As you journey through every phase and stage of life, one of the determining factor that guarantee if you will be successful at what you do or not is the price you will have to pay to achieving success. There are times that you will have to cut off from so many friends just to be focused enough to facing your goals, there will come a time when you might even starve yourself just to get data to do your research on YouTube and other platforms just to become good at the thing you are doing. There are times you will have to endure and cope with the excesses of others just to learn from them, as a matter of fact, if you are not ready to endure whatever comes along with gaining knowledge, you will never learn a thing. Some might take away your night rest and for some persons, they can't even remember the last time they slept complete five hours every night and some might have  forgotten that people even still sleep in the afternoon. These are just a few of the so many sacrifices you will have to make depending on the peculiarity of what you are doing, just to become relevant and successful. This is the same route every successful person took that has brought them that far and if you ever aspire to be like them, you will need to pay your own price or take the risk of cutting corners and paying the bigger price that might even cost you your life.

Apart from the fact that we are all bitcoinner, I believe one common thing I find among us is the fact that we are all individual that are very passionate and committed at becoming successful at what we do and I hope this meets someone well out there.

Thanks for brining up this topic as it has reinvigorated me a little because I have been overwhelmed by workload as the year is drawing to an end and a part of me has become so discouraged and weak. Reading through this post has this way of infusing positive energy and made me realise that everything effort I have to put is for a greater good. 

I have always motivated myself with the saying that "no oain, no gain",  a popular word among those that engages in physical exercise like the gym. Lately, that word seems to have lost its value but I guess I'm back on track. I'm more than ready to pay the price!

Op you make sense a lot, one thing I believe in life is that nothing good that will last forever in someone's life that can be achieved on a platter of gold as it requires commitment, devotion, time, money and sacrifices to reach ones destination.

Sometimes in life it requires us to lose things we cherish most in other to value the things we have. And again in this life someone doesn't need to be isolated like whatever legit that you see others are doing to meet up life obligation just give it a try no matter how complex it may be but from time to time you might be well in it and even perform better than the people that started before you.

Most times one of the things that has made alot of people not to reach their destination is fear of failure like if the get involved and failed how will the society look at them, it is important for us to understand that failure is a link road to success as if you don't encounter different challenges in what you choose to do, you may not value it that much.

 We live to learn everyday in this life as no one is an island of knowledge so don't be shy from learning new things even if you find it difficult to comprehend it just continue trying as a day will come when you will understand even more than the people that understood it before you. We shouldn't be afraid to take a step in life a our bold steps sometimes leads us to our destination.

Some successful people pay a higher price because they leave home to go abroad and work there for more than 10 years. They come back successful but have no one in their life but themselves. I know one personally who lived by himself all along in his own house, his girlfriend married someone else and his parents died while he was far from his home. He is now almost 50 and still alone but he does have houses of his own, a car, and have thriving Airbnb business.

If you're a good person, then you will always be attracted to other good people around, if you're determined for success in life, it's a matter of time, such would not be far away from you, every tree bears the same fruits of its kind, what you set as target in life could be achieved and turn a success if we never give up in it, we also need to render some level of sacrifice, which is our own personal efforts in showing how determined we are to achieve success in life.

Sometimes success is like a trap that wants to bring you down. But surely never what it meant to. For success to come into accomplishment you need time, dedication, study in and out, frequent questions, admitting to falt, talking less and reason more, consistency, creativity and many other factors.

Being successful is not easy. that's why we have dream and wishes. If we have dreams and can't fufill the dream it's becomes a dead dream or a wish. So there is no successful person without a story. That's why when successful people talks, it becomes a philosophy. Because they have atain a hight you have never been, and there words serves as motivation to push you to a greater hight. 

Nothing good in life comes easy, everything that has value one has to pay a good price just to possess it.  But the joy of everything is that the stress and the tough times in striving to get this done , the result is always sweet.  Hardworks pays for sure , it can be very challenging but people should not get distracted by what they will see but keep on grinding knowing that the result will change all the pain during the process joy.

For those who really understand where they are heading to , they won't be distracted by what they may come across on their way to success because they know challenge is a normal accurance when chasing after greatness.

