Yep, all the other older cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin were never decentralized. Here is the first one ever. The creators of these coins. Do they even put any effort to be original these days?

I agree with you that this is a shitcoin without a future, but on exchanges for miners such coins can be sold profitably.
There is no big profit on standard coins now, so if new miners are interested, they can take risks. Many miners now want to mine for 10-20 cents of profit per day.
