to hundreds of dollars because that is the amount of loss I can afford. And I think if betting a small amount can make me feel happy, then why should I double my bet and bet a large amount. Betting large amounts will only harm me and will only lead to deep regret and disappointment.

200k what! In a session. This is symptoms of gambling addiction mate examine yourself.

Just giving my few cents from my financial perspective towards money, I don't have to gamble that much to feel the excitement or rather to make a big win. In every session I make sure not to gambling with amount not more than 5% of my monthly income.

Every gambler should note that there's no pride in losing money or competition in the amount of money we're losing to the house, keeping your bankroll within your amount you can afford to lose is where our pride should lie in because at the end of the day there's no award giving.

People who stake very high amounts do not usually go public with it. They are private with their finances and transactions which leads me to feel this post is something that never happened.

Even if the story checks out, it is not safe to talk about your financial transactions in a public forum like this. Scammers can use that to get a rough idea of your worth and make you a target for scam attempts.

This is incredible! I don't know your worth but regardless, this amount is too huge to lose in one session. And the funny thing here is that you don't even sound like someone who is regretting. I guess you are high staker and you probably win a lot from the casino. But, how did it happen? Were you out of control or what really happened? I know it won't change anything but will you mind sharing the experience of how it happens? So that we all can take one or two lesson from it.

Well, it's fine if you are a millionaire like Drake but if you are as broke as earning less than 25K in a year, that is certainly a stash to cry about. What game did you play there?

Lol, someone that earns less than 25k a year would definitely can not afford to lose such amount to gambling in his lifetime talk more of losing it in one session. That amount is more than some local government monthly internal revenue generated in this part of the world. If OP can provide us with some convincing screenshot, we'll now deliberate more over this issue because it's actually too hard to believe someone lost this amount in one session and still has the strength to come and type it here.

$200k is some professional yearly income although I am not surprised because I believe you have earned more than that in one game. Those that have large portfolio always like to bet based on what they can afford and since you have lost such amount, going back to betting would never take you much time because you can always afford that. Mist time when I made loses, I do take a rest from gambling like going for a vacation or going for a date to settle my mind from the huge profit I lost. Once you understand yourself, it is good to do things that will not hurt your feelings.

It's clear that OP is a high roller and already developed deep addiction in gambling. $200k is such a huge amount that even if you're a millionaire, you will definitely regret losing that amount later on.  And anyone with a right thinking would never risk that certain amount in gambling knowing at the end of the day, you will never beat the house. No matter how high the probability to win in a certain game, betting this amount will only put you into bigger losses until you end up homeless one day.

I hope OP might treat his addiction as early as possible. Gambling is good since it offers fun and entertainment, not until you do it to make more money and expect big win after in every loss you incur.

I'm not a high staker so I might not be able to point to a certain lose that is painful for me. You can remember a lose base on how bad you feel about it. But I remember I have lost some good potential winning price that later didn't succeed either the last game failed and that has happened different times. Although it doesn't bother me because it is not my staking capital but potential winning price.

Talking about your loss, that is really big to say but I also believe you win very big too if you can lose such amount of money.

What! It's obvious you are a big shot to have gambled such an amount of money. In my country that money could build a house and provide every necessary thing one would need to live a comfortable life. I can not imagine myself gambling such an amount of money at this stance because I am not a high risk taker. I gamble as I can afford to lose and for fun not to primarily to make profit but if the profits emanates, I take it in peace and go my way but my budget is within my capacity not too big to take such a risk.

I have my fair share of volcano-big losses in sessions, anyone doubting can ask those shady sites "tetaeridanus"; ask them also how they scammed him.

Get out from the rock bottom sooner or later it will be your end.

Sorry for your loss.

Find the light. Maybe it's somewhere in sight.

What is the most money you have ever lost in one session? could be land base casino or crypto casino.

mine was $200,000 on Stake.com 2 weeks ago

This is very relative!
For a person earning minimum wage, $200 might be a lot of money to lose in one fell swoop. On the other hand, for someone who earns thousands of dollars a month from other income or even cryptos, $200 may just be a joke that won't change anything about your betting routine.

In my case, the most I've ever lost was in the $100 range too, but it was at a time when I was very stupid and applied the martingale "technique" without evaluating the risks or other factors.

I believe that everyone has had a moment of great loss that they want to forget... but unfortunately there is always someone opening a topic about it :P

Let's just say it's chump change compared to what you said was yours. Rather embarrassing to post it in public but as a clue, it's less than a quarter of what you've bet. Said amount of yours is rather staggering though, probably the yearly salary (or maybe even less than most people really). I doubt the majority here could even reach half of what you bet on for a single session. If we consider how most people bet only a part of their monthly income, then you'd be earning quite a lot in a single month. Rather incredible really. Both the capability to earn that much and the courage to bet such a huge amount.

I really hope that you are absurdly rich because if that is not the case then those kind of losses are unsustainable, after all there are many countries in which 200k is a small fortune and it could allow you to live comfortably for a very long time, and if you had invested that amount in bitcoin then you could easily multiply it many times over, in my case I think the most I have ever lost in a single session is just a few hundred dollars, so I cannot imagine losing so much money in just a few hours.

Earning money is never easy, yes BTC will gain value over time in my opinion as well; however opinions are not facts. If multiplying money is that easy, no one will invest in anything but bitcoin. Just wanted to correct.

$200,000 is a huge sum of money to just lose to gambling when some person are even aiming to win that amount you staked, well before you staked such huge amount of money without thinking of the outcome when you lose it that means you just played the game for fun which is a good one but honestly, that amount you stake is very high, no matter how much you get as income daily doesn't really mean you should lose that kind amount just because you want to have fun.

Anyways, it's your money so whichever decision you take on how you spend your money is up to you and I just hope you actually played it for fun if not the reflection of the amount you lost can even make someone to run into depression.

Wow, that much money you lost in the span of 2 weeks? And you didn't sound sad or what. If I were you I would be too depressed right now. Imagine that huge amount of money. I would really regret that if I were you. But mine my biggest loss in money because of gambling is only $2000 dollars in one session or in one day, let's say. After that, I promised to myself that I would never let myself lose that kind of money because of gambling. And I'm sure there are more gamblers out there who lose a very huge amount compared to yours, some a million dollars or what. I'm referring to those rich gamblers who don't have a care about their money. But for you to lose that kind of money, I guess you are one of those healthy gamblers, but still, that is something that you should not be proud of.

To an average person, this amount that you have lost is their dream money to make it out of poverty, but for you to lose such money means you have more than that and you are a VIP gambler.

As for me, I have not even lost up to $100 in gambling before. My highest wager amount is always between $0.3 and $5, and this doesn't even happen every day as I'm not a regular gambler, but if I'm to count everything I have gambled with this past month's for the year, I don't think it can amount to $100. I doubt that even if it is, it won't be more than that.

There are people who I have seen lose a big wager amount at a straight in gambling, but I haven't seen such a big one like yours unless that of the celebrity Drake and some others I see they post on social media, for which there is no source to verify the information.

It depends on how much money I have. If I deposit $20, I could spend $10 for a session. But sometimes, I use $20 for one session and it also depends on my mood because when I want to gamble quickly and don't want to linger, I will choose a slot game and use auto spin. So I just sat back and watched each round.

I've never lost more than $100 and don't want to. It's better if I gamble enough and stop before things get bad. In playing slots, I also choose small bets and never exceed $0.3 because that is the amount I can afford to place a bet.

You've already lost $200,000, which you could have used to invest in Bitcoin and earned around 5 BTC.

Stake will really be proud of you, and you will definitely have a VVIP reserve on their table, as this will add to their revenue. Let me ask: if this $200,000 you lost on stake did not affect you, or if you are already a millionaire and you just counted it as one of those losses, just finding it hard to believe you lose such an amount, and you openly came out to declare it, and there is no form of proof to justify the story, but that's by the way.

If I'm to be asked, I have not even had such an amount before as a personal spending money talk more of playing gamble with it. The highest amount of money that I can record that I have lost was just about $10 or $15 if I could remember correctly because I wager with my local currency and the game was just an active game I picked from some random ongoing sport games, and it came about a total of $50-$70, but unfortunately for me, I lost the game, and this was not even in an online casino; the game was played in a physical betting shop.

I was about to complain but 200k keeps me shut up, damn that's a lot of money, I would be set for the future if I have 200k to risk, I will never risk such money on gambling, like what the hell are you trying to achieve? This will take a lot of hard work to save that amount of money, well I hope you will learn from this.

Some people still lose this much and they will keep feeling themselves that they are fine, some will say no risk no reward, this is a fools risk, like honestly its a very big high risk with zero sense of gambling, a $1000 out of that money will take me a whole year to spend on a casino.

Since the day I've started to gamble I've never risk up to a $70 dollars before, the highest I've risked was $60 dollars and now my risks amount is even lower than before, learn to always use small money and if you want to make millions in gambling you are already doomed bro and no one can safe you.

That's a large and irrelevant amount for me to spend at a casino in just one session. Since I'm not an ambitious gambler, you could probably say that my bet of around $10-$20 is big enough for me. The reason is quite clear that gambling does not make me too demanding of myself to make big bets. It is just a choice of entertainment games and nothing more. Therefore, when you see the amount you spend for one session reaches $200,000, that means I need 100,000 sessions to reach it.