It's true that when you don't work, you don't expect to gain. Being successful in life is not an easy tasks, you must sacrifice lot of things and face many challenges along the way. All you have to do is keep pushing yourself and keep trying.
All of us dream of of being successful in life, but real success requires more than just words, it requires making sacrifices and committing time in order for it to be attained.

Not every problem that someone shares can be solved, sometimes you have to excludes certain individuals from your plan, particularly those you considered friends, I picked football as my career, and I'm working hard to achieve it. but my friends always discourage me, which makes me feel weak and makes me decide not to go on. However, your message has inspired me to keep going.

This kind of story happens in the olden days, I am surprised it still happened in this recent time. I have thought that the people of recent time care much about family and relatives that they would not agree to leave them. But in the race to success, everything is possible to do. I am glad that in the end he made it to be rich but there are some initial happiness that he sacrificed.

Regarding the discussion in OP, it is not everyone that always pay such prices. There are people whose parents have already paid the price for that they don't suffer any more.

Why such a big wall of text? Why can't it be broken into paragraph that can be easy to read?. I skipped most of it as reading through a dense text of words gets me anxiety attack. As I have issues, I tend to ignore such topics. I still went through all of it and I realised it was all about motivation.

Why would someone create a topic on motivation? Nothing in that topic speaks the truth as for my understanding it is all hypothetical. After reading the replies I felt the whole thread is scripted. If anyone here is not form the OP local board can you verify my suspicion.

Success is not achieved instantly by exposing yourself to the sweet realities in life, but its certainly bitter at first that turns sweet in the process. That is why for you to gain success, one should learn to take the risk and overcome it, otherwise you will never find success on every aspect of your life. While success comes easier to those who are born with golden spoon, but for those who are born poor and empty, they still need to pay the price first by embracing life's struggles and hardships first before they can taste the success in life.

All successful individuals have been living this legacy as everyone should start from a scratch before they reach their successful position in life at the moment, except for those who are favored by great opportunities in the first place.

The tradeoff to achieve success is something that always happens, but anyone who has ever tasted the taste of victory will understand that feeling of happiness, it gives us peace of mind and invisibly guides us to perfection. With life having so many different nuances, no one's life will be the same as yours (some similarities), but the difference is independence, so we can harmonize into a peaceful group. The competitive element is always pre programmed in each of us, when it comes to the desire to have more knowledge, or from another perspective, anyone needs to complete all their lessons, no matter the size. No matter what, the end result is always the same.

If a person is successful then he/she have a lot of patience and willing to take risk while he/she also put his/her effort to become successful or get what he/she want or to achieve his/her goal. Obstacles are there for us to fail and learn from it until we will get past it and if a person who are dedicated to do things that are within his/her skills and willing to learn new things that he/she haven't learned yet and they will surely reach it once that person is experienced enough. You can say that there's ups and downs before you become successful.

That's what life is. If you aim to succeed on your life, then pay the price but still never expect that the outcome will always favor on you. Sometimes, what you assumed does not happen, but the opposite is. You need to stay patient and positive minded despite of the risks and hardships you need to endure, if you can overcome that, you will see then a more positive outcome.

Everything in life has always its corresponding risks and threats, if you are weak you fail, but if you are strong and chose to stand on your goals, you will succeed later on.

Lets bring this to the forum, those who are willing to pay the price are those that are becoming successful on the forum, it's not a surprise when you see other users that you both started your journey on the forum around the same time but they're doing better and you're not. It means they're doing something that you aren't doing. They're dedicating time to learn about Bitcoin and other quality discussion to introduced into the forum and they get rewarded for it. We have to make scarified if we want to succeed in life. We have to learn to put in the work first before we start looking for rewards.

When investing in Bitcoin too, only the patience ones get rewarded. Those who are building their portfolio by DCA are the ones that'll be rewarded the most at the end of the bull market so if we wish to be among them then we have to increase our hustling power so we can generate enough funds that'll be used in purchasing Bitcoin for holding. When we accumulating during this periods that others are panicking or keeps hodling our position in Bitcoin, it means we're paying the price others aren't willing to pay and Bitcoin will reward is at the end with profits beyond our imagination.

