From my research i think these two accounts are operated by one person. From my research i think these two accounts are operated by one person But we can't tell confidently that they are indeed alt however the circumstance leads to suspect they are alt. Yes because there is no direct scam involved in this matter. Reported users broke only forum rules + compaign rules by using two or more accounts to get more reward from bounty and this thread should be on the reputation section.