The deposit money was the most important one for the gambler to take the big risk in the game.If the gambler made the deposit of 20$ like you said,he never go for the big bet in the game. All his betting amount is like below 1$ per bet.If the gambler want to enjoy the full game in the gambling,it’s better to use the big deposit minimum of 100$ in to the gambling. You also use the dice for the auto run option with the minimum deposit like the 20$ into the gambling. If you made the deposit of 20$ for 5 times,it won’t add to 100$ in a short period of time.So you can make this way for the minimum loss in the gambling game, but for the better win you should build an unique strategy.

It really depends on the ones portfolio that how much money he can gamble in a one single bet ? If you take the example of $20 gambling portfolio and if you gamble with $20 in a single game then it is like going all in and it is not recommended.

A person who have $20 for gambling he can gamble with $1 or maximum $2 at a time if he has the risk management plan with him. Going more than that amount in a single bet will definitely exposes a lot of risk on him.

Yes a person with hundred dollar portfolio can gamble with a lot more money and similarly if anyone has a 500$ portfolio he can gamble one game with $20 and yet if you lose that game he won't lose his whole portfolio.

Op, $200,000  isn't a chicken change to just lose in a session and I'm doubting and curious about you losing such an amount of money in gambling, If so, you must be a very rich person to deal with such a huge amount of money. However, I have lost several times on different occasions but never that huge amount in one session, it only involves a small amount of money but when you total it up to how many times I have lost, it will amount to a reasonable sum amount of dollars but not as huge as yours.

You seem not to worry about your losses or you're just bragging about the figure, you are considered a high roller if you lose that huge money, mine was $600 worth of altcoin but that worth has doubled now since that token is now doubled its worth when I lost it.

The thing is it is hard to forget the money that you've lost if you are not comfortable losing the amount and that's what happened to me, I had to take a long vacation just to forget my losses.

losing money that you are not comfortable losing causes depression and sleeplessness and there's a lot of blaming that's happening in your mind it's really hard to shrug off blaming yourself for the loss, but I have something to keep in mind whenever I'm playing that's the positive side of it.

So far I have not read any replies here posting above $200k but I guess that's what newbies do they want to show up their posts without backing up with proofs.

I don't gamble in large amounts, so I don't lose any bets in one session, I gamble just for fun, winning is a matter of pride for me and losing doesn't backfire for me, different from you, maybe you are a reliable and professional gambler, the proof is that you have wasted large amounts of money in the gambling arena, maybe you have gambled at the level of a sultan, so there is no definite comment about losing $200k in gambling.

He must be wealthy enough to bet that huge amount and lose it easily without regretting. But even if I were in his shoe, of course I will still bet with large amount but not as big like $200k, that is already crossing my limits in gambling. Gambling does not assure us big profits in the end despite of our big losses, that’s why we should never gamble such huge amount that we will keep on regretting all throughout our life. Once it’s considered loss, it will always be a wasted money that’s hard to regain in time.

Good thing that I was never addicted in gambling that deep. Because no matter what happens, gambling will always be gambling and the house will always win in the end. Even if you are a high roller, that won’t change the fact that you will also lose a very huge amount, and the more you bet high, the bigger the chances you will lose a lot that can even turn you into a homeless in the end.

I don't know if it's just your feelings or not but I'm definitely impressed with your mindset and precautions, you only put a budget that you can afford to lose on each of your gambling, it looks better and I think it should be like that. Whoever it is (gamblers) whether they are beginners or even those who are quite addicted, basically the first thing they should pay attention to is in terms of budget, try to put the amount that matches your income, or I mean only 5% of 100% of your income, with that I think your involvement in gambling will not deepen and obviously you will not lose large amounts like those who are already addicted.

It seems like that, we can find out what they really want through the number of their big losses, and of course if the loss is big enough then I can conclude like your statement that maybe the OP or whoever is looking for a big jackpot, but unfortunately luck is not on their side so they end up tragically and lose. Honestly, I also can't imagine what if I lost that much, maybe I didn't eat for a few days. Yes, I agree, it's better to allocate your money for other things that are more promising and guaranteed than gambling which in fact the final answer will only make you disappointed.

You can chase jackpot with just lower bankroll. This kind of loss will not gonna happened by chasing jackpot but rather with high wager bets that turns into loss. Probably he made a couple of bets that is too huge and lose them all.

I’m not sure what kind of jackpot you are pertaining but the jackpot which common being referred are those high multiplier hit and not just winning big by betting big since that is just high stake bet high reward.

Getting jackpots and free spins can be done with a small bankroll, but there are people who will think "the more balance, the more freedom to play to get jackpots & big wins". Even though this is the wrong thing, but people still doing that. Maybe they are forget if luck is the main role here. I once had a big win with $0.4 but another friend got a bigger jackpot with only $0.2. This case can be an example of big win not always need big amount of bet for some games.

Losing in one session, is not only @OP have an experience like that, since I and other also have several case losing in less than one hour session.

To answer OP, mine was only 0.1*** BTC. I don't remember the exact year but that was around 2016-2017. It's lower compared to other gamblers, and what happened to me back then was the same as the other common gamblers. I was chasing my losses, so I decided to add a fund and bet 0.1 BTC in one go.

The biggest that i've lost in one sitting was probably around $1k and I remember it started because I had a bad streak of losses and it only got worse as I didn't accept my losses at the time. Then again, those mostly came from winnings because there used to be a lot of great promotions offered by casinos during the holiday season.

On the bright side, losing on Stake means you could still claim a small portion of your losses through their VIP bonuses.

You might be the first gambler that had gambling as fun without feeling remorseful of the loss because that amount you just lost in a session is a huge amount. If some gamblers can make what you lost in to stake gambling platform, they will appreciate.

Loss is inevitable, as people win the gambling platforms will also profited from losses as well to balance the equilibrium state of break-even point, if that don't happen, I believe most of this casinos and bookies will cease to exist. However, you should have stake lower amount with little games. Losing such amount of money in a week is wasting resources in my opinion though but what do I know, I don't have the money but I'm making corrections. ;D

No way I'm going to have this big loss, I have had my share of losses but even within my range of money I use for betting, the losses are not more than my profit, there are times I get losses but even with that when I do average loss, it doesn't go above the profit I have made over the seasons.

Can't remember but a hundred bucks and not into thousands of bucks was lost in me just in one session, $200k was just too much but if you're a high roller then it's a piece of cake. Mostly it's on crypto casino, more convenient but I think it's way more addicting considering you can still multitask even while gambling.

I think OP is chasing the jackpot that is why he lost that huge amount of money. $200k is huge and if I were on OP's position, instead of betting on gambling I will use it to invest on Bitcoin, silver and gold coins or even real estate. Only a millionaire can afford to lose that amount so maybe OP is one of 'em.

This is not more or less chasing after the losses, when we want to gamble to make sure that we have a winning experience by all means, we can try to make use of different approach in that but yet not arrived at the same thing because gambling is unpredictable, the moment we hype high our expectations in it then it becomes more difficult to have what we want, we just need to enjoy it's benefit of having fun and leave the rest.

I think I have lost like $20 on illegal gambling some years ago in just one session. I can't afford to lose more than that because I have not enough income for that.

Not only is it smart to save only the money you can afford to lose, but it also demonstrates responsible gambling. Someone with this kind of mentality can avoid going too far and suffering unfavorable outcomes. Budgeting is a great way to take a measured and careful approach to things that can be harmful.

Furthermore, its interesting to read how you interpret the connection between significant losses and the quest for a jackpot. All gamblers have experienced the inevitable disappointment that follows such losses. Its depressing to consider the effects of such a loss on day-to-day existence. It makes sense to support a move toward investments that are more guaranteed.

Seriously, $200k is undeniable, not to be called a huge amount of money. I don't know how much you are worth, but I believe you also feel it when you lose this amount. As for me, I don't like gambling with huge amounts of money, even if I have enough. But the way you gamble with this huge amount of money, I may say you have also won a huge amount of money in gambling; if not, what will give you confidence using that amount? In short, as some other members said, you must be a million; if not, you may have been in serious frustration and not even gotten time to come and share the story there.

If is amount someone can afford to lose, gambling with the amount is not going to be a problem, but if not, it may lead to serious problems in the end. I have heard many stories of some people who gambled for very little, and when they lost, some of them tried to commit suicide, and some even committed it. Op I am not in a position to advise currently based on this matter because you are not here seeking for advice but just sharing your story, but I will still advise you to limit the amount if you always use a huge amount to stake because if you continue with it, it will definitely affect you one day if you continue losing.

This loos was really huge, it's very surprising to me because that amount can be considered as so much and even a fortune for some persons out there, I'm hoping you are able to recover even if it's half of it, although it might feel different to you as we all have our preferences.

The most I have lost in gambling is $300 and I had to stop that day so I could put myself in check and make sure not to start chasing losses else I would end up loosing more so I had to shut down my smart device and kept my debit card far away from me for awhile so I don't get any reason to fund and try to play again, I know sometimes we could be so engrossed with the fun but let's always known when to stop as the fun may be over by then and all we may be doing at they point is chasing losses.