It is because when you're trying to focus on something, you need to sacrifice a lot of things just for you to make that laser-focus mind on it. That's why we need to let go of so many things that we used to do and that's fine because it's also part of growing. Like having your own family and you forget about your friends but that doesn't mean that they're no longer your friends but the time that you can allocate to them is much better be allocated to your family. And the same goes in focusing in Bitcoin or learning more about it and then the application goes by what you've learned into earning. Success requires a lot of time for you take it but if you ever reached to that point and you can finally say that you've made it, it's going to be along with words like 'it's worth it'.

This isn't really true for Bitcoin, it doesn't require that much effort. All you truly need to know is how to safely use it, and then if you're an investor you just wait for years till you are satisfied with your profit. Learning about Bitcoin in-depth is useful, but it won't affect your profits. And short-term trading is just gambling, no amount of research will help you be consistently profitable, so it's best to just focus on long-term investing.

From the age when a child crosses the digit of 12 in the age he started thinking about his future and his success. He starts working to become a successful person in the future and for the bagian from the education. Spending 16 To 18 years in education he then looked for a job and in that duration, he ran from here and there just to get a job. After completing an education what he needed from the government was a job and his family expected from him a job but mostly we saw that the government is disabled and we get nothing. A person then looking for a job out of his field just to feed his family and I mostly saw most people did not get even a private job because of the economic condition of the country and the last what he doing was suicide or living a very poor life and that is a destination for what we sacrifice most beautiful things of our life.
Spending 18 years on education and a lot of money it will be safe if he spends half of the fund on investment in Bitcoin. Because after some time I am sure Bitcoin will return him a very good profit, I am not in opposition to education but only depending on education is wrong, man needs to explore more things and increase his independence.

The way we live and the way we live and the way we work are all driven towards success. We have to accept the fact that if we make money from Bitcoin, we plan to leave it for our future and work towards success. Success does not come easily to a person, but he has to wait for a long time and work hard enough. I somewhat agree, but you should make your goals greater than investing in Bitcoin and collecting more, but rather learning. Financial knowledge is important, especially if you start acquiring it at a young age, and with the available opportunities and first two jobs, you can achieve profits that will make you financially liberated before the age of 30, which means more time to study and learn. .
The forum should not be your only source of income or your lifestyle should change according to the profits you make from the forum. Rather, you should learn more skills and make your investments here an opportunity for real change at the level of yourself, your family, or even your local community.

There is always a price to pay for both success and failure. You do not afford to not pay any price. Unfortunately, failure for most is a statistical destiny as one Navy Seal instructor said. Not all of us who are passionate about bitcoin, the blockchain, web3 will eventually become successful. Some of us may end up like SBF while some will end up like Micheal Saylor or Andreas Antonopoulos.

Lastly the first step to achieving success if to write it down.

There is no doubt that we do have to make sacrifices to achieve something, even if that's our favorite thing for which we have to sacrifice small things (desires) so we can save enough money to buy that specific thing among many others, or either if that's the time you have to sacrifice either to prepare for the exam, no matter if a marriage ceremony is coming or a birthday party or siblings with cousins are going to make fun in their time together, you have to avoid them and focus on your studies just to get good marks.

I am saying this because I made these sacrifices but sometimes I think the sacrifices I made are more than what I got as a result I never regret or disappoint my sacrifices because I feel no disappointment now maybe this cruel world has shaped me that way. Sometimes I used to think that I was cold-hearted but I tried not to become one.

But my distance from relatives and friends due to the sacrifice of time I made with them, has made me anti-socialized even if I like to spend time with them I somehow say things that I should not. hehe, I think I should not expose myself anymore here.

And just jump to the conclusion that we should sacrifice our precious things but please keep in mind that for what you are sacrificing and if it's worth it or not.

In every part of success we dream, there's always a corresponding price to pay. We need to take risk so we could be successful with bitcoin. We need to set aside being impatient and learn to trust the market and on our investment so can be profitable on our own investment. And lastly, we need to keep studying the market and keep learning from every mistake and losses so we can continue to improve our performance and develop more skills to be successful not only with bitcoin but certainly in different aspects of our life.

