Because of poor resolution looks like these are different pictures.  Maybe you can upload better pictures so that it's possible to compare them with the pictures from this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3257048.0 -  I imagine I recognize similarities like a different font

It is just different lighting...

And does that mean you think this coin if counterfeit/fake ?

I mean that the first two pictures are different from the third picture and due to poor resolution the font looks slightly different.

I'm not saying/thinking it's a fake, but it would be helpful to recognize the condition of the coin..

It is the rarest among the brass Casascius coins because it was originally released with an error in the hologram. Once the holograms were corrected, the remaining stock was switched over to the new hologram but there weren’t many left compared to other releases. That makes it more rare than even the first error coin, which you might think would be the most sought after.

It's simple if you read it correctly - This is NOT an error coin. :P