I never had that kind of money like most people said here, so obviously I never lost that much. But, my biggest ever in one session was about 4.1 bitcoin back in the day, which was only 800 dollars to be fair at the time so it is not like it was a huge deal when you think about it. I feel like it is not really a big deal when you think of dollar terms, but when you start to think about it in bitcoin terms, from 35k a piece, that would have been over 140k dollars today.

So to be fair even though I have never lost 200k in a single session, I could say I have lost 140k dollars worth of bitcoin at one point, even though it wasn't worth that much at the time. And to be fair, even if I didn't lose it at that, I wouldn't have waited until now, by logic we were near 70k, and 4 bitcoins would have been 280k, more than the 200k OP lost, and we all know I wouldn't wait that long neither. I would have probably sold it if my 4 bitcoins worth like a few thousand dollars.

Are you serious? $200k is a huge amount. I'm just a small level gambler. My biggest loss in one night was $600 and that was a long time ago.

I'm curious, what games did you play to spend $200k? what is a slot machine? Are you okay after spending this much money? If you attach proof of playing, betting, or proof of deposit, maybe we will really believe and sympathize with your losses.

The amount you mentioned is quite high, I even wonder what I would do if I lost this amount myself because unfortunately with my budget in today's conditions it isn't possible to cover such a high amount of loss. Of course, someone who has experienced this loss either has the ability to cover this amount or loses it in gambling after obtaining this money through debt or similar means due to gambling addiction. However, due to my own gambling discipline I don't gamble with borrowed money or the like this and in this way I have no chance of betting an amount that I cannot afford.

To answer this question about myself, the biggest amount I lost with a single bet was 2 Bitcoins in 2015. Of course, although it didn't have much value at that time, I wanted to talk about it because it had a very high value both in previous bull periods and today. Apart from this bet, since I usually bet between 10 and 150 USD most of the bets I lost had a maximum value of 150 USD.

Today i recorded one of the biggest losses in my gambling history, and I don't think I will allow myself to get carried away in that manner again because it was a pour temptation from the casino and I fell for it at some point.
But all the same, I learned the lesson the hard way and that is going to remain with me for a long time from now and also serve as a guide for me going forward also because losing $200 was huge for me even though I won the amount with just a $20 deposits because losing my entire winning and even deposits took a depressing turn on my well being at some point but I do get over it now.m

If you are that rich then it wont really be an issue but if you are someone who is average earner or really that just depending with your 8-5 job then you wont really be that spending up that much
and in my case then i do only spend up $10 maximum per week.Yes, it is really just that small but i cant really just that afford on losing $100 in a week which it is already that too much.
The biggest in my entire gambling experience is $100 as far as i remember on which i didnt really go beyond those numbers considering the amount is already that a half month salary of mine.
You cant really just be that so impulsive or really that careless when it comes to spending specially if you do have a number of mouths to feed. You cant really just make yourself that
tolerating your happiness or really that minding about enjoyment when you do have responsibilities.

Making more deposits will not increase our chances of winning. That's what we should always hold onto so that we don't think that by depositing more money into a gambling account, we can win. We must be aware that gambling games will always tempt us to keep gambling again, so we must be able to limit our gambling activities. Otherwise, we will lose and will experience more defeats. But if you want to make a larger deposit, that is also not recommended. That can make us forget to control our gambling and there is a possibility that we will use all the money that day without leaving a little money to prepare for gambling another day.

In my case, I don't remember exactly what was the most money I've ever lost in a single section, but if I were to convert it into bitcoin with the current exchange rate I would say it was more than $100 and I'd definitely prefer not to make that exchange. Because it was a few years ago that I made bets when I didn't know anything about sports betting, looking back I wonder how I was so naive to make that type of bet. I didn't do any analysis, I didn't try to find out any information about the team, so I just kept making bets based on luck. I looked at the value of the odds and bet on the favorite teams and the result and that I would lose money

Fortunately, before I stopped betting I was lucky enough to get two bets right and with that I recovered all my money that I lost and then I stayed away from gambling for years and only came back after I already knew how to analyze the games. Of course, even now I have also lost a lot, but at least it is still very different from the past. In any case, putting a lot of money into a bet that even if you won you wouldn't win much and in a few games, something like 1 or 2 losing games, would make you lose everything, it's not worth it. I hope the money you lost was on a very high odds bet

Not only is it smart to save only the money you can afford to lose, but it also demonstrates responsible gambling. All gamblers have experienced the inevitable disappointment that follows such losses. Its depressing to consider the effects of such a loss on day-to-day existence. Budgeting money should be one of the things that every gambler should pay attention to, because obviously it affects the final result of their gambling session, if only they save money with an amount that they cannot accept if they lose then yes when the defeat comes they will definitely be emotional and upset and this is the beginning of you will be trapped from greed by always chasing losses and after that you will really enter the addiction phase. The budget allocation factor will be able to help you to be a responsible gambler with whatever results will occur at the end of the round.

Of course that makes sense, right? Because obviously if they come just for entertainment then I think they won't suffer such a big loss, and well one of the reasons that makes sense is that they come to look for a big win by bringing big capital but in the end it doesn't match expectations. From this alone we can actually distinguish about which gamblers come for entertainment and which gamblers come to earn. It is true, all gamblers must have experienced disappointment in their gambling involvement, no matter what their goals are, and with this we can confirm that gambling is nothing more than luck so there are always those who are down because of defeat.

Wow! That's a lot of money that you gambled OP. I will never go that far into gambling and I don't think I have the guts to spend that much of a money. If I would ever do that, my wife will probably kill me afterward.
$40 is my worst loss in a week of sessions and thats because I kept on chasing the losses although I should not to. Don't make one more mistake after another, it will just make matters worst.
Maybe you are rich. I would not dare do what you did and I don't have the courage to do so. I've got so many different investment ideas and I would probably just use what you spend on those and make money coming monthly through rents. That is right, my plan is on real estate and I have seen a lot of units where I will buy so it will go there if I have that much money and will earn passive income for my gambling habit.

Probably he’s not okay which is why he opened this topic. The amount he lost is indeed big but we do have different financial capacity and tolerance. I lost $1.2k within a day way back 2018 ‘coz I was too greedy that time. i’ve lost from slots seeking for that jackpot. Fortunately that wan’t my last money and was able to make a comeback of my losses since I started to limit myself from betting too much than what I can really handle. I do now gamble efficiently, meaning with extra care and awareness of how things do tend to happen especially with things wherein luck is the bottomline. There’s no need for him to attach I guess ‘coz the sole reason is to just open this topic out of nowehere and learn things again and again.

Some people can throw away tens of millions without caring because they have such large wealth. To a Billionaire, a 200k bet is worth absolutely nothing. For us it would be like throwing away 2 dollars. Sure, its money but its not life-changing amounts or even amounts worth crying over.

I do suspect OP to be lying because he did not provide any proof. If he really did lose 200k on stake then he should have the proof to back that up. Otherwise its just bragging about something untrue.

Hard to say whether rich people have gambling problems, but they are only human...

Every gambler has big wins and losses. And some of those wins and losses give a gambler the joy of winning and pain of losing. I am not a professional gambler but like to gamble occasionally. I have lost more than I have ever won the biggest win of my gambling life. When I make a deposit I think my money will never come back. But still I love gambling. I can't imagine the amount you've lost. I expect to win from gambling but don't try to over gambling. Last month I lost about $550 even though my deposit was only $200 but in the end I couldn't hold onto my bankroll.

It is still possible. It can be that they can afford it, or they will do it in hopes of recovering their previous losses quickly. For those who don't want to take big risks, this is where they can bet lower amounts or deposit lesser than 20$. This is also a way to enjoy the game more and not the other way around. Dice isn't the only game that has an auto-run option but almost all casino games has this.

I only don't use it often because it kills the fun factor, but it is useful if you are hunting something which can take a long time to find, and it helps you to multi-task. 5 times $20 is $100. The only way it won't add to $100 is if you won on some of your $20 deposit, making you not deposit again.

It's really hard though even for rich person to stop there gambling addiction. Perhaps because in the first place they have a lot of money to burn just like the OP here and which some of us just imagine to spend that kind of money in gambling. Because for the majority of us, it's a big money that can change our lives for the better, so instead of putting in in gambling, maybe we can just a home for our family.

But in any case, I do believed that even if you have a lot of money, sooner or later if you really that rich and you make a lot of money, that it's better to stop this habit. It might be better if you will just reinvest that kind of money and not just spent it on gambling.

That is a freaking huge sum you have lost there but on a side note in Stake that amount in wagered one would be much more than 200.000 dollars and at least you have got to high levels of Platinum which you will get some small benefits in the coming weeks, months and so on,which of course can never make up for that lost amount which as I said is a huge one.

I personally the maximum I have lost in a single session have been some months ago where I lost 1500 dollars which compared to your amount is a ridiculous one yet I never play more than 100-200 dollars a month and for me that is a huge amount lost.

Each person's view is definitely different, perhaps we all view the OP as spending too much money and consider it a bad habit, especially since it burns money so easily even though it can be used for business or investment which is more profitable than gambling which has a high risk of losing all the money, but Maybe there are those who have a different view that gamblers are called real gamblers who dare to spend that much money on gambling.