This is the type of life no one wishes for, what kind of life is this that you don’t have the pleasure of enjoying your money. If you have money and you can’t see your loved ones around to spend for, it becomes uncomfortable and painful to live such a life. If you’re leaving home and striving for success elsewhere, you need to know what to put at stake and what you stand to lose if you don’t trade well while searching for that money. This person you know have really lost a fortune by losing his parents when he was in search of money for greener pasture.

true, not everyone that was passionate about thing at a point in time will eventually become successful and part of the reason is that most person get lost along the way and what they normally have left at the end of the day isb just mere story on how they should have been successful if they had continued in that venture.

Writing out your plan and goals is very necessary because there will come a time you might get carried away with happenings and event that if care is not taken, you might loose track of your initial plans and goals but once you go back to the written goal, it brings you back on track and even if you don't end up achieving all the things you've written down in your goals, you should have done avresonable portion of it.

Good motivation. Now, when passing by young people, I increasingly stop my gaze on those things that they may be passionate about at the moment. I think each of us has seen this. Gadgets, several friends are sitting next to each other, and everyone is looking only at their phone. What is it about it that fascinates young people so much? Games, social networks, TikTok, and other bullshit. How much time do these people waste just like that? But I am happy to see people who participate in the forum today gaining knowledge every day and thereby bringing their good future closer. One may ask why people differ from each other in their understanding that time should not be wasted on trinkets. Because those who are patient and sacrifice something for the sake of education will always be rewarded, unlike those who, unfortunately, do not understand that time is also money and cannot be wasted.

Success will not just come without working, have never seen a lazy man with financial success it can never happen, every successful man today paid and worked hard for their success, there is this saying hard work alway pay off.  Sometimes I see people who have worked all through their life and yet no success, sometimes I ask myself if success are meant for particular people or maybe they're not hardworking enough, I see alot of people investing in bitcoin now but few people will profit from their investment and I don't really understand why, even with the determination to work hard most people will still not make it. But in all I will say hard work can determine a person success in life.

Op you did great by posting this thread, I just believe that in this life anyone that wants to grow needs to listen more than they talk, learn more than they teach and make sure that whatever thing they are doing in life needs to be well scrutinize as whether it is worth doing and what value can such thing add to their life. Coming to this forum really changed a lot of us as our reasoning and the direction we look at things are quite different from the way we see things outside this bitcointalk forum

That's true. If only achieving success was easy, everyone would have been successful in their respective fields today because who doesn't like being successful and having everything they could ever wish for in their lives? However, it's only a few that can touch that green area of success in the fields they are working and achieve their goals after a lot of hard work and determination without resting or taking a break because when you do that, you lose momentum and that's not good for your journey if you want to be successful.

Many people try to find shortcuts to success, but the truth is, you can't find a shortcut to success if you are deliberately working for it but it happens by chance, and only to a very small percentage of people in the world where they get everything without having to do a lot of hard work for it because they are lucky.

OP, am touched with your message life isn't easy at all, for you to be seen as a successful person you must taken one step or the other it was never on a plater of gold, sometimes I thought of things I laugh, let me take myself for example being part of this forum was never an easy stuff for me, going through the learning process which am still learning till this moment was not a joke, it is not easy to achieve little success not of huge success but everything depends on you, you have to be hardworking and great thinker excel even in real life, your doings should be worth emulating, the way things is now in some countries if you don't develop a skill or be smart, you can never cope, with what am seeing tech is taking over and if you are not taking such step then you're on a long thing.

I think if I am not wrong the point of your post is that sometimes we have to go through very difficult phases in life and how we get out of those phases is a measure of our ability. You can also frame your post in such a way that we need hard work to succeed in life and we should never compromise on this. Patience is a good thing in life, but its purpose is not to bear it if someone is trying to oppress us continuously, but to defend ourselves and get our rights.

 How can you tolerate those who will disturb your night. Why do you look so hopeless, but you should encourage others to stand up against oppression and injustice. Always bear the mistakes of others but cruelty and injustice should never be tolerated but should stand against it. Mistakes can be ignored but cruelty should never be ignored.

