Happy to win, but I still didn't receive my reward yet even though a week has passed since the results were announced. Can you clarify op?

Edit: Received my prize successfully. Great stuff team though the rewards need to be dispersed quicker.

We have made a report to financial management but have not received notification. It seems they are busy, we will announce when the prizes have been distributed