Yes, even though OP may be a rich person or has a business, it seems like spending that much money to have fun and being burned seems like a huge amount, the soul of a poor person like me cries when I see it, if I were in his position I would probably never be proud of losing that much money or indeed OP is part of a team of casino owners to draw attention to the fact that gambling requires big sacrifices like OP did. it certainly looks ridiculous to poor and lower middle class gamblers.  ;D

But few people can get that big win and only experience big losses where it will happen that people don't know how to stop gambling after experiencing defeat after defeat. Maybe there are still many of us who still experience big losses in one gambling session so we really have to be able to overcome them by using limits in gambling. If not, we will never change and will continue to experience big losses and the number of losses will be even greater. We will never know how big our wins will be, but our losses will probably be bigger than the wins we can get. But if we can prevent big losses, it will be better for us because we can also save the money as capital to gamble another day.

If there is one thing I would like to forget, it would be all the losses that I have inquired in gambling be it on a single session or accumulative play sessions. For me, remembering your loses on a single session just makes the whole idea of playing gamble as fun a little bit harder than it is because whenever you actually want to play the grief of those losses keep playing in your head.

For your own money that you have lost , the amount is truly crazy and I don't think if I ever lost that kind of amount on a single, I can be able to live with myself although maybe the you have more than this that's why you are confident in even showing or remembering it.

woah! $200,000 that's a huge amount for me, even in my bank or gambling account. if you are not a businessman or this amount is also huge for you then, the pain you faced while betting and the result was loss.
it's very ground slipping situation, i had been in that situation but by my small losses.
and my biggest loss of one session was around $200, which was my saving of 1 year. (I know it's small but that was earned by completing surveys and tasks online) my total loss is bigger than this.

What? You must be some sort of a millionaire. Everyone here was surprised how much money you have lost and that's not even the whole day.
I guess everyone of us here can't afford what you just lost. That amount is way more than what the majority of us here is earning in a monthly basis. It would be a shame of how little our losses in one session compared to yours.
But it's gonna be a different story for you as it won't be a big deal for you. You must have a lot more to burn lol.

I don't know how true it is, but that's really a big amount of money. Why should you gamble with that amount of money? Don't you think the risk that you took was kind of high? Losing that amount of money is kind of much to me. I just hope losing that amount of money won't have any impact on you. I am a frequent gambler, but I just use a small amount to gamble always. No matter how much I lose, it doesn't affect me in any way because I just use a small amount to gamble. I can't really remember the highest amount I lost on gambling, I don't really take note of things like that.

That's a very unreasonable amount, I'm also quite curious whether that amount is true or not, but well we forget about the numbers and we will focus on discussing why it can happen. If there is indeed someone who has allocated such a large budget in my opinion it is not an ordinary person, I am sure he is one of the millionaires, such an amount could be for my basic needs for several years, and to be honest I also never imagined what if I was in the position of losing with such a large amount, maybe it's no longer stress that I experience even maybe I will try actions that are beyond reason.

Yes, I also think that hopefully that amount doesn't have too bad an impact on his life, and if you look at his statement it seems to be true that the person is not an ordinary person, he is one of the millionaires in my opinion, but even so, I still think it is not a good action and something to be proud of. This incident can be a valuable lesson for all of us, don't look at the amount of money but look at the impact, so of course like you said if you really want to gamble then it's better to allocate an amount that you can be responsible for whatever the final result is, don't expect more because obviously this is just an activity for fun and not at all for earning, so the point is we must remain firm on self-control.

This is indeed a huge amount of money especially when converted to my country's currency (Naira), loosing this amount of money shows that you take too much risk when it comes to gambling, no matter the value of your currency to USD, the is a large amount of money. Besides it's not advisable to display your financial info online a hacker might be around the corner observing and trying to break through you security.

You sound like someone going through a lot by the effect of gambling, even if you have not made such a huge loss in a single session, your bitter sound shows that you have made some huge losses too based on your own financial situation. Gambling losses don't have to be generally a huge sum before it affect our life to grief seriously, your grief is based on your financial situation.

I haven't made much losses in gambling reason being that, I gamble not because I want to win a very huge amount, but because I want to just test the result of my knowledge in sports, in making prediction, I gamble for fun.

Its been almost a year since i lose almost 1k$ and because of greediness, I'm just a casual gambler who plays around 200$ per game after that of playing slots I hit a good amount of multiplier to make it around 900$ and of course, continuously playing just minimum of 10$ I hit a good profit after those winnings the next day the bad luck after I lose a game almost 300 USD I guess its just quite enough and unexpectedly I commit a revenge wage that causes to lose all of my winnings that day before. I didn't lose at all but of course, there's a regret that what if I managed to take a proper risk that time I still have a good take-home profit.

from my experience I only once lost the biggest loss in 1 session around $350 on a fiat bet on a roulette game and if I remember at that time I was overcome by very high emotions chasing losses and in the end I still lost everything but thats okay it made it the best experience ever I've experienced.

wait a minute you said you lost $200,000 in 1 session? If I may ask, what is your aim in betting such a large amount? to chase defeat or just for fun?
IMO, if you are able to bet large amounts, perhaps losing will not reduce your wealth because I am sure you are a rich person.

While each person can do whatever they want with their money, at the same time losing so much money in a single session seems like it is too much, after all with that amount of money you could do many other things to entertain yourself which will last longer than the few hours the average gambling session last, so maybe it is time for the OP to think about other hobbies they may like, since gambling so much regardless of their level of wealth seems to be unsustainable.

It's all about how to manage proper risk in betting. Since it's a huge amount, it's seems to be hard to believe that you've lost it in one session and if the reason is for fun and leisure only, I bet you're super rich person because you can use high dollar amount for gambling. Better to take a break in gambling and create a management plan how to use money in gambling correctly.

Is there any way you can prove that OP, that's such a ridiculous amount of money for me so I really can't believe that someone can lose that amount of money, you can use Talkimg to post the picture and other people can just repost it so everyone can see it. For me though, I can't come close to what you've lost in gambling but in my perspective it's still a lot, somewhere around 1.5k USD but it's not a big deal at that time because I got a lot of money that time that I didn't even mind losing it but now, I regret having to go so deep like that because I always daydream about buying some stuff with those money if I still had that money, it's in the past now though and no sense dwelling on it too much.

Don't be too serious OP is just a Newbie and only made two posts then left this thread and it will generate a lot of responses, coming back again with proof he didn't include any proof of what he spent the money on and what bets he made with that amount of money, nothing evidence such as screenshots that confirm that he is correct, in fact it has been confirmed that it is just a post made up by the OP to enliven this thread.

If he really spent that money in just one session he would definitely be considered a crazy gambler and I'm sure even rich people wouldn't waste that much money in just one session, after all that seems impossible for many people with that amount of money. big and huge for all users on this forum. no matter how heavy a gambling addict is, they won't place bets like OP did.,  ;D

out of control, that the problem. we all will never know when we have to experience this because one day when we usually gamble with small amounts there are times when we lose control depositing large amounts to follow the emotions that are controlling our minds and usually such incidents occur when someone experiences a losing streak and when his mental situation is not good so it is very easy to lose control and I am sure you have also made this mistake but if you have never experienced this, maybe who knows when you will experience it.

so we will never be aware of using a large amount in just 1 session but when everything is gone we will realize that the large amount could have been used for other things or for gambling for a long time.

Yes, it's all about managing the risk of losing in betting because we can't always win in gambling, while losing is just waiting for its time to take all the money we use to bet. It's normal if you are a super rich person who has bet a lot of money and lost, but you don't want to stop gambling because you still have more money ready to be used for betting. But if you don't have a lot of money, you have to manage a budget for betting, which means allocating funds for betting because we can't use all the money, especially if it is a salary we prepare to meet our daily needs. If we use all the money to gamble, we will have difficulty meeting our daily needs.

Even you have a lot of money, the money they have are disposable, it means it is spare or allocated to gambling. Rich people doesn't usually go bankrupt by doing gambling, most of them knows how to manage their emotions or manage their funds given that it is their hard earned money for years and they are caring for it. It's just that there are many rich gamblers that are being crazy on gambling by beating their all time high wins, which can be the source of their endorphins. At the end of the day, it is our money and it is our responsibility in our gambling vice.

You are either too rich to be able to afford to lose that much or extremely irresponsible and have spent everything you have ever had in your life on gambling. Though it's your money and you are the one who should decide where it should go, you could do a lot of things with that money. A person can start a mid-scale business with that amount if they live in a developing country or somewhere where there isn't very high inflation at the moment.

Anyways, talking about personal experiences, I think the most that I've ever lost in a single session was 0.3 BTC which was many years ago and Bitcoin wasn't as expensive as it is today or it was before a couple of years ago. I wasn't an addicted gambler but I just got carried away and lost it all in a very short span of time.

That's the difference between rich people and most gamblers, but unfortunately, many gamblers don't realize this, which makes them still want to chase their winnings. If they lose, they will try to recover from their loss, and in the end, they will only lose control of their emotions, causing them to experience even more losses. Meanwhile, rich people know that they just need to get so much fun out of gambling that if they lose, they'll take it as part of their frequent donations to charity. They don't worry about losing because they know that in gambling, there will definitely be wins and losses, and if they lose, they will just stop gambling and enjoy the remaining time by chatting with their friends.