The point is that, if we want to succeed and have a better life, then must work hard also because there is no easy way if getting achievements in life other than sacrificing time to useless and giving effort. We need to set the direction of our life where we want to go and work for it. We sometimes need to be ambitious and motivated from it because having these ambitions, we force ourselves to do something and complete our goal.

You should have just ignored it if you felt it was too much for you and as it gives you anxiety attack, you still went on to read it still..I guess you paid a little price right there, bruh. You might feel giving motivations is overrated, I bet you, there's someone out there who needs it.
Some of us don't have something useful to add to a subject, but just because we must make a comment, we tend to slander the effort of the op.

 Well, to the op, I'd say its the dividends that comes out of the price that you pay that would motivate you to push harder. Nothing good comes easy and as manna won't fall from heaven, you need to put in the hardwork.

Nothing good comes easy in life, you'll have to go through every process, take for instance, the process of growing up, although some might be faster than others. From crawling to standing to walking to running, everybody must pass through these first phase of life. After different phases and stages, then comes adulthood where everybody that plans to be responsible must sacrifice something to become somebody in life. It could be staying late at night to read in order to became that professional, putting in extra time to get better in our professions, avoiding friends and loved ones to be more focused towards achieving goals, avoiding luxuries to attain our desired results, the list is endless.

If those that are born in wealth does not pay the price of looking after it, might end up losing everything.

He is alone but safe, there are people who grow up with their friends, always never alone and when they make big difference in goals and achievement they got betrayed by the company they keep, growing up with your childhood friends doesn't mean you will have a great life in the end, anything is possible in this life, we just have to be grateful and thankful to God.

Lonely or not, tragic events can still unfold, but for me, I prefer keeping small company, with my partner or my business, that's all, I have know what betray feels like and I am trying everything to make sure that I don't get betrayed, it's peaceful to be alone, having a good partner is all you should ask for, sometimes this is way better than having friends.

Make sure that while you are giving your bet you also take care of your body, a healthy body with wealth is better than a weak body, spend money on yourself and make sure you stay happy.

OP,  you have spoken well and this post makes me remember the sayings that says "nothing good comes easily". Of a truth the parable is very very much correct. For one to climb the ladder of success, one must pass through the hurdles of life depending on their area of thoughts. Being successful is not a day job or a thing of talking too much but of actions and capabilities.
This made me remembered  my university days where I had to work over night just to make sure my project was properly done.  I worked overnight with calculations and research just  to get theories that suits my thesis,  going to the field to source for data so as to run analysis for my research.  The stress and pressure during  the process  and lots more resulted to a successful defense and presentation.

What I am trying to say here is that hard work pays no matter the challenges or circumstances surrounding the whole process you would scale through when you are focused and committed to achieving your goals in life.  No one climbs up the ladder of success at a free start.  You must definitely pay the price if you must be successful.

Sure! And like they say, if wishes where horses, beggars will ride on them. Success is not wishful thinking, it is intentional. It doesn't happen by mistake, and even when it does happen by mistake, it will not be appreciated and will be easily lost.
For every level we aspire to get to, there's always a price to pay, but many are not willing to leave their comfort zones and pay that price.

Most times, we have to complement alot of things about existence and many times we have to sacrifice a lot to achieve that result of stability that we deserve at some point,  which we are obviously in the position to pay the right sacrifice to attain that height in life and at some level will put measures in place that can place us in a better position that can improve our total well being, so for sure the saying that states that nothing goes for nothing, should make us understand more that indeed life achievement must be fully paid for and no knowledge is a waste and at that, we have to place priority on the price we pay to attain that height in life.

In every success you aim to reach, there's always a price you need to pay and there's always some risks that need to be taken care of. Some risks might be quite manageable while other risks are actually hard and inevitable, but the only option is to overcome all of them as success still awaits in the end.

To be honest, I've had sleepless nights and uncontrollable emotions when I started Bitcoin investment. But I was never discouraged from all of that, instead I use them and the success of those early investors as my motivation to keep going and remain transparent and positive minded throughout my investment stage in bitcoin.
