Can you recommend any crypto affiliate programs, that are actually legit?
I know about many crypto affiliate and CPA offers, that are active on multiple CPA networks, but most of these offers seem kinda sketchy and shady(even though they pay insane first-time-deposit commissions). I wouldn't be comfortable promoting some obscure shady crypto exchange or "get rich quick via investing in crypto" offer knowing nothing about the legitimacy of the crypto exchange.
The other type of crypto affiliate offers I know about are crypto gambling offers, but I don't want to promote these to people, who might be considered gambling addicts.
Unfortunately BTC bull runs are the best time for Bitcoin noobs to fall a victim in such "get rich quick via crypto" offers.

You are right. I promoted binance refferal in previous bull run. It gave me lot of profit that time but it did not turn out to be passive income for me. When prices corrected, my referrals completely stopped activity on binance.

Maybe some of them already took their profit when they accepted your referral, or it is possible that their bought crypto does not produce any profit and make them keep on holding until the next bull run. They decided to not do any more activities to avoid having more losses.

I hope you're very wrong on Bitcoin reaching its peak this cycle, as we're only slightly above 50% of the previous ATH. And failing to reach the new ATH this cycle would be seen by the market as a very bad sign and could drive a lot of people away.
I think we're still early in the build-up stage before the top is reached, and my personal observation is that so called "normal" people are starting again to look into crypto. This means it's probably the best time to launch crypto-related affiliate programmes campaigns. You are right but it needs deep pockets for this. You are spending money to prepare for a event which can happen anytime but you have no control on that. But if you promote t peak with options like parasites or ads, still it can be profitable with less investment.