Something similar happened to me when I first started playing online poker about 10 years ago, I didn't know much and was poor. I wanted to make poker my main source of income and therefore felt a lot of stress and strong emotions. Ultimately, in one day I lost all my savings, it seemed to me that this was a lot of money because I was young. It was about 5 times the average salary in my country. I was devastated and decided to quit poker.

As for people with very big money, this is exactly how they approach poker games. They behave this way because their time is worth more than they can lose. Therefore, nothing bothers them in the game and they do not experience stress; their game is very different from those who constantly think about money.

I remember only around Php 15,000 (currently @ US$268) and played it for almost the entire day. It was tiring and my eyes were really itchy. There are lots of wins established in that session but instead of cashing out, the eagerness to continue playing emerges more as why should I stop if I feel lucky. In the end, the result is a bitter loss.

It took me around 2-3 days to move on with only that amount compared to OP which is $200,000. Crazy amount of loss in just a single day.

I wondered, how much you get on Stake's weekly bonus with that amount as for sure the wagered amount you made that day is also high.

Basically quite active gamblers, I'm sure we've all experienced similar things whether what OP said or what you said. as in your case, it is not uncommon for us to play a game almost all day long. more precisely, carrying out gambling sessions takes hours. It could be that the game doesn't go up or down. which means, the balance of the games we play tends to go round and round even though we have spent quite a long time. or, as is the experience in your case. To be sure, we have experienced it too.

Well, as I said at the beginning. Basically, almost all gamblers have similar experiences. and referring to the essence of what you said, I can understand it. Sometimes, we feel like we have received a big blow with victory right before our eyes. or, multiple doubling. However, because of our selfishness in wanting to continue playing, the winnings we have collected gradually become thinner and eventually run out. btw, I don't want to say that it's greedy, in certain cases we tend to be too engrossed and enjoy the rhythm of the fun of the game. The point is, it doesn't matter how much we spend in one gambling session. What is certain is that we must be fully aware of the risks.

You listened to the other voice, the voice that makes gamblers lose what they have , which is the greedy voice. I never want to be in that shoe again where I will have winning then suddenly throw it in again because of greediness.

No doubt we have made such mistake but wiser now to know that it is a chance game and you need to exit when the ovation is louder with my head high rather than regretfully leave and agonized.

That's a massive loss. Biggest I lost was around 1000 and that was cumulatively too (in a span of a whole day), back when I was going ham on the gambling train. It also became my point of no-return where I started second-guessing whether I'm doing the right thing or digging myself a grave I wouldn't be able to escape from. I'm guessing you're in the same boat too at this point. To which I suggest, you should ask yourself if you think gambling is really for you. To lose that much money is ridiculous to everyone since that's so much money to start with, that a lot of people right now wouldn't even be able to get a hold of that much cash. But I digress, it's your money, your rules, do whatever you want with it.

That's most unfortunate. Loosing that much of money must have effected you. It must be heartbroken for you.
How did you lost such a huge amount of money? You should have stopped when you kept loosing. Rather you kept on betting. That's called being greedy. I don't know your situation but try to be be careful next time. There was one time when I lost around 12k$ but it's not as big as you. With 12 thousand gone, I was in brink of collapsing into the ground. Luckily I survived that time somehow.

As he said, experiencing loss of $200,000 was his own fault and it was risk he accepted because he couldn't control the money he was betting on.
But I sure he is gambler with soul and mental steel because losing $200,000 in just one session can still take it.

We may lose $100 to $1000 which is large amount so as much as possible use this experience of defeat as lesson that similar losses can happen and we need to be careful and always manage money to stay within acceptable limits.
However, there is no need to regret all of that because I know that we have all experienced losses that we feel are quite large, so just think of all these losses as payment for us having experience and learning to become wiser gamblers.

This is too much money, to be honest. I can buy a nice house and land for that amount. And I can't afford to waste such a large amount just on gambling. Maybe the person who did that is a rich person, so it can be considered just a coin to him.

But for a person like me, it would be crazy to throw away such an amount. Terrible! He had the courage to bet on that; maybe he thought that when he hit, it would be too big to come back to him, but that's why the luck he was hoping for didn't agree with him.

~snip~

This is a bad experience for you that you can use as a valuable lesson so that it doesn't happen again in the future. I can't imagine if that happened to me. Perhaps I couldn't survive what happened to me. But you have proven that you can still survive, and that is luck for you. Apart from having a bad experience, you can be more careful when gambling so that you can really control how you use your money. We cannot make gambling our main income because we are just ordinary gamblers who do not have many skills compared to other people.

Those who have more money also experience losses, perhaps even more losses than us. But the difference is that they still have money, and we don't. Therefore, we don't need to repeat the same mistakes we have made, and from now on, we must be more careful when gambling. Don't let us experience more losses like before.

He's definitely a rich guy if that is true that he'd bet that amount and lost it. Probably he's a millionaire fulfilling his gambling cravings and I doubt that it really affected him much on his loss.

For us degenerate gamblers, it would probably best to stick with the available budget that we can only spend whatever amount it is as long as it's something we can afford to lose.

There are a lot of things in this matter, the amount one can afford to lose depends on one's risk appetite and financial situation, and it can also depend on the location they live in and how much the value of the amount is that has been lost. For someone living in a first-world country, that amount might not be life-changing, or as high as it can be for someone who lives in a third-world or a developing country because the value of money when converted from USD to their local currency will be pretty high.

So, it might be an amount that could change the lives of a lot of us, but it wouldn't be the same for everyone because they either have a lot of money or live somewhere where the money wouldn't be able to buy a good or big house or land or do something that can change the life of the person owning it.

This amount is beyond my understanding, it’s just crazy money. He probably really can afford this and it’s not that much money for him, but in that case I doubt that he would communicate with us here and now. People with that kind of money have much more important things to do. As for me, I will think several times if I place a bet of $30 and I can get great pleasure if my favorite team wins, and if it loses, it will not affect me. In any case, I don’t wish such big losses on anyone. Stake.com should offer the client a paid vacation on the islands.

This is a huge money, in my country's denomination, this is equivalent to Php11,200,000.  This amount can buy 2 - 3 unit of 2 storey house with 5 bedroom and 2 comfort room.

I think my largest lost in one session is only a dust compared to your biggest lost.  It is around $200  way back some months ago.  I always keep my gambling bankroll at a minimum since I don't have that much of an extra money to spend in gambling activities.

He's definitely a rich guy if that is true that he'd bet that amount and lost it. Probably he's a millionaire fulfilling his gambling cravings and I doubt that it really affected him much on his loss.

He is indeed since losing $200k seems nothing to him...  Or probably he won a huge one before his biggest lost.

$200k in one session? That must have been a fortune for me while you OP, you just have lost that less than a day, how much money you've got entirely from your wealth? LOL.

I know that there are people that can let themselves lose in a casino with as much as they can. But I think that I can't remember that I even lost a lot like $1000 and below from one session.

That's already a lot of money for me and despite me being a gambler, I'm losing my memory as well so I've got no clear amount if the figure I've mentioned is right or not.

When it comes to losing money then it would really be that entirely be depending on someones tolerance and capacity on how far they would really be able to maintain because we knowthat literally that you cant really be able to play if you dont already have the funds but as long you can able to make out some deposit then you would definitely be doing it until you would really be able to notice and realize that you are already that spending that much and this is something that really need to be watched out as early as we can. Dont let yourself do reach out on a certain point that you are losing tons before you could really be able to make out those realizations. We could eventually be able to stop if we wanted to, it would really be just that a matter of decision making on certain situations.

Speaking about money lost or something that can be afford is on maximum of 100 bucks. Beyond that then its not something which i can afford to lose.
Im earning sufficient money for monthly basis and i do only have a few bucks that could be spent out on gambling. I cant just afford myself to play up
more and spending up more which is really that goes beyond my limit line.

I don't believe I've ever spent this much on gambling all together in my 10+ years of gambling and 7+ years of crypto gambling.
I don't think I've even come close to wagering 200k. I'd have to be rich to let that slide, otherwise, if I was working a normal job, where $100k is more than I make in a year, I'd be devastated, to the point of total depression. How do you manage?

In my case, I don't remember exactly but in a single session it close to $200 in a poker game, but it was real poker, not online and we had a lot of fun that night.

Yes, I've already lost a big sum of money in a single gambling session, even though it was a calculated risk which I took consciously, aware about the fact I could lose that, with a Plan B in mind to recover the money in case the bet was going to fail, and unfortunatelly that was exactly what happened. The loss consisted in 0.1BTC during the bearish market of 2022. Although Bitcoin was cheaper back then, I still consider it to have been a big sum of money.

I'm still recovering from that loss, and hopefully, very soon I will be totally recovered and able to gamble once again.

That huge amount I ever heard. Are you fine? I don't know how you are still fine and posting some threads here without any visible problems. If I were you, of course, I would not fine, and maybe sad and not be able to write anything here, Because I have experienced losing $2000 on a round table, at that time I felt uncertain, restless, and could not concentrate to continue the game. But If I stop, of course, that money is not coming back again to me. at the short time I'm still thinking, and at that point, I am no longer again concentrating on the game, until I lost too much money. So if you run out of a lot of money, stop it immediately, and close the PC to avoid losing too much money.

I was also quite surprised when I saw the nominal amount that was mentioned by the OP, it was not a small money for me, of course with that kind of money I better build a middle class business rather than making a bet, even risking $ 100 I think about it many times, not a small problem Or big but if it is spent in one session it is a bad decision, which is not the pleasure we get from gambling, it will only make us depressed and stress if that much money disappears in one session.

But maybe for that kind of money the money is the dime that he has and can get it with a matter of days, so it is possible for someone to spend that much money quickly because it has greater income every day.

I lost relatively more money in 2021. I probably lost the most money in my betting career in 2021 but I learned and understood a lot from losing money during that time. I think sometimes you can win even if you lose. Here are some common mistakes I made when gambling or betting in 2021 that I realized too late. If I hadn't lost the maximum amount of money in 2021, I might not have discovered my common mistakes yet. Now when it comes to gambling or betting I make these common mistakes very less which makes now gambling career or gambling career a bit brighter. I think every gambler comes to a time when he loses the maximum amount of money.

Good for you, if I have up to 200k in dollars doing nothing I will use that to build something that will be bringing in money every blessed day, I am still looking forward to start building my Bitcoin mining haven and I will start very soon, this money is more than enough to have few best asic miners, and you use all the money to gamble, you should be dealt with for doing this  :D ;D ;D.

Like seriously what type of game you played? Why go all in at once? I am still doing my gambling with $20 to $60 and I lost all after few rounds of game, the money you lost will always be a part of you, ye you aren't going to ever forget, even if one day you win more money you won't be able to forget.

One day you are a family man, well respected and you are responsible and the next day you instantly turn broke, with nothing, this is what's been happening in my country, if you don't fear gambling I think you should start to do so from now on, it's not something to handle slightly, and it's also not something to heavily believe in as your source of income.

Yeah, I think if there is a period wherein I also lost more money, it could be in 2021, reason being:

<< we are still in the pandemic, and so we are going to play at home and online
<< it's bull run, so we could have gotten good returns and so we have extra money to play. Unlike today wherein we are in a bear market and we have to save and accumulate.

Perhaps in the next bull run who knows, I can lose more money again. However, since you brought this up, I might have to rethink my options during the bull run and maybe just save the money instead of playing.

As long as you can learn from the mistakes you made previously, you can still change your gambling habits for the better. You don't need to feel disappointed, meaning it has happened and we can't change it anymore, but we can try to correct the mistake by learning from the mistake so that we can avoid the same mistake. If you have lost a large amount of money in the previous year, you should start reducing your gambling activities so that you can have money that you can use for other things. It will be better for you because you don't spend the money gambling and you can also manage your gambling activities well. And it's best not to build a career in gambling because it won't be easy for ordinary people like us. We can only enjoy gambling as entertainment.

That's right, learning from mistakes is always recommended for anyone who has experienced or has just experienced something bitter in their life no matter what the impact is. I think it's quite easy to change it for the better if they can already realize about the mistakes they've made in the past, everything will get better as long as they can really and have serious intentions to change. Regret is definitely there but it is natural and what is not allowed is when you are too dissolved in regret because it will not change anything unless they take action to prevent such things from happening again in the future.

One of the better actions is like the suggestion you said, if the person suffered a huge loss last year due to excessive betting then yes it is better for them to take some precautions such as for example by reducing the amount of their budget and also following by reducing their gambling time, don't focus too much and just think that gambling is nothing more than an activity for entertainment, then with that I am sure you will not experience painful things like last year. I think building a career in gambling is just nonsense, there is no process that we can strive for because the final result always depends on luck.

I clearly remember playing the most video games and gambling the most during the Corona period. During that time of Corona I got bored staying at home so gambling and video games became my only companion but even though
video games made me happy during that year, gambling did not make me happy at all at the end of the year. At the end of the year I lost a significant amount by gambling. Maybe in 2021 I won't gamble and bet as much and lose as much money because I now gamble and bet on a very limited scale. I have given up being greedy long ago because being greedy will never do anything good for me and my money. Now gambling and betting on a limited scale where I focus more on the amount of success. This is how I plan to continue my betting and gambling.

In my case it's not an one session, but it's one bet because I want to try "go big or go home", unfortunately the result is go home and I feel so bad at that time. I think each gambler had suffer a big lose at least once time in his whole life.

Yes, I've already lost a big sum of money in a single gambling session, even though it was a calculated risk which I took consciously, aware about the fact I could lose that, with a Plan B in mind to recover the money in case the bet was going to fail, and unfortunatelly that was exactly what happened. You're right, we can actually have a plan B for our loss recovery should in case things doesn't work out for us as planned, but many people will take it to their our hands that it must surely comes as being expected and later ended being disappointed, when we are gambling, we shouldn't be too carried away with the ectasy of being a gambler and thinking that everything we do is going to be the right decision for our good, we must not have or exhibit that overconfidence in us, instead, we should take everything easy and simple just as being able to afford taking the risk that may follows.

What's really important is that this was a calculated risk. 0.1 btc will be worth more in a bull market, but you should not feel negative emotions about it if you are a mentally strong player. If you were sent back, I'm sure you would do the same thing. This shows that you are playing the game responsibly, the worst event just happened.

I am sure that if you continue to play with your calculations, then over time I do not rule out that you will even be able to make money from gambling, although the chance of this is small, forgive my frankness.

This is something that it has happened to almost every gambler out there, since it is very easy to lose control of yourself during a few moments and then make a big bet that you later regret, however for the majority of those gamblers those are isolated incidents, as they realize the mistake they made and they regret their actions, so the next time they are in a similar situation they will remember what they felt after losing so much money and avoid gambling under those conditions.

By learning from mistakes, they can fix what needs to be fixed so that they don't make similar mistakes and can also be better in the future. By learning from the mistakes he makes or learning from other people's mistakes, he takes lessons that are useful for his own development in gambling so that he will always be careful when gambling. Indeed, everyone will have regrets about what has happened to him, but he will not find it difficult to get up because what has happened to him cannot be reversed and he can only learn from it.

Taking precautions this year can give them the opportunity to correct the mistakes they made last year, and that will definitely be useful for him because he sees that he can actually prevent it from happening. This will make him always alert in his actions, especially when using his money for gambling so that he will not be careless like in his previous experience. They can only prevent the same mistakes and others because they can be alert and careful. Building a career in gambling is indeed going to be very difficult so one is better off not trying it because it will definitely require more money, which does not guarantee they can get what they want.

What is the most money you have ever lost in one session? could be land base casino or crypto casino.

mine was $200,000 on Stake.com 2 weeks ago

There's no way lose $200,000 USD in one session? What game did you play until you lost so much money in one gaming session? Can you share with us a picture of your gaming history? If it were just a claim, everyone here could say that they lost millions of dollars in one session.

Not to much compared to you, maybe around $100.

In my case it's not an one session, but it's one bet because I want to try "go big or go home", unfortunately the result is go home and I feel so bad at that time. I think each gambler had suffer a big lose at least once time in his whole life.
I agree with you that if a person feels remorse knowing that gambling is high risk he can easily avoid gambling. All gamblers have faced this situation at least once when it comes to betting some gamblers do not have a problem at the moment but are likely to develop an addiction in the future. They can take steps to control themselves. Many people who started gambling just for fun have become addicted to it. This addiction pushes them towards various vices they start doing bad things to earn gambling money. Gamblers lose control when they repeatedly gamble to win back money lost in gambling.

It is unbelievable and I don't think someone can afford to lose that amount in one session, maybe for 1 month or 1 week that seems realistic.
However, I couldn't imagine doing that even if I had a lot of money. In fact, I felt mad at the time I lost $500 one day. Losing a huge amount will just happen if we chase our losses and think that luck will be in the next which makes us double our bet after losing the first bet. That was a kind of irresponsible way of gambling and it was not good anymore.

I honestly can't imagine how that person would feel if he really lost that much in just one session, if it's true then I'm sure he's not an ordinary person, and it seems like maybe he's one of the conglomerates. But that amount is really huge, I'm a little skeptical of his statement that he could lose such a large amount in just one session, it's really beyond reason and if it's true there must be a lot of pressure that they experience even though they are a conglomerate class it can't rule out that they will also experience some significant pressure for them.

More realistically, maybe my guess is that they are not honest with that amount and maybe it is a record of the amount from a week or a month of gambling, it still makes sense. For myself honestly even if for example I am one of the conglomerates who have a lot of money honestly I will consider more deeply, because after all it is just gambling which basically refers to luck. If all of that is true, then it seems that the person's addiction level is no longer helped and in addition he has good enough finances to be able to push his gambling so that the amount of bets can be bigger, or that means having the freedom to put large amounts, but on the other hand it is not good at all and not worthy of example.

They should be more aware so they don't repeat the same mistakes, especially as previous experience will make them more careful in gambling. But if he can't learn a lesson from what happened to him, maybe he won't realize it until they actually have something worse than before. Most gamblers cannot develop tactics that can give them a chance to win and only a few can do so. instead of taking the risk of losing more money, they just need to use gambling as entertainment. They don't need to chase the win until they have to make various tactics because getting a win from gambling is difficult and you have to use more money, which doesn't even guarantee you will win. And if they can realize this, they will not be too self-conscious about continuing to chase the win but will only gamble as needed and use enough money.

It is true that every gaming website has a unique algorithm, and understanding it is essential. It's similar to playing a challenging game where knowing the rules is essential. Losses are guaranteed if the game's algorithm isn't figured out. It takes more than just throwing darts; you need to come up with a plan, a method that suits you.

As you pointed out, a lot of gamblers lose a lot of money because they are unable to develop these strategies. Analysis of gambling must be taken as seriously as analysis of trading. Time and effort are of the essence. As you mentioned, the forecast is essential for significant gains. However, let's be realistic: the player frequently faces stacked odds. It's a challenging game that typically goes to the house.

Was this a flex?  :D

Many people who started gambling just for fun have become addicted to it. This addiction pushes them towards various vices they start doing bad things to earn gambling money. Gamblers lose control when they repeatedly gamble to win back money lost in gambling.
As everyone says, it's always about fun. It's more of the time that we're having fun but we are not noticing that we're already starting to become addicted. And when that time comes that we're uncontrollable, we are acting like we're not the real us. Those that have been onto that point and were able to lose as much as they can, although it's like OP has got that record from this point and I know that there are others that have lost more than his.

But when you can't control yourself anymore and that's due to you being a compulsive gambler and you can't also accept defeat. You don't know what to do, you'll have hard time recovering from yourself.  And the money that you have lost will not be easy to recover, trust me. Even if I am the type of gambler that don't lose big money but the losses that I have made is like a pain in my heart that can't be healed quickly.

Yes this is a big flex mate and I don't believe that that member truly lost such an exorbitant amount on stake just 2 weeks ago,  this should probably be a make-up story and figure because that figure is too high,  $200,000 in a go as a lost is such a huge amount for anyone but I know is not impossible but in this case I can see a clear impossibility in the event unless if the member decide to share some more evidence to support this claims.

Hope that 200k usd is not your whole life savings and just small fraction of your total wealth , because the way you post here ? sounds cool and just an easy bet for you  as you are not ranting or saying anything against fairness and other issues.

My most Money spend and lose in gambling is just a thousand bucks but that is the only and never let it happen again.

To be honest, I also don't really believe it if there is no really accurate evidence that OP says $200,000 is a really big amount of money in my local money, spending $200,000 on gambling if you are not a really rich person it will definitely make you was frustrated that
I even losing around $300 made me regret it for the rest of my life and I will never repeat such excessive gambling activities again. Maybe this amount doesn't mean much to someone who can afford it, but for me it is something that is very suffocating.
as you said, there is a lot of impossibility when someone spends so much money in just 1 session, is he really risking such a large amount so that it just runs out, even people who are addicted to gambling don't seem to spend their money in 1 session (IMO).

The story is definitely BS. A few weeks ago this user also claimed he lost $400k on Exodus Wallet and he used that post to promote some scammy Telegram channel pretending to be Trust Wallet.

He also made a post about how the CEO of Stake was decapitated and his source for that information was a Medium blog post created by a CNN impersonator.

Many times it is seen that the discussions about gambling are all fine but unexpected things happen in the middle. I bet quite cautiously on different sports and mostly I bet on the team which has the best chance of winning but sometimes there are many weaker teams beating stronger teams than them but here our experience does not help but here fate is working against us. So agreeing with you, I can say this much that every gambler has lost money by gambling at least once in his life.

Well, I will not blame the guy that much, the reason being that the thread title alone gave room for that to happen since there is nowhere in the ops that he mentioned that comment should be supported with some level of evidence,  so due to that loophole a lot of members may give an exaggerated amount as their total loses for the time in speculation,  so that guy may have been motivated to have given such figure as his total loses but in reality that amount did not exist.

Although the main aim of the thread is already achieved which is to make us make some statement on how much have been the highest lose this season,  this will help us to compare our risks to that of other and at the same time five us lessons in how to minimize the loses.

Loosing is part of the experience you get as a gambler, you can never gamble at least five ore more times.and not have a loss in between, it's normal but then your experience and logic sometimes may come to your rescue to help you get to recover sometimes later if you have a good strategy.

Sometimes even with the best picks where you have some good level of assurance due to your statistical analysis, the games still happen to turn out a loose especially when it has to do with sports betting that is filled with so many uncertainties, but it's very important you try to control your losses. For a fact every gambler who has Gambled st least more than twice and us still gambling has definitely had a loss regardless of how small or big.

While such a loss is not implausible, the way the OP presents it here makes me doubt. If the OP could have made a post here with any justification or evidence there would have been no question of its legitimacy. Maybe there is a motive to make the story attractive. A target of 200000 dollars is naturally not a small amount. This means that everyone can feel more or less what the situation would be like if the average gambler were to lose. But are ordinary gamblers capable of betting $200,000? I think the OP meant to write 20000 but it being 200000. However, every gambler must gamble with caution. Never place a bet that seems certain to win. Because when a gambler thinks like this, he will naturally increase the amount of the bet. One loss means losing all his money.

Yes, it should be like that, meaning that they should be able to realize about their mistakes and make it a valuable lesson so that they don't fall into the same hole. And in my opinion it seems that if someone has experienced something like that in their gambling I think they have a great chance of being  able to reach awareness, because obviously to reach awareness of mistakes in gambling it must come out of themselves, and indirectly that is why it is very difficult for us to give advice to gambling addicts when they still have not experienced the worst thing in their gambling involvement.

The point is that if they can reach their consciousness then other preventive things I am sure they can do as a prevention, as I said above that indeed if the person is aware then yes some things that were previously difficult for them to do will be able to be applied to / as a way of prevention. Building  a career in gambling is not difficult but impossible and improbable, because clearly this is not a place to achieve success because from the concept of gambling alone there is nothing that provides any certainty for the end result, in fact it usually loses, right? honestly  in my opinion it's a silly mindset, and if there are people who are hard to keep doing it then go ahead, don't be surprised if something surprising happens to you.
They should be more aware so they don't repeat the same mistakes, especially as previous experience will make them more careful in gambling. But if he can't learn a lesson from what happened to him, maybe he won't realize it until they actually have something worse than before. But before they experience a more serious incident, we can still accompany them. If at any time they almost experience a more serious incident, we can immediately help them so that they don't experience a more serious incident.

This means that it depends on the person because a person's awareness will of course, be different, so if other people want to advise them, they will use different approaches to suit their situation and conditions. They just need to do their job well and don't need to do things that could violate office regulations. That's all that is needed and if they still want to gamble, they can gamble after they get home from their office.

For the problem of whether the incident was very bad and meaningful for them, I honestly don't know because only they themselves can judge it, and also of course as I said if it was very painful according to them, then I can conclude that it seems like they will have a chance to achieve awareness to be better in the future. Yes and if even though they have experienced something painful but still can't come to their senses then I think it can't be said to be too painful, because clearly whoever they are and no matter how bad they are if they have experienced something that is really serious and has a very bad impact on their lives such as their family being destroyed as a result of the economic decline due to gambling then I think they will have enough reasons to come to their senses.

Yes that's true, no matter how bad it is but sometimes it still depends on themselves because like you said that everyone's awareness has a different level. And sometimes that makes it difficult for us to provide assistance, unless we really know about their true character and provide assistance according to what should be given.

Right friend, it's better that way, instead of them being busy taking care of gambling it's better to find another job that is more certain and promising.
Yes, only they will know because each person's experience will definitely be different and if they think it's painful, we should be able to prevent it from happening to us. Those who have experienced it and realize that it is painful should be aware and try to fix it so they can achieve better awareness in the future. They can also still learn to improve what has happened, and learning from painful experiences can strengthen them so that they can still live those experiences well and even turn them into something useful for them. Useful here means being able to prevent even worse situations from happening. And it's true that if we have experienced something bad, we can immediately wake up and start learning to fix it so that we won't be affected by it again later.

That's why we have to continue to accompany him even though we are at a distance. That's okay because that way, we can immediately come and help him immediately. You may not be able to help them immediately, especially if they haven't realized it yet and haven't asked for help. But if they directly ask us for help, we can immediately help them.

I believe there are people who gamble this much, although the OP story is not clear and there is some level of doubt about that amount, but on a serious note, I have seen people who wager large amounts of money near to this just in one bet slip, like a post that was deleted some days ago here in the forum where some made a bet of approximately $100,000 in BTC on stake casino in just one single match. Lucky for him, the game played as expected.

But in such a case, if the game goes against his prediction, there will be a huge loss in his stake, and the gambler might definitely see that amount as nothing. For someone to gamble with such an amount, they will really be worth a lot, which makes that amount, which most of us see as a big amount, something small for them. Most gamblers are just determined to take risks; ordinarily, one can't just imagine wagering that amount.

What is the most money you have ever lost in one session? could be land base casino or crypto casino.

mine was $200,000 on Stake.com 2 weeks ago
OP, the only people who could lose a significant amount of money at gambling and pretend nothing bad had happened to them are millionaires or people with strong hearts. I don't think I could bear losing a significant amount of money for the time being. I therefore like to gamble with what little I have so that I won't experience a shock that might have an adverse effect on my physical or mental health if I lose.

A significant amount of money lost to gambling or any other activity will remain imprinted in my memory for a very long time, and it will motivate me to stay away from the things that first caused the loss.

OP, I'm not sure if you actually lost the $200k you bet at the casino, but if you did, try to reduce the amount you used to bet. Avoid making large bets with the intention of making enormous earnings all at once.

Why not believe it, though?
It is pretty obvious that within the world of gambling and cryptocurrency there are people who have enough money to gamble such big figures in a single session. I am not saying OP actually did so, but the possibility of what he says is not out of the boundaries of one can see people doing if they are rich.
All of us have read stories about starts and billionaires flushing down the toilet millions in a casino and we all believe it, since there are well known personalities. Op could easily be a Bitcoin early investor who felt like venting (or bragging, depending on your point of view) about his deep pockets.
Though, I agree with your advice, whether he is rich or not, anyone losing that amount to a casino should reconsider their habits, otherwise, there future will get dark before they even realize it.

There are a lot of people who lose a lot, and continue to gamble because they are rich, we should not be shocked about it to be fair, we should let them be however they want, and that is a personal thing for them. I understand that it looks like we are not going to end up with a result that would change anything, we just need to keep on betting with those smaller amounts because that's what we can afford.

The most I lose could be 50 bucks, and that is fine, as long as that is what I am able to lose and still go on with my life like nothing happened, then it is a smart idea to lose that small. However, if you have a lot of money then you can do whatever you want, that is your own money and you are free to lose as much as you want to lose. It is all about how much you can gamble and lose and then keep on living like nothing happened, not many people get that, gambling has to do with fun, not with finances, you are not suppose to make money here in the end.

Many gamblers are not ready to manage the algorithm to make the big win form the gambling site. The gambler thought the luck itself gave the good profit from the betting without have try of any effort in the game. The losses also possible in the gambling site, once the gambler not match the algorithm of the gambling site. The gambler was not ready to build their strategy based on the algorithm of the gambling sites. The time need to be spend on the gambling site more then the normal gambler, when the effort made by the gambler in the gambling site. The gambling site will allow to make the big win in the gambling and can win big money.

I think the chances of winning big in gambling are very low if the algorithm is not managed properly. It is very difficult to give accurate information about winning here so many gamblers are afraid to spend more money those who become greedy are at greater risk of harm. By playing it safe and building your winnings patiently you will be able to maintain control over the game. A session will only last until you either reach your win target or lose your maximum bet remember that the longer you play the more likely you are to lose.

Of course that's true guys because basically the casino makes a system that the percentage of wins is much lower than losses, I don't know about what percentage of people who gamble know this, but the point is that I hope those including those who are addicted and especially those who have just come to know the real fact that the percentage of losses is much greater than wins, and that is why many of them suffer defeat until now, especially for those who are addicted.

In the event that you've got a lot of money to spend, you'll be able to't afford to spend a lot more than you need to. There are some of them who are afraid to spend more money after knowing this fact and there are also those who are getting crazy because they cannot accept defeat and are also driven by their very high level of curiosity, and also that is the reason why usually the greedy ones experience a greater number of defeats. Yes, that's exactly right, it's better to play it safe by putting a small amount and also be patient, with that then you will be able to become a responsible gambler and also be able to apply control.

My most Money spend and lose in gambling is just a thousand bucks but that is the only and never let it happen again.
but totaling my whole gambling expenses? i think its for me to not telling.
Is it really believable? I don't think someone to lose that amount, nobody does in just one session.
Besides, you have noticed that OP hasn't complained about his losses, and never felt regret or sad about the results as it was easy to make a story that never happened in real life.

Anyway, losses are usual in gambling and if we can't control our expensing habit, losing more is very possible. A reason why we should have set limits on the amount that we can spend in one day.

If many gamblers are afraid of spending more money, that's actually good because they want to prevent losing their money and don't want to experience a lot of losses. But because more gamblers intend to win their gambling games, they then use more because they think it can help them to win. They will eventually become greedy and cannot control themselves in gambling, and that is what makes them end up addicted to gambling. We must control ourselves when gambling and try to prevent even bigger losses. And the longer we gamble, the greater our chances of losing, and if that happens, maybe we won't be able to accept it, but we can't do anything about it.

Yes although maybe the OP's statement is quite dubious but it could be true, because of course there is a very large majority of gamblers in this world so maybe it's one of the terrible things that we only know now. With the example you gave about one of the people whose posts have been deleted about his big bet in just one match maybe he was really in the full luck of his life that finally the final result was what he expected.

Well that will be a big problem, if the final result turns out not to be what they want then obviously there will be a bad impact that they will feel in terms of finance and also of course their mentality, as I said before, honestly I can't imagine if I was in their position maybe I was already stressed even though for example I was one of the people who had a lot of money. Yes, maybe for them it's a small amount so they are very brave to put that amount on something that only relies on luck. But my message is that even if you are quite rich and have the ability in terms of money in my opinion betting with large amounts is not really recommended, it is better for us to put the money on something more useful and positive, whatever it is.

If one is financially stable, then I see no need to gamble because it's more regarded as stress to me. Severe losses are recorded daily in the system, just stick to one strategy and ensure to be able to maintain consistency, then one will see results positive results, that's how to win a game. But rushing from one strategy to another and copying other gambler's game won't help, that will only trigger more losses and they can be unbearable. We can't compare Drake heavy loss in gambling to ours because he's a celebrity and financially balance to stake with any amount he wishes.

I've lost up to 0.2BTC gambling in 2018 and the value was very little at the time, I got greedy and I let gambling to get the best of me, but that's it, every other money I've lost in gambling are so little to none, from $1 to $40 in months now, and it doesn't cost me a thing, I would be happy if I can get my 0.2BTC back but it's not possible.

In 2019 I remember losing some money to pyramid schemes too, it was over $500 at the time too, but I later recovered it through other source, I have lost a lot of money but I gained a lot of knowledge too, so it's worth all the trails and risks.

With gambling I am used to losing money but I have my winning moments too, but I stick to my normal plan and I won't increase the amount that I am risking yo gamble until I start making more money from my work and business place.

The best thing you can do for yourself as a gambling fan is to know your limit, your life is more important that gambling, be a happy person and avoid going in debt or getting broke because of gambling, only risks what you can and your happiness won't be stolen from you.

The losses of one gambler and another gambler will be different and we cannot compare the amount of loss because it will depend on the money used for gambling. Those who use big money to gamble can experience big losses and will definitely be bigger than ordinary gamblers. We don't need to experience losses that are too big, especially if we only use small amounts of money to bet and we always try to limit our gambling. We also don't need to chase to recover losses like other gamblers do because they may still have more money than us so they still want to try to recover their losses. And yes, there are definitely more gamblers who have experienced big losses and there are definitely some of them who do or don't regret it because they have lost so much money.

There is not a single gambler who has never experienced losses, losses is something that is bound to happen. The size of the loss depends on how big a deposit we make and whether we like to chase losses or not. I never deposit much so usually I will spend around $50 in one session, if I get emotional sometimes I will chase my losses and deposit another $50. If I have made two deposits and still lose then I will stop and gamble again next week

The size of our losses in gambling is not depending on how big we have deposited or how much that we have in the balance but how much that we bankroll. If you take higher risk in your stake that also will reflect on either how much you will lose or how much to gain. Maybe that is also what you mean by deposit but it is really about how much we stake out from the deposit that we have. To also chase back losses is going to get you more losses than you will profit because you have lost the emotion of proper thinking of what to bet and you randomly stake a bet and the chance of hitting luck is small. Betting responsibly is a rational way to reduce lose.

Managing your deposits is so important when you're gambling, even if you wanna put in as much as you want.  You gotta be wise about it to handle the ups and downs.  Losing is just part of gambling, so your idea to set a limit per session is real smart.  It ain't just the size of the deposit, but more how you handle yourself and gamble responsibly in each session.

Well, some people are like that, I personally think that things can be quite good in people, because when we don't have enough of a way of doing things, people don't give much importance to what they spend, in this case It could be that OP is a person who has a lot of money and can afford to lose that large amount of money, at least in my case I am not like that, first of all I couldn't be legal at that moment, I know what I do per session when I go to Jgur the most I do is 10usd to be willing to lose, from there I go on to more, I don't allow myself, because that is my pro-game limit and when I lose it there is nothing left to do, I will do it another day, but that's my limit, maybe I'm very little compared to the OP, and this is what most people have to do to avoid losing their minds, because they often lose too much money. So I can say that because it's my way of playing, but as I say there are people in the world who have so much money that they don't know what to spend it on.

I am a person who always makes my bets based on what I can afford to lose, because I don't risk what I shouldn't, because I already have it committed to other things, that's why I can't do it, so when we do This type of thing we have to look for the best option to not lose so much money, unless it is like OP who apparently has enough, then we have to avoid making such Heavy expenses , this is pure chance, we are always looking for the least do things more efficiently without spending so much money, because in these cases I Always look for a way to spend less , in the games where you spend little and win a lot is in the slots, but it is also a double-edged sword, because Sometimes the spins you make don't win anything, in these random games you have to do Many things to be Well.

Losing more money than what you had planned at the beginning of your session is always painful, and while I have never lost so much money as the OP I imagine that if I did it will be many times more painful, as 200k is an enormous amount of money, and while that amount may not completely change your life, it could surely be used to start a business or to invest in bitcoin, both decisions which could definitely change your life for the better given enough time.
